Poinciana Logo Design

Virtually every new Poinciana organization realizes that they are in need of a logo, but few new business owners thoroughly are aware of the vital role their business logo can take in their financial success, or the reason that one business logo functions better than another. A company logo has a critical and long-term effect on the financial success of a business, pick the correct one and it will make the door swing and cash register ring, select the incorrect one and it can be a barrier and a hindrance for the longevity of an organization. The logos presented in the ImageCo portfolio help Poinciana businesses prosper, they are effective in any given circumstance and the reason why they are so effective is because they all have these 5 features in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t demand consideration, they can be understood in merely a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to posters a scalable logo will be legible and equally emotive at every dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that work on any device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the enterprise they stand for.
  5. Relevance: a company logo must be timeless and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and twenty years from now.

Retro logo layout of a bicycle produced for a Poinciana coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This startup coffee roaster and coffeehouse were launching in an old part of the city and really wanted to cast an old-fashioned feel without coming across as stodgy or low energy. I achieved both jobs by means of developing a logo design that contains a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a ageless business image.

medical logo design with a microscopic lense slide as well as germs designed for Poinciana clinical center.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science which analyzes the causes and consequences of diseases, especially the field of medicine which works with the clinical evaluation of samplings of human body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic intents.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo I came up with is really the sole instance I call to mind in which I was in a position to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide right into a business logo design.

Normally I attempt not to be overly literal with a design and to a point, this specific design approaches the company it represents quite literally, but it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an explanation of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the brand that makes it more appealing, more focus grabbing and even more unforgettable.

logo design with a leaping eco-friendly frog created for a household fun center in Poinciana.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very fun project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the kinds of projects which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for physicians, dental practices, and legal professionals but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park that I have actually ever gotten the privilege to work on.

Given that the name of the business has the word springz in its name the obvious choice would have been to include a couple springs into the concept but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring doesn’t really resonate an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this logo project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, eventually I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to provide the logo a more dynamic high energy mood.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my brainchild and named the frog Jax and integrated him in to everything they utilized for marketing and advertising. I also think this is the only time that a logo I came up with was transformed into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fabricated to look exactly like my frog design.

digital photography logo design featuring a flock of birds, a mountain, a trail, a stream, as well as a tree - developed for Poinciana travel professional photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a pretty specialized field of photography and I believe it is a niche profession because travel photographers tend not to shoot places or things but rather project emotional experiences through the images they capture. The thought behind this logo concept was to make use of negative space to convey more than what was visible upon first view, which I think is representative of the majority of good photographers in that they frequently tell entire stories using their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey much more than that because their photos often have an emotional resonance that can’t be communicated with just words. I tried to do something comparable to this logo by utilizing the positive space in the design to say one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Poinciana logo design but also to reveal the depth of her work and in the way that she perceives the world through the lens of her camera.

Poinciana logo style with a seagull used for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The lion’s share of custom logo design jobs that I take on I genuinely enjoy and the Coastal Wireless project was one that I certainly felt good about, but the customer didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the letter A however my client, even though he loved the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This particular man genuinely despised seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his family did not share his hatred for this particular breed of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a customer I urge them to discuss it with friends and family as well as with folks that they don’t actually know so as to get neutral viewpoints on the merit of a concept. Fortunately, he talked about it with his whole family and they adored the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to insert every other seabird he could think of … eventually I was able to talk him out of his alternative of a pelican and he proceeded with the original concept.

Logos are a weird animal in the design world because the people that tend to hire a professional to design their business logo comprehend how crucial a logo design is for their organization so they are way more invested in the end result. Every logo design project has it’s allotment of obstacles, however the greatest challenge is identifying that sweet spot in a design that works really well at the task it’s needed to do in branding a company and also giving the client the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo style with bamboo in the background, layout for Poinciana publication publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a slender segment of real estate to work with, but it is the most critical part of a published book considering that it is in most cases the primary thing a person sees in the book store. With regard to a publisher, it’s the absolute best opportunity that they will likely ever get to advertise their product and get their logo design in front of the people that buy actual books.

