Parker Logo Design

Virtually every new Parker business realizes that they require a logo, but few new business owners entirely understand the vital role their business logo can take in their success, or why one logo works more effectively than another. A logo design has an instant and lasting impact on the growth of a business, choose the right one and it can make the door swing and phone ring, choose the wrong one and it will be an obstacle and an impediment for the life span of a company. The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Parker businesses succeed, they are effective in any given circumstance and the reason why they are so effective is because they all have these five things in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logos do not require consideration, they can be comprehended in merely a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to billboards a scalable business logo will continue to be legible and equally emotive at virtually any dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that function on any sort of device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are unique, and they are suitable for the enterprise they represent.
  5. Relevance: a logo needs to be ageless and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and forty years from today.

Retro logo layout of a bicycle created for a Parker coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This start-up coffee roaster and bistro were opening up in an older part of the community and wanted to project a nostalgic feel without coming across as uninteresting or low energy. I achieved the two jobs by designing a custom logo concept that contains a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is old-fashioned, high energy, and is a ageless business image.

medical logo design with a microscope slide as well as bacteria designed for Parker medical facility.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline which analyzes the causes and outcomes of diseases, especially the field of healthcare that deals with the laboratory examination of samplings of human body tissue for diagnostic or forensic reasons.

The Mid-Valley Pathology custom logo design I came up with is really the only instance I recall where I was able to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a logo design.

Normally I attempt not to be excessively literal with a concept and to a degree, this specific design approaches the company it represents fairly literally, but it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an explanation of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the brand that makes it more appealing, more focus grabbing and a lot more unforgettable.

logo style with a jumping eco-friendly frog made for a household fun facility in Parker.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really fun project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the types of jobs that come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for health care providers, dentists, and legal professionals but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park that I have ever had the privilege to work on.

Given that the name of the business has the word springz in its name the apparent choice would have been to incorporate a some springs into the concept but Cool Springz is a fun place to go and spring does not really reflect an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to give the logo a better dynamic high energy mood.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my design and named the frog Jax and included him in to everything they used for marketing. I also think this is the only time that a logo I did was turned into a mascot when they had an employee costume fabricated to look exactly like my frog design.

digital photography logo featuring a group of birds, a hill, a path, a stream, and also a tree - created for Parker travel professional photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a custom logo design job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a pretty niche field of photography and I think it is a niche sector because travel photographers tend not to capture places or things but instead project emotional experiences through the images they capture. The thought behind this logo composition was to utilize negative space to convey more than what was visible upon initial glance, which I think is representative of almost all good photographers in that they often tell entire stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey significantly more than that because their photos often have an emotional fullness which can’t be revealed with just words. I made an effort to do something similar to this logo design by using the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Parker logo design but also to show the depth of her art and in the way that she perceives the world through the lens of her camera.

Parker logo design with a seagull utilized for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The lion’s share of business logo design projects that I take on I really enjoy and the Coastal Wireless design was one that I certainly felt good about, however the client didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the character A but the customer, even though he loved the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This guy genuinely loathed seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, luckily the rest of his friends and family didn’t share his aversion for this particular breed of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a client I urge them to talk about it with friends and family as well as with individuals that they don’t even know so as to get objective opinions on the value of a design concept. Fortunately, he discussed it with his family and they really loved the design and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to include every other seabird he could think of … eventually I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he proceeded with the original design.

Business logos are a strange creature in the design world given that the people that are inclined to hire a professional to design their logo understand how vital a logo design is for their company so they are much more invested in the final result. Every logo design job has it’s portion of obstacles, however the most significant obstacle is finding that sweet spot in a design that operates really well at the job it’s needed to do in branding a company and also giving the client the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo style with bamboo in the background, style for Parker publication author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a narrow slice of real estate to work with, nevertheless it is the most essential part of a published book since it is ordinarily the initial thing a person views in the bookstore. For a publishing company, it’s the absolute best opportunity that they will ever get to promote their label and get their logo design in front of the men and women that purchase actual books.

