Casselberry Logo Design

Virtually every new Casselberry venture realizes that they require a logo, however few new business owners thoroughly realize the vital role their company logo will make in their financial success, or precisely why one logo design functions far better than another. A logo design has a critical and sustaining influence on the growth of a business, select the correct one and it can make the door swing and cash register ring, select the incorrect one and it will be a barrier and a hindrance for the life of a company. The logos featured in the ImageCo portfolio help Casselberry companies prosper, they are effective in any given situation and the reason why they are so effective is because they all have these five traits in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t demand deliberation, they can be comprehended in just a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to posters a scalable logo will remain legible and just as emotive at virtually any dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that function on any device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are personal, and they are suitable for the organization they represent.
  5. Relevance: a logo design should be enduring and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and thirty years from today.

Retro logo layout of a bicycle created for a Casselberry coffee cafe and also a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This startup coffee roaster and coffee bar were actually opening in an older part of the city and wished to cast a vintage vibe without appearing as boring or low energy. I accomplished both tasks by developing a logo design that features a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a ageless business image.

clinical logo design with a microscopic lense slide as well as germs created for Casselberry medical clinic.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline that studies the root causes and consequences of diseases, especially the field of medicine that deals with the laboratory evaluation of samples of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic intents.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo design I came up with is the sole instance I recollect in which I was in a position to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide into a business logo design.

Generally I attempt not to be excessively literal with a design and to a point, this specific design approaches the company it serves very literally, however it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the name that makes it more intriguing, more interest grabbing and even more unforgettable.

logo layout with a leaping environment-friendly frog created for a family enjoyable center in Casselberry.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very cool project to work on, probably because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the usual of the types of projects that come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for surgeons, dental practices, and legal professionals but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park that I have ever had the privilege to work on.

Given that the title of the company features the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to feature a some springs into the concept but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring does not actually resonate an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to provide the logo a better enthusiastic high energy atmosphere.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my design and named the frog Jax and featured him in to everything they utilized for promotion and marketing. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I designed was transformed into a mascot when they had an employee costume fabricated to look exactly like my frog design.

photography logo design including a group of birds, a hill, a route, a stream, as well as a tree - made for Casselberry traveling photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo design job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a fairly specialized field of photography and I believe it is a niche profession due to the fact that travel photographers tend not to shoot locations or things but instead convey emotional experiences by means of the photos they record. The thought behind this logo composition was to utilize negative space to project more than what was visible upon first glance, which I think is quintessential of almost all good photographers in that they oftentimes share whole stories using their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey a great deal more than that because their photos often have an emotional fullness that can’t be conveyed with mere words. I attempted to do something comparable to this logo design by making use of the positive space in the design to say one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Casselberry logo design but also to reveal the depth to her art and in the way that she views the world through the lens of her camera.

Casselberry logo style with a seagull used for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail service.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The lion’s share of logo design jobs that I take on I genuinely enjoy and the Coastal Wireless assignment was one that I really felt good about, however the client didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull form as a stroke in the letter A however my customer, while he liked the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This particular guy seriously disliked seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his friends and family didn’t share his hatred for this specific kind of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a client I urge them to discuss it with friends and family members as well as with folks that they don’t actually know so as to get objective assessments on the merit of a design concept. Fortunately, he shared it with his family members and they really liked the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to insert every other seabird he could think of … in the end I was able to talk him out of his choice of a pelican and he proceeded with the original design.

Logo designs are a weird creature in the design world given that the people that tend to hire an expert to design their logo design realize how important a logo design is for their organization so they are way more invested in the result. Every logo project possesses it’s share of hurdles, but the greatest challenge is finding that sweet spot in a design that works really well at the task it’s required to do in branding a business and also giving the client the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo design with bamboo in the background, style for Casselberry book publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a narrow slice of real estate to work with, yet it is the most essential part of a published book since it is ordinarily the initial thing a person views in the book store. With respect to a publishing company, it’s the absolute best opportunity that they will ever get to spotlight their label and get their logo design in front of the individuals that buy actual books.

This three color design is vivid, colorful and eye-catching and it gives plenty of room for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design designed for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo has two letter A's with benches modified to indicate they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and go but it seems that in many instances one of the items consumers often tend to remember the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a small start-up commuter/shuttle airline company situated in LA and while I’m not certain it actually “took off” their business logo didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to affording a spirit of air travel and it was undoubtedly a victory.

