Encanto Logo Design

Nearly every new Encanto venture understands that they require a logo, yet few entrepreneurs fully recognize the vital role their business logo will take in their success, or precisely why one business logo functions far better than another. A company logo has an immediate and sustaining influence on the success of a company, go with the right one and it can make the door swing and phone ring, choose the incorrect one and it can be a barrier and a hindrance for the longevity of an organization. The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Encanto businesses succeed, they are effective in any given circumstance and the main reason they are so effective is that they all have these five traits in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t require deliberation, they can be understood in just a look.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable business logo will be legible and just as emotive at every dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any type of device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the company they represent.
  5. Relevance: a logo design needs to be timeless and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and 20 years from today.

Retro logo design of a bike developed for a Encanto coffee cafe and also a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This budding coffee roaster and coffee shop were actually opening up in an old part of the town and wished to cast an old-fashioned feel without coming across as uninteresting or low energy. I fulfilled the two jobs by means of developing a symbol concept that features a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is old-fashioned, high energy, and is a timeless business image.

medical logo layout with a microscopic lense slide and bacteria designed for Encanto clinical clinic.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science that studies the triggers and effects of diseases, mainly the field of healthcare that works with the clinical examination of samples of human body tissue for diagnostic or forensic reasons.

The Mid-Valley Pathology brand I came up with is really the sole instance I recollect in which I was able to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide into a logo design.

Normally I attempt not to be overly literal with a design and to a degree, this design approaches the company it represents fairly literally, however it does it in a fashion that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an illustration of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the name that helps make it more appealing, more focus grabbing and a lot more meaningful.

logo layout with a jumping eco-friendly frog developed for a household fun center in Encanto.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the usual of the types of projects which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for physicians, dental practices, and lawyers but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park which I have ever had the opportunity to work on.

Given that the full name of the business features the word springz in its name the obvious choice would have been to incorporate a couple of springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun location to go and spring does not actually reflect an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, ultimately I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to give the logo a much more dynamic high energy feel.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my concept and named the frog Jax and included him in to everything they utilized for advertising and marketing. I also think this is the only time that a logo I created was turned into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fashioned to look just like my frog design.

digital photography logo design featuring a group of birds, a mountain, a trail, a stream, and a tree - created for Encanto traveling professional photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a fairly niche field of photography and I believe it is a niche sector because travel photographers don’t shoot locations or things but instead convey emotional journeys through the photos they capture. The thought behind this logo design was to make use of negative space to convey more than what was visible upon initial view, which I think is representative of most good photographers in that they frequently convey entire stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey a great deal more than that because their photos often have an emotional fullness that can’t be communicated with mere words. I made an effort to do something the same to this logo by utilizing the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Encanto logo design but also to reveal the depth of her work and in the way that she perceives the world through the lens of her camera.

Encanto logo design with a seagull used for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The bulk of business logo design projects that I take on I genuinely savor and the Coastal Wireless project was one that I certainly felt good about, however the customer didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the concept of using the seagull form as a stroke in the character A however my client, while he loved the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This particular guy really disliked seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his family members did not share his aversion for this particular breed of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a customer I encourage all of them to talk about it with friends and family members as well as with other people that they don’t even know so as to get impartial assessments on the benefit of a concept. Fortunately, he discussed it with his family members and they loved the design and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … ultimately I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he proceeded with the original design.

Custom logo designs are a weird animal in the design world given that the people that tend to hire an expert to design their logo design realize how vital a logo design is for their organization so they are much more vested in the outcome. Every logo design project possesses it’s allotment of challenges, however the largest challenge is finding that sweet spot in a design that functions really well at the job it’s needed to do in branding a company and also providing the client the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo design with bamboo in the background, layout for Encanto book author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a narrow segment of real estate to work with, but it really is the most critical part of a published book due to the fact that it is in most cases the initial thing a person sees in the bookstore. Regarding a publisher, it’s the most ideal opportunity that they will likely ever get to promote their brand and get their logo design in front of the people that buy actual books.

This three color design is vivid, picturesque and eye-catching and it gives plenty of territory for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo made for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo design has two letter A's with benches customized to suggest they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and depart yet it seems like that in many instances one of the traits folks tend to recollect the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a young startup commuter/shuttle air service situated in LA and although I’m not certain it really “took off” their logo didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to affording a good sense of air travel and it was undoubtedly a victory.