This three color design is vivid, picturesque and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of area for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design made for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo has two letter A's with benches modified to imply they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and depart but it seems like that in many cases 1 of the things individuals tend to remember the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a small startup commuter/shuttle airline company situated in LA and although I’m not certain it really “took off” their business logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to affording a spirit of flight and it was undoubtedly a winner.

Parker logo design utilized for advertising and a tag design for Vintage Instance features an archaic font layout.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case focused in brand-new cases for musical instruments, that looked to be antique cases. For this custom logo concept I sought to come up with a logo that possessed a fluid retro feel to it and could easily be used for every thing from a web page to a label on brand new cases that appeared like they were from another generation.

Logo produced for an orthodontist in Parker, design include an arc with lines converging with it to indicate metal braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry logos can be one of the most challenging logo design projects due to the fact that it seems that each and every dental professional integrates a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental logo designs are one of the most cliche ridden professions when it comes to business branding, if restaurants approached their advertising in the very same way dental practitioners do every one of their logo designs would definitely be a picture explaining anything they served, McDonalds would likely have an image of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind adding an image of something mouth related to a dentist’s logo design nevertheless it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental profession.

I actually love doing dental care logo designs because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a certain field of dental treatment like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd solution that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics offered such an opportunity and eventually I created a layout that does not have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this design over to the customer the only smile that was apparent was really the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo developed for a family nonprofit, the logo includes 4 personalities startled in height to stand for a family with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation contacted ImageCo to help them come up with a logo that would be depictive of the love that William McNally had for the folks in his city. Most logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain pictures of a happy family, a cliche heavy method to any logo design is to be overly literal pertaining to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the company or organization hopes to relate.

The McNally Foundation’s name provided a unique opportunity to do a logo design which conveyed that they were about families without being openly tacky about it. The objective of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo to describe specifically how individuals ought to think or feel they don’t understand the mission of a logo. If you have to consider a logo design to understand what it means, it has failed, a logo needs to be instantly comprehended and a logo that explains itself will never have the opportunity to be comprehended.

Logo style created for a hair style studio including a script font a hummingbird and also an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios wanted a business logo that projected a spirit of relaxation and connection for their new hair salon. I came up with a design which didn’t go the obvious route of designing just a stylized orchid but alternatively delivered a logo that implied an orchid in the pattern of a swirl blended into the letter O in the title and by putting emphasis on the logo design using the figure of a hummingbird hovering over the logo itself. The obvious path in creating a logo is in most cases the wrong path and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but alternately placed the main focus on the perception that they wanted to transmit to their clients.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

Logo style for a software program designer the design features as well as legendary component of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the key part of an operating system (OS). Traditionally, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task management, and drive managing. The kernel connects the system hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that functions as a bridge between the software and computer hardware.

The business logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a few miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to point out anything to anyone regarding to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However, it symbolized something to the business owner of the business and in many cases the substance behind a company logo is equally as important as how it brands the organization it represents.

Progress logo style developed for a Parker interior developer, style feature a collection of red circles that converge as well as replace the letter O in the middle of the logo style.

A logo style including an angler in the middle of the name casting a fly in the direction of the visitor.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in more than 7 billion a year retailing supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting fans the owners of On the Fly realized the market place was primed for an outdoor sporting retailer that operates as a consignment firm. Whether you are into boating, sportfishing or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a place for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all sorts of passions, a location to market their used products to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Parker logo design dsign with an illustration that garners the interest of vehicles and sends an image that calls to mind the passion of the outdoors. With traffic that averages forty five mph I knew it would take more than the average logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the picture of a fly fisherman in his natural and tranquil habitat.
Logo design MQ farms, this logo style has a field integrated right into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms logo idea wasn’t actually designed for an Parker regional farm it was in reality devised for a products broker, and this particular brand was one of several which fell underneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The aim was to create an identity that projected esteem, effectiveness, and affluence.
Logo developed for making use of a sign for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an elaborate script font style that is similar to a popular sports team logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have crafted loads of restaurant logo designs and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the US, from cupcake pastry shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a neat undertaking where I worked closely with the business owner to develop a business logo which worked really well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the illuminated signage that hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
