Bay Point Logo Design

Every new Bay Point organization realizes that they need a logo, yet few new business owners entirely grasp the pivotal role their company logo can take in their success, or why one business logo functions more effectively than another. A company logo has an immediate and long term effect on the growth of a business, go with the correct one and it will make the door swing and phone ring, go with the wrong one and it will be an obstacle and a hindrance for the life of a company. The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Bay Point businesses succeed, they are effective in any given situation and the reason they are so effective is that they all have these 5 things in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t demand contemplation, they can be comprehended in just a glance.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable logo design will be legible and equally emotive at every size.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are personal, and they are suitable for the enterprise they represent.
  5. Relevance: a logo should be enduring and should feel relevant today, tomorrow, and twenty five years from today.

Retro logo style of a bicycle developed for a Bay Point coffee cafe and a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This start-up coffee roaster and coffee shop were opening up in an older part of the city and wanted to cast a nostalgic tone without coming across as monotonous or low energy. I accomplished the two tasks via developing a business logo concept that includes a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is old-fashioned, higher energy, and is a timeless business image.

medical logo layout with a microscope slide and bacteria made for Bay Point medical clinic.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline that examines the triggers and effects of diseases, mainly the field of medicine that deals with the clinical evaluation of specimens of body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic purposes.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo I came up with is the sole instance I remember in which I was able to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a business logo design.

Normally I try not to be overly literal with a design and to a point, this design approaches the company it serves very literally, however it does it in a way that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an illustration of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that makes it more interesting, more attention grabbing and more meaningful.

logo style with a jumping environment-friendly frog created for a household enjoyable facility in Bay Point.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very fun project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s additionally a project that is way out of the usual of the types of projects that come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for doctors, dental professionals, and lawyers but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park that I have ever gotten the privilege to work on.

Given that the full name of the company features the word springz in its name the apparent choice would have been to incorporate a couple of springs into the concept but Cool Springz is a fun location to go and spring does not actually reflect an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, ultimately I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to give the logo a much more dynamic high energy feeling.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my concept and named the frog Jax and incorporated him in to everything they utilized for advertising. I also think this is the only time that a logo I designed was transformed into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fabricated to look exactly like my frog design.

digital photography logo design featuring a group of birds, a hill, a trail, a stream, as well as a tree - made for Bay Point traveling professional photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a custom logo design job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a fairly specialized field of photography and I believe it is a niche field due to the fact that travel photographers tend not to shoot locations or things but rather reveal emotional journeys by means of the pictures they record. The idea behind this logo composition was to make use of negative space to project more than what was visible upon first view, which I think is quintessential of the majority of professional photographers in that they frequently share whole stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey considerably more than that because their photos often have an emotional fullness that can’t be communicated with just words. I attempted to do something very similar to this logo by utilizing the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Bay Point logo design but also to reveal the depth to her art and in the way that she sees the world through the lens of her camera.

Bay Point logo style with a seagull made use of for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The bulk of custom logo design jobs that I take on I genuinely savor and the Coastal Wireless assignment was one that I certainly felt good about, but the client didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the concept of using the seagull form as a stroke in the character A however my client, while he liked the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This guy really hated seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his family members did not share his aversion for this particular variety of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a client I urge them to share it with friends and family as well as with other people that they don’t even know so as to get honest judgements on the benefit of a concept. Fortunately, he discussed it with his family and they loved the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … eventually I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he went with the original concept.

Custom logo designs are a weird animal in the design world because the people that tend to hire an expert to design their logo understand how crucial a logo design is for their business so they are much more vested in the end result. Every logo job has it’s portion of difficulties, however the greatest obstacle is identifying that sweet spot in a design that works really well at the task it’s needed to do in branding a company and also giving the client the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo layout with bamboo behind-the-scenes, style for Bay Point publication publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a slender slice of real estate to work with, nevertheless it is the most important part of a published book since it is ordinarily the primary thing a person sees in the book shop. With respect to a publisher, it’s the optimal opportunity that they will likely ever have to advertise their label and get their logo design in front of the men and women that buy actual books.

This 3 color design is vivid, picturesque and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of space for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design designed for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo has two letter A's with the bars changed to suggest they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and go however it looks like that in many occurrences one of the traits consumers often tend to recollect the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a modest start-up commuter/shuttle airline company located in LA and while I’m not sure it really “took off” their business logo didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to imparting a sense of air travel and it was certainly a victory.

Bay Point logo layout made use of for marketing and also a tag design for Vintage Situation includes an old font style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in brand-new cases for musical instruments, that appeared to be antique cases. For this custom logo concept I attempted to come up with a logo that had a fluid vintage feel to it and could easily be utilized for anything from a website to a label on brand new cases that seemed like they were from another era.

