Jupiter, Florida Logo Design

Virtually every new Jupiter organization understands that they need a logo, however few entrepreneurs entirely understand the pivotal role their organization logo can perform in their success, or exactly why one logo functions far better than another. A business logo has a critical and sustaining impact on the financial success of a company, choose the correct one and it can make the door swing and phone ring, go with the wrong one and it can be an obstacle and a hindrance for the life of a business.

The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Jupiter, Florida companies prosper, they are effective in any given circumstance and the reason they are so effective is because they all have these five things in common.

  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs do not demand consideration, they can be grasped in just a look.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable logo design will continue to be legible and equally emotive at every dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that work on any device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are unique, and they are suitable for the enterprise they stand for.
  5. Relevance: a business logo needs to be timeless and should feel relevant today, tomorrow, and thirty years from today.

Logo PORTFOLIO Volume 1

Retro logo design of a bike created for a Jupiter, Florida coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This budding coffee roaster and coffeehouse were actually launching in an older section of the city and wanted to visualize a retro atmosphere without appearing as stodgy or low energy. I achieved each of the tasks by means of developing a symbol concept that features a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is old-fashioned, high energy, and is a enduring business image.

medical logo design with a microscope slide and germs designed for Jupiter, Florida medical facility.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline which examines the triggers and outcomes of diseases, mainly the field of healthcare that works with the laboratory assessment of samples of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic reasons.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo I came up with is the only instance I remember in which I was in a position to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide into a logo design.

Usually I try not to be excessively literal with a design and to a degree, this specific design approaches the company it represents quite literally, however it does it in a fashion that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that makes it more appealing, more attention grabbing and much more memorable.

logo layout with a jumping eco-friendly frog created for a family members fun center in Jupiter, Florida.

Cool Springs | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very fun project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the usual of the kinds of projects which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for health care providers, dental offices, and legal professionals but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park which I have ever gotten the opportunity to work on.

Given that the full name of the business features the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to integrate a couple of springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun place to go and spring does not actually resonate an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo design project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, eventually I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to provide the logo a better lively high energy mood.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my design and named the frog Jax and included him in to everything they utilized for marketing and advertising. I also think this is the only time that a logo I did was made into a mascot when they had an employee costume fashioned to look just like my frog design.

digital photography logo design featuring a group of birds, a mountain, a trail, a stream, and also a tree - created for Jupiter, Florida travel digital photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a custom logo design job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a rather niche field of photography and I believe it is a niche sector due to the fact that travel photographers don’t shoot locations or things but rather convey emotional journeys by means of the images they record. The idea behind this logo design was to use negative space to project more than what was visible upon first glance, which I think is quintessential of most good photographers in that they oftentimes tell entire stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey a great deal more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional fullness which can’t be communicated with just words. I tried to do something the same to this logo by employing the positive space in the design to suggest one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Jupiter logo but also to reveal the depth in her art and in the way that she sees the world through the lens of her camera.

Jupiter logo design with a seagull utilized for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail business.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The lion’s share of custom logo design jobs that I take on I genuinely relish and the Coastal Wireless project was one that I certainly felt good about, but the client didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the concept of using the seagull form as a stroke in the character A however the customer, even though he loved the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This man truly despised seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, fortunately the rest of his friends and family did not share his hatred for this specific variety of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a client I urge all of them to talk about it with colleagues and family members as well as with other people that they don’t actually know so as to get neutral assessments on the worthiness of a design. Fortunately, he shared it with his family and they really loved the concept and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … in the end I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he proceeded with the original concept.

Logos are a weird animal in the design world because the people that have a tendency to hire an expert to create their business logo recognize how vital a logo is for their company so they are way more vested in the outcome. Every logo project possesses it’s allotment of challenges, but the most significant obstacle is finding that sweet spot in a design that functions really well at the job it’s needed to do in branding a company and also providing the customer the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo layout with bamboo behind-the-scenes, style for Jupiter, Florida book publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a cramped piece of real estate to work with, yet it is the most vital part of a published book since it is in most cases the primary thing a person views in the bookstore. Regarding a publisher, it’s the absolute best opportunity they will ever get to advertise their product and get their logo design in front of the people that purchase actual books.

This three color design is vivid, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of space for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo made for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo has 2 letter A's with benches modified to indicate they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and go yet it seems that in many cases one of the items people tend to recall the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a smaller fledgling commuter/shuttle airline company situated in LA and although I’m not certain it actually “took off” their custom logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to confering a feeling of flight and it was surely a success.

