Bryant Logo Design

Nearly every new Bryant organization realizes that they require a logo, yet few entrepreneurs fully comprehend the pivotal role their logo design can make in their success, or precisely why one logo design performs better than another. A company logo has a critical and long term influence on the financial success of a company, go with the right one and it will make the door swing and cash register ring, go with the incorrect one and it can be an obstacle and a hindrance for the life span of a business. The logos presented in the ImageCo portfolio help Bryant companies prosper, they are effective in any given scenario and the main reason they are so effective is because they all have these five things in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t demand scrutiny, they can be grasped in just a look.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable business logo will remain legible and equally emotive at every scale.
  3. Versatility: logos that work on any type of device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the business they stand for.
  5. Relevance: a logo design must be lasting and should feel relevant today, tomorrow, and thirty years from today.

Retro logo style of a bicycle produced for a Bryant coffee cafe and a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This budding coffee roaster and bistro were opening up in an older section of the area and hoped to visualize a retro feel without appearing as monotonous or low energy. I achieved both jobs via developing a logo design that uses a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a ageless business image.

medical logo style with a microscope slide and bacteria made for Bryant medical facility.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science which analyzes the triggers and effects of diseases, mainly the field of medicine that works with the laboratory assessment of specimens of body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic reasons.

The Mid-Valley Pathology brand I came up with is the only instance I call to mind in which I was in a position to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a logo design.

Typically I attempt not to be excessively literal with a design and to a degree, this design approaches the company it represents quite literally, but it does it in a fashion that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an explanation of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the name that helps make it more interesting, more interest grabbing and even more memorable.

logo design with a leaping eco-friendly frog designed for a family enjoyable facility in Bryant.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s additionally a project that is way out of the norm of the types of projects that come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for health care providers, dental offices, and attorneys but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park which I have ever gotten the opportunity to work on.

Given that the full name of the company features the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to feature a couple springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring does not really resonate an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, ultimately I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to give the logo a more lively high energy impression.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my concept and named the frog Jax and incorporated him in to everything they used for promotion and marketing. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I did was transformed into a mascot when they had an employee costume fabricated to look exactly like my frog design.

photography logo including a flock of birds, a mountain, a route, a stream, as well as a tree - made for Bryant travel professional photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo design job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a pretty specialized field of photography and I think it is a niche field due to the fact that travel photographers don’t shoot places or things but instead convey emotional experiences through the photos they capture. The idea behind this logo concept was to make use of negative space to convey more than what was visible upon first glance, which I think is representative of most professional photographers in that they oftentimes convey whole stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey a lot more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional resonance that can’t be revealed with just words. I attempted to do something much the same to this logo design by employing the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Bryant logo but also to illustrate the depth of her art and in the way that she sees the world through the lens of her camera.

Bryant logo style with a seagull made use of for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail company.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The majority of business logo design jobs that I take on I genuinely relish and the Coastal Wireless assignment was one that I certainly felt good about, but the customer didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the character A however the customer, while he liked the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This particular guy genuinely despised seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, fortunately the rest of his friends and family did not share his hatred for this particular type of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a customer I urge all of them to discuss it with colleagues and family as well as with folks that they don’t actually know so as to get honest assessments on the worthiness of a design concept. Fortunately, he shared it with his whole family and they loved the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to include every other seabird he could think of … eventually I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he proceeded with the original design.

Custom logo designs are a strange animal in the design world given that the people that are inclined to hire a professional to create their business logo understand how essential a logo is for their business so they are way more vested in the end result. Every logo design job has it’s portion of hurdles, but the greatest challenge is identifying that sweet spot in a design that functions really well at the task it’s required to do in branding a business and also providing the customer the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo layout with bamboo behind-the-scenes, design for Bryant publication author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a narrow parcel of real estate to work with, yet it is the most important part of a printed book given that it is ordinarily the first thing a person views in the book store. With regard to a publisher, it’s the absolute best opportunity they will ever have to advertise their product and get their logo design in front of the people that shop for actual books.

This 3 color design is vivid, picturesque and eye-catching and it gives plenty of room for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo made for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo has two letter A's with benches changed to suggest they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and depart yet it looks like that in many occurrences one of the traits individuals usually tend to recollect the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a young start-up commuter/shuttle airline company situated in LA and although I’m not sure it really “took off” their logo didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their name lent itself well to affording a good sense of airline flight and it was definitely a victory.