Logo created for an orthodontist in Bay Point, layout consist of an arc with lines intersecting through it to suggest steel braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental care logo designs can be one of the most challenging logo projects due to the fact that it seems that almost every dental professional includes a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental logo designs are one of the very most cliche ridden careers when it comes to business marketing, if dining establishments approached their advertising in the very same way dental practices do every one of their company logos would be a picture trying to explain something they served, McDonalds would likely have a picture of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind including an illustration of something mouth associated to a dentist’s logo design nevertheless it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dentistry industry.

I actually love doing dental logo designs simply because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies the field of dentistry or a particular field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the stereotypical course of action that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics delivered such an opportunity and subsequently I created a concept that does not have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this concept over to the customer the only smile that was evident was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design designed for a family members nonprofit, the logo design includes 4 characters surprised in height to stand for a family unit with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation reached out to ImageCo to help them come up with a logo design that would be representative of the devotion that William McNally had for the folks in his community. Most logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain pictures of a happy family, a cliche heavy technique to any logo design is to be overly literal with regards to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and never hit the viewer on the head with what the company or organization wishes to project.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a unique opportunity to do a logo design that communicated that they were about families without being overtly corny about it. The intention of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer makes an effort to use the logo design to summarize exactly how people ought to think or feel they don’t understand the purpose of a logo. If people have to think about a logo design to understand what it means, it has been in vain, a logo needs to be immediately comprehended and a logo design that illustrates itself will never have the likelihood to be understood.

Logo design developed for a hair style workshop featuring a manuscript font a hummingbird as well as an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios desired a logo design that communicated a spirit of ease and elegance for their new hair studio. I created a design which didn’t go the obvious course of designing merely a stylized orchid but alternatively created a company logo that implied a flower in the formation of a swirl featured in to the letter O in the title and by placing attention on the logo design using the silhouette of a hummingbird hovering over the logo itself. The obvious path in designing a logo is usually the wrong route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but instead placed the emphasis on the emotion that they really wanted to forecast to their clients.

Arabian horse logo design produced for a steed cattle ranch that focuses on breeding Arabian show equines.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo crafted a distinct business logo concept tailored to illustrate the unique physical traits of the Arabian breed of horses. By having an unique head form and high tail carriage, the Arabian is one of the most quite easily recognizable horse breeds in the entire world.

Las Cafe | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

Las Cafe logo design a small restaurant, style consists of a modified script typeface which floats over a group of ornate lines and also dots.

Logo design for a software application developer the design features as well as famous element of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the principal part of an operating system (OS). Generally, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task control, and disk managing. The kernel attaches the system hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that serves as a connection between the software and hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a couple of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to describe anything to anyone regarding what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. But it represented something to the owner of the business and in quite a few cases the substance supporting a company logo is equally as important as how it serves the business it represents.

Progress logo design developed for a Bay Point indoor developer, layout function a series of red circles that intersect and also change the letter O in the center of the logo style.

Evolv Interior Design | Logo Design | Branding

logo style done for Advanced Management Solutions, the personalities for letter V and A in middle of words progressed have been modified to link directly into the words below.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

This Bay Point logo design job was done for a leadership specialist that helps business leaders to develop into more efficient at overseeing people, expectations, and productivity.

A logo design including an angler in the center of the name casting a fly towards the audience.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in more than 7 billion a year retailing goods and equipment to outdoor sporting lovers the founders of On the Fly understood the market place was ready for an outdoor sporting retailer that operates as a consignment firm. Whether you are into boating, fishing or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a destination for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all types of passions, a place to market their previously owned products to other sports enthusiasts. I designed their Bay Point logo design dsign utilizing an image that garners the attention of vehicles and sends an image that invokes the enthusiasm of the outdoors. With traffic that averages 45 miles per hour I realized it would take more than the average logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the image of a fly fisherman in his natural and calm habitat.
Logo style MQ farms, this logo layout has an area incorporated right into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms company logo idea wasn’t actually composed for an Bay Point area farm it was in reality designed for a products broker, and this particular creative logo was one of several which fell beneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The end goal was actually to generate an identity that projected trust, effectiveness, and wealth.
Logo design designed for the use of a sign for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an ornate manuscript font style that is evocative a famous sports team logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve created dozens of restaurant logos and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the USA, from cupcake bakeshops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I think Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a great project where I worked directly with the owner to produce a logo that worked really well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the illuminated signage that hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