Jupiter logo layout utilized for advertising and marketing as well as a label design for Vintage Instance includes an antiquated font style style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case focused in brand new cases for musical instruments, which looked to be much older cases. For this logo concept I strove to come up with a logo that possessed a fluid old-fashioned feel to it and could be used for every thing from a web site to an insignia on brand new cases that appeared like they were from another generation.

Logo design produced for an orthodontist in Jupiter, Florida, design include an arc with lines intersecting with it to imply steel braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental logos can easily be one of the most challenging logo design projects because it appears that every single dental professional includes a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental logo designs are one of the most cliche ridden careers when it comes to company advertising, if dining establishments approached their branding in the very same way dentists do every one of their logo designs would be a picture explaining anything they served, McDonalds would most likely contain a picture of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind incorporating an illustration of something mouth associated to a dentist’s company logo but it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental care industry.

I actually enjoy doing dentistry business logos because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a certain field of the field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the stereotypical course of action that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics offered such an opportunity and ultimately I created a design that doesn’t have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t obvious, they are still suggested in the design. When I turned this design over to the client the only smile that was evident was really the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design made for a family members nonprofit, the logo design features 4 characters surprised in height to stand for a family unit with in the design.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation contacted ImageCo to help them come up with a brand identity design that would be representative of the devotion that William McNally had for the families in his community. Most logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain portrayals of a happy family, a cliche heavy approach to any logo design is to be far too literal with regards to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and never hit the viewer on the head with what the company or organization hopes to relate.

The McNally Foundation’s name presented a unique opportunity to do a logo which conveyed that they were about families without being openly corny about it. The objective of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer makes an effort to use the logo to describe precisely how individuals ought to think or feel they don’t understand the objective of a logo. If viewers have to consider a logo design to understand what it means, it has failed, a logo needs to be instantly comprehended and a logo that illustrates itself will never have the chance to be understood.

Logo layout produced for a hair layout workshop including a manuscript font a hummingbird as well as a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios desired a company logo that conveyed a spirit of contentment and class for their new hair salon. I created a concept which did not go the obvious direction of crafting merely a stylized orchid but rather crafted a company logo which suggested an orchid in the formation of a swirl incorporated in to the letter O in the title and by placing emphasis on the logo design using the figure of a hummingbird hovering over the image itself. The obvious path in designing a logo is oftentimes the wrong route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but instead placed the attention on the feeling that they wanted to project to their patrons.

Logo design for a software program developer the design attributes and legendary aspect of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the central component of an operating system (OS). Typically, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task management, and disk operations. The kernel unites the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that performs as a connection in between the software and computer hardware.

The logo design I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a number of miles from the business offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to identify anything to anyone pertaining to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However, it symbolized something to the business owner of the company and in many cases the significance behind a company logo is equally as important as how it brands the organization it stands for.

A logo design including an angler in the middle of the name casting a fly towards the visitor.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brands like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year retailing goods and equipment to outdoor sporting lovers the owners of On the Fly knew the market place was ready for an outdoor sporting retailer that functions as a consignment firm. Whether you are into boating, sportfishing or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a location for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all sorts of interests, a location to sell off their pre-owned items to other sports enthusiasts. I designed their Jupiter logo design dsign utilizing a graphic which seizes the attention of traffic and projects an image that arouses the enthusiasm of the outdoors. With traffic that averages forty five miles per hour I knew it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the graphic of a fly fisherman in his natural and serene habitat.
Logo layout MQ farms, this logo layout has a field incorporated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms business logo idea wasn’t really designed for an Jupiter, Florida regional farm it was actually developed for a products broker, and this company was one of several which fell underneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The goal was really to create an identity that projected self-confidence, effectiveness, and prosperity.

Turning Point Foundation | Logo Design

The Turning Point Foundation was completely open to what kind of logo design that they wanted, this can be a good thing or a bad thing. Good in that it offers a designer the liberty to discover any concept that comes to mind, bad in that it’s difficult to hit a bullseye without understanding where the target is. Thankfully, in this particular instance, I struck a bullseye with the very first shot.

Logo design created for making use of a sign for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an ornate script font style that is similar to a well-known sports group logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have designed quite a lot of restaurant logo designs and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the United States, from cupcake bakeshops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I think Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a neat project in which I worked directly with the business owner to design a business logo that worked really well and did a great job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the neon sign which hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