Bryant logo style utilized for advertising as well as a label style for Vintage Case includes an old-fashioned typeface design.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in all new cases for musical instruments, which looked to be vintage cases. For this brand concept I tried to come up with a logo that possessed a fluid nostalgic feel to it and could easily be utilized for anything from a web site to a label on brand new cases that looked like they were from a different point in time.

Logo design developed for an orthodontist in Bryant, style include an arc with lines converging with it to suggest metal braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry logo designs can be one of the most challenging and difficult logo design projects due to the fact that it seems that each and every dental professional integrates a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry business logos are one of the most cliche ridden careers when it comes to company advertising, if dining establishments approached their branding in the exact same way dentists do every one of their logos would be a picture explaining anything they served, McDonalds would probably contain a picture of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind adding a likeness of something mouth related to a dentist’s company logo but it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental profession.

I really love doing dentist business logos because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies the field of dentistry or a particular area of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd approach that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics delivered such an opportunity and inevitably I created a design that does not have a single smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t obvious, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this concept over to the customer the only smile that was obvious was actually the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo developed for a family members nonprofit, the logo design includes 4 personalities staggered in elevation to stand for a family with in the style.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation reached out to ImageCo to help them come up with a brand identity design that would be depictive of the devotion that William McNally had for the folks in his city. The majority of logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain depictions of a happy family, a cliche heavy approach to any logo design is to be very literal pertaining to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and never hit the viewer on the head with what the company or organization wishes to communicate.

The McNally Foundation’s name presented a unique opportunity to do a logo that communicated that they were about families without being openly tacky about it. The goal of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo to describe specifically how people ought to think or feel they don’t understand the goal of a logo. If you have to consider a logo to understand what it means, it has failed, a logo needs to be immediately understood and a logo design that illustrates itself won’t have the chance to be comprehended.

Logo style created for a hair style studio featuring a manuscript font a hummingbird and an implied orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios desired a company logo that carried a feeling of relaxation and class for their new hair salon. I created a concept that didn’t go the obvious path of creating just a stylized orchid but rather crafted a logo which suggested an orchid in the pattern of a swirl integrated in to the letter O in the name and by putting attention on the concept using the figure of a hummingbird hovering over the logo itself. The obvious path in designing a logo is oftentimes the wrong direction and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but instead put the importance on the feeling that they really wanted to transmit to their clients.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

Logo design for a software designer the layout attributes and also renowned aspect of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the principal part of an operating system (OS). Traditionally, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task control, and hard drive management. The kernel attaches the system hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that behaves as a connection in between the software program and computer hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a few miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to point out anything to anyone about what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. Nevertheless it symbolized something to the owner of the business and in quite a few cases the significance supporting a company logo is just as important as how it brands the enterprise it stands for.

Advance logo layout developed for a Bryant interior developer, design function a collection of red circles that intersect as well as replace the letter O in the center of the logo layout.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

This particular Bryant logo design assignment was performed for a management consultant that aids business leaders to develop into more successful at handling people, expectations, and productivity.

A logo design featuring a fisherman in the middle of the name casting a fly in the direction of the viewer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brands like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year retailing goods and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the owners of On the Fly knew the market place was ready for an outdoor sporting store that operates as a consignment business. Whether or not you are into boating, sportfishing or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a venue for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all types of interests, a spot to sell their pre-owned items to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Bryant logo design dsign along with a graphic that captures the interest of vehicles and projects an image that calls to mind the passion of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five miles per hour I realized it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the graphic of a fly fisherman in his natural and serene habitat.
Logo layout MQ farms, this logo style has an area integrated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms company logo concept wasn’t actually created for an Bryant area farm it was actually developed for an investments broker, and this particular logo design was one of a handful of that fell underneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The goal was to make an identity that projected trust, effectiveness, and luxury.
Logo developed for making use of a sign for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an ornate script typeface that is reminiscent of a popular sports team logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve created dozens of restaurant logos and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the US, from cupcake pastry shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a cool undertaking in which I worked closely with the business owner to create a logo design which worked extremely well and did a great job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the illuminated signage that hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