Casselberry logo layout utilized for advertising and marketing as well as a label style for Vintage Situation features an old font style style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in brand-new cases for musical instruments, which looked to be antique cases. For this logo design I attempted to come up with a logo that possessed a fluid vintage feel to it and could be used for anything from a web site to an insignia on brand new cases that seemed like they were from a different era.

Logo design developed for an orthodontist in Casselberry, layout include an arc with lines intersecting via it to indicate metal braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental care logo designs can easily be one of the most challenging logo design jobs because it appears that each and every dentist involves a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental business logos are one of the very most cliche ridden professions when it comes to small business marketing, if dining establishments approached their branding in the exact same way dental offices do every one of their logo designs would definitely be a picture trying to explain something they served, McDonalds would most likely contain a picture of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind adding an image of something mouth related to a dentist’s logo design but it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dentistry profession.

I really enjoy doing dental logos because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a specific field of the field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the stereotypical approach that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics delivered such an opportunity and ultimately I created a layout that does not have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this design over to the client the only smile that was evident was actually the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo made for a family members not-for-profit, the logo features 4 characters staggered in elevation to stand for a family unit with in the style.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation reached out to ImageCo to help them come up with a logo design that would be representative of the devotion that William McNally had for the families in his community. The majority of logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain depictions of a happy family, a cliche heavy technique to any logo design is to be far too literal with regards to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best designs are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the business or institution hopes to relate.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a unique opportunity to do a logo that conveyed that they were about families without being overtly corny about it. The objective of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo design to summarize how people should think or feel they don’t understand the purpose of a logo. If viewers have to think about a logo design to understand what it means, it has fallen short, a logo needs to be instantly understood and a logo that illustrates itself won’t have the likelihood to be comprehended.

Logo design created for a hair design studio featuring a script font a hummingbird as well as a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios needed a logo design which communicated a feeling of calmness and class for their new hair studio. I came up with a concept that did not go the obvious path of designing merely a stylized orchid but instead created a company logo which implied an orchid in the formation of a swirl blended in to the letter O in the title and by putting emphasis on the logo design along with the figure of a hummingbird floating over the logo design itself. The obvious path in creating a logo design is more often than not the wrong direction and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but alternately placed the importance on the feeling that they wanted to project to their clients.

Arabian steed logo design created for a steed ranch that specializes in breeding Arabian show horses.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo developed an original organization logo concept tailored to symbolize the unique physical traits of the Arabian pedigree of horses. With a different head form and high tail carriage, the Arabian is one of the highly easily identifiable equine types in the entire world.

Logo style for a software program programmer the design functions and legendary element of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the central part of an operating system (OS). Typically, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task control, and disk managing. The kernel unites the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that performs as a bridge between the software and hardware.

The logo design I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a few miles from the business offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to describe anything to anyone regarding what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However it meant something to the business owner of the business and in many cases the substance supporting a business logo is just as important as how it serves the organization it stands for.

A logo design including a fisherman in the middle of the name casting a fly in the direction of the visitor.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brand names such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in more than 7 billion a year selling supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting lovers the founders of On the Fly realized the market place was ready for an outdoor sporting merchant that operates as a consignment company. Whether you are into boating, angling or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a place for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all kinds of interests, a spot to sell off their pre-owned items to other sports enthusiasts. I tailored their Casselberry logo dsign along with a graphic which grabs the attention of vehicles and sends an image that invokes the passion of the outdoors. With traffic that averages forty five mph I knew it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the graphic of a fly fisherman in his natural and serene habitat.
Logo style MQ ranches, this logo style has actually a field incorporated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms logo concept wasn’t really produced for an Casselberry regional farm it was actually developed for a products broker, and this business logo was one of several that fell beneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The end goal was really to make a brand mark that projected confidence, success, and luxury.
Logo created for the use of an indicator for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an elaborate manuscript typeface that is evocative a well-known sporting activities team logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have crafted quite a lot of restaurant custom logo designs and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the United States, from cupcake bakeshops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a cool project where I worked closely with the proprietor to create a business logo that worked extremely well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the lighted signage which hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