Encanto logo layout made use of for marketing as well as a tag layout for Vintage Instance includes an old-fashioned font layout.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in new cases for musical instruments, which looked to be antique cases. For this custom logo concept I strove to come up with a logo that possessed a fluid nostalgic feel to it and could easily be used for anything from a web site to a label on brand new cases that appeared like they were from a different era.

Logo developed for an orthodontist in Encanto, layout consist of an arc with lines converging via it to suggest metal dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental care logos can be one of the most challenging and difficult logo jobs because it appears that every dental professional features a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental logos are one of the most cliche ridden careers when it comes to company branding, if dining establishments approached their advertising in the exact same way dental practitioners do every one of their company logos would be a picture trying to explain anything they served, McDonalds would likely have an image of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind adding an illustration of something mouth associated to a dentist’s logo design but it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental care profession.

I really love doing dentist logo designs because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a certain field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd approach that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics offered such an opportunity and eventually I created a design that doesn’t have a single smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still implied in the concept. When I turned this concept over to the customer the only smile that was apparent was really the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design made for a family members nonprofit, the logo features 4 characters staggered in elevation to represent a family with in the design.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation contacted ImageCo to help them come up with a logo design that would be illustrative of the devotion that William McNally had for the people residing in his community. Most logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain images of a happy family, a cliche heavy technique to any logo design is to be far too literal about what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best designs are the ones that are understated and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the business or institution wishes to communicate.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a distinct opportunity to do a logo design that communicated that they were about families without being openly corny about it. The goal of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer makes an effort to use the logo design to explain specifically how people ought to think or feel they don’t understand the purpose of a logo. If people have to think about a logo to understand what it means, it has fallen short, a logo needs to be immediately comprehended and a logo that describes itself won’t have the likelihood to be understood.

Logo style produced for a hair design workshop featuring a script font a hummingbird and also a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios required a business logo which conveyed a sense of contentment and class for their new hair studio. I created a design which didn’t go the obvious route of making merely a stylized orchid but instead delivered a company logo that implied a flower in the pattern of a swirl blended in to the letter O in the title and by putting attention on the logo design along with the silhouette of a hummingbird hovering over the logo design itself. The obvious path in creating a company logo is more often than not the incorrect route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but alternately laid the attention on the perception that they really wanted to transmit to their clients.

Arabian equine logo design produced for an equine ranch that specializes in breeding Arabian show horses.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo developed a unique company logo concept customized to symbolize the unique physical traits of the Arabian type of equines. By having an unique head shape and higher tail carriage, the Arabian is one of the highly immediately recognizable equine breeds in the whole world.

Las Cafe | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

Las Cafe logo design a small restaurant, layout consists of a customized manuscript typeface which floats over a group of elaborate lines and dots.

Logo style for a software application developer the style features and also renowned element of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the key component of an operating system (OS). Generally, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task control, and drive management. The kernel connects the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that behaves as a connection between the software and hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a number of miles from the business offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to explain anything to anyone about what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However it intimated something to the owner of the company and in quite a few cases the significance supporting a company logo is equally as important as how it serves the company it represents.

Advance logo layout created for a Encanto interior developer, style feature a collection of red circles that intersect and also change the letter O in the center of the logo style.

logo layout provided for Advanced Management Solutions, the characters for letter V and A in center of the word progressed have been modified to tie straight right into the words listed below.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

This particular Encanto logo design assignment was undertaken for a management advisor that aids business leaders to become more effective at handling people, expectations, and productivity.

A logo style including an angler in the center of the name casting a fly towards the audience.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brand names such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year selling supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the owners of On the Fly understood the market was ready for an outdoor sporting retailer that functions as a consignment business. Whether you are into boating, fishing or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a venue for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all sorts of passions, a place to market their previously owned items to other sports enthusiasts. I designed their Encanto logo design dsign utilizing an illustration that captures the attention of vehicles and sends an image that evokes the enthusiasm of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five miles per hour I knew it would take more than the average logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the picture of a fly fisherman in his natural and calm habitat.
Logo style MQ farms, this logo layout has actually a field incorporated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms business logo idea wasn’t actually developed for an Encanto area farm it was in reality developed for an investments broker, and this creative logo was one of many that fell beneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The aim was really to develop a graphic that projected trust, success, and opulence.
Logo developed for using an indicator for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an ornate script typeface that is evocative a renowned sports team logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have crafted dozens of restaurant business logos and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the US, from cupcake bakeries to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I think Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a cool project where I worked closely with the owner to create a logo that worked extremely well and did a great job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the illuminated signage that hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