This 3 color design is vibrant, colorful and eye-catching and it gives plenty of area for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design designed for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo has 2 letter A's with benches changed to suggest they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and depart however it seems that in many instances one of the traits folks tend to remember the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a modest new venture commuter/shuttle air service situated in LA and although I’m not sure it really “took off” their organization logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their name lent itself well to imparting a sense of flight and it was definitely a victory.

Poinciana logo design made use of for advertising and marketing and also a label layout for Vintage Instance features an archaic font design.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case focused in all new cases for musical instruments, which looked to be older cases. For this brand design I attempted to come up with a logo that offered a fluid nostalgic feel to it and could be utilized for anything from a website to an insignia on brand new cases that appeared like they were from another generation.

Logo developed for an orthodontist in Poinciana, style consist of an arc with lines converging through it to suggest steel dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental care logos can be one of the most challenging logo projects considering that it seems that every dentist involves a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental business logos are one of the very most cliche ridden fields when it comes to small business branding, if dining establishments approached their branding in the exact same way dental practitioners do every one of their logos would definitely be a picture trying to explain anything they served, McDonalds would probably have a picture of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind adding an illustration of something mouth associated to a dentist’s logo nevertheless it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dentistry profession.

I really enjoy doing dentist business logos simply because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a certain area of the field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the stereotypical solution that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics provided such an opportunity and inevitably I created a layout that does not have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still implied in the concept. When I turned this particular design over to the customer the only smile that was evident was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design created for a family members not-for-profit, the logo includes 4 characters surprised in elevation to stand for a family with in the design.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation contacted ImageCo to help them come up with a custom logo design that would be illustrative of the devotion that William McNally had for the residents in his city. Many logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain images of a happy family, a cliche heavy method to any logo design is to be far too literal about what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best designs are the ones that are downplayed and never hit the viewer on the head with what the business or institution wants to convey.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a distinct opportunity to do a logo which communicated that they were about families without being openly corny about it. The objective of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo design to explain specifically how people should think or feel they don’t understand the goal of a logo. If you have to think about a logo design to understand what it means, it has fallen short, a logo needs to be immediately understood and a logo design that explains itself won’t have the likelihood to be comprehended.

Logo style developed for a hair style workshop featuring a manuscript font a hummingbird as well as a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios desired a company logo which related an atmosphere of ease and elegance for their new hair studio. I created a concept which didn’t go the obvious direction of crafting simply a stylized orchid but instead delivered a logo that implied a flower in the formation of a swirl featured into the letter O in the name and by putting attention on the logo design with the silhouette of a hummingbird floating above the image itself. The obvious path in designing a logo is in most cases the incorrect course and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but alternately laid the emphasis on the feeling that they wanted to forecast to their clients.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

Logo layout for a software application programmer the layout attributes as well as renowned element of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the central component of an operating system (OS). Traditionally, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task control, and drive managing. The kernel attaches the system hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that operates as a bridge in between the software and computer hardware.

The business logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a couple of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to identify anything to anyone regarding to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However it represented something to the owner of the business and in many cases the symbolism supporting a company logo is just as important as how it brands the business it represents.

Advance logo style produced for a Poinciana interior developer, design feature a series of red circles that intersect and replace the letter O in the middle of the logo layout.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

A logo style featuring a fisherman in the center of the name casting a fly towards the visitor.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brands like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year offering supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the founders of On the Fly recognized the market place was prepared for an outdoor sporting merchant that functions as a consignment business. Whether or not you are into boating, sportfishing or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly provides a place for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all types of passions, a location to sell their used items to other sports enthusiasts. I tailored their Poinciana logo design dsign with an illustration which seizes the attention of vehicles and projects an image that invokes the enthusiasm of the outdoors. With traffic that averages forty five mph I realized it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the illustration of a fly fisherman in his natural and serene habitat.
Logo design MQ farms, this logo layout has an area included right into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms logo design wasn’t actually created for an Poinciana area farm it was in reality designed for a products broker, and this logo was one of multiple that fell under the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The goal was to create a graphic that projects assurance, effectiveness, and luxury.
Logo design designed for using a sign for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is a luxuriant script typeface that is evocative a well-known sporting activities group logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have designed quite a lot of restaurant custom logo designs and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the USA, from cupcake pastry shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a neat project in which I worked directly with the proprietor to create a logo which worked really well and did a great job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the lighted signage which hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
