Lynn Haven Logo Design

Every new Lynn Haven venture realizes that they are in need of a logo, but few entrepreneurs entirely realize the key role their logo design will perform in their financial success, or exactly why one logo works better than another. A logo has an instant and lasting effect on the financial success of a company, go with the correct one and it will make the door swing and phone ring, select the incorrect one and it can be a barrier and an impediment for the longevity of a company. The logos presented in the ImageCo portfolio help Lynn Haven companies prosper, they are effective in any given circumstance and the main reason they are so effective is that they all have these five features in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs do not require contemplation, they can be comprehended in just a glance.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to billboards a scalable logo will remain legible and equally emotive at every scale.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any type of device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are personal, and they are suitable for the organization they represent.
  5. Relevance: a logo design needs to be enduring and should feel relevant today, tomorrow, and twenty five years from now.

Retro logo design of a bike developed for a Lynn Haven coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This start-up coffee roaster and coffee shop were opening up in an older section of the town and wanted to visualize a vintage atmosphere without coming across as uninteresting or low energy. I accomplished each of the jobs via designing a sign design that includes a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, high energy, and is a enduring business image.

medical logo layout with a microscopic lense slide as well as bacteria made for Lynn Haven medical center.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline that examines the triggers and effects of diseases, mainly the field of medicine that works with the laboratory assessment of specimens of human body tissue for diagnostic or forensic objectives.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo design I came up with is the sole instance I recollect in which I was in a position to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a business logo design.

Generally I try not to be excessively literal with a concept and to a point, this design approaches the company it represents fairly literally, however it does it in a fashion that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that helps make it more intriguing, more attention grabbing and more unforgettable.

logo design with a leaping green frog developed for a family enjoyable center in Lynn Haven.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the usual of the kinds of projects which come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for doctors, dental experts, and attorneys but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park which I have ever had the privilege to work on.

Given that the full name of the company features the word springz in its name the apparent choice would have been to integrate a couple springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring doesn’t actually resonate an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, inevitably I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to provide the logo a much more enthusiastic high energy impression.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my brainchild and named the frog Jax and integrated him in to everything they utilized for marketing and advertising. I also think this is the only time that a logo I came up with was transformed into a mascot when they had an employee costume fabricated to look just like my frog design.

photography logo design including a group of birds, a mountain, a trail, a stream, and a tree - designed for Lynn Haven traveling digital photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a rather niche field of photography and I believe it is a niche profession due to the fact that travel photographers don’t capture places or things but instead project emotional journeys through the images they record. The idea behind this logo concept was to utilize negative space to convey more than what was visible upon first view, which I think is quintessential of the majority of professional photographers in that they often share entire stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey considerably more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional resonance which can’t be conveyed with mere words. I tried to do something similar to this logo by employing the positive space in the design to say one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Lynn Haven logo design but also to show the depth to her art and in the way that she perceives the world through the lens of her camera.

Lynn Haven logo style with a seagull used for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail business.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The majority of business logo design jobs that I take on I truly relish and the Coastal Wireless assignment was one that I really felt good about, but the customer didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the concept of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the letter A however my customer, even though he liked the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This particular guy truly loathed seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his family did not share his aversion for this specific breed of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a customer I encourage all of them to discuss it with friends and family as well as with other people that they don’t actually know so as to get honest judgements on the value of a design. Fortunately, he discussed it with his family and they adored the design and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … in the end I was able to talk him out of his alternative of a pelican and he went with the original design.

Logo designs are a weird animal in the design world given that the people that are inclined to hire an expert to create their business logo comprehend how essential a logo design is for their business so they are way more invested in the result. Every logo project has it’s allotment of difficulties, but the greatest obstacle is identifying that sweet spot in a design that works really well at the task it’s required to do in branding a business and also providing the client the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo style with bamboo in the background, design for Lynn Haven publication publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a thin parcel of real estate to work with, nevertheless it is the most essential part of a printed book because it is in most cases the primary thing a person views in the book shop. With regard to a publishing company, it’s the opportunity that they will ever get to promote their product and get their logo design in front of the people that buy actual books.

This three color design is vivid, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of area for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design created for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo design has 2 letter A's with the bars modified to imply they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and go nevertheless it seems like that in many occurrences one of the aspects consumers usually tend to remember the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a young start-up commuter/shuttle air service located in LA and although I’m not sure it really “took off” their business logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their title lent itself well to imparting a sense of air travel and it was surely a winner.

Lynn Haven logo layout made use of for marketing and a tag design for Vintage Situation features an old font style style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case focused in new cases for music instruments, which seemed to be vintage cases. For this business logo concept I strove to come up with a logo that possessed a fluid old-fashioned feel to it and could easily be used for anything from a web page to an insignia on brand new cases that appeared like they were from another generation.

Logo design created for an orthodontist in Lynn Haven, style consist of an arc with lines converging with it to indicate metal dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental logo designs can easily be one of the most challenging logo projects considering that it seems that each and every dentist involves a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental business logos are one of the most cliche ridden careers when it comes to business branding, if dining establishments approached their branding in the exact same way dentists do every one of their logos would definitely be a picture explaining anything they served, McDonalds would probably have an image of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind adding a likeness of something mouth associated to a dentist’s company logo but it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental care profession.

I really enjoy doing dentist business logos because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a specific area of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the stereotypical course of action that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics delivered such an opportunity and eventually I created a concept that does not have a single smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t obvious, they are still suggested in the design. When I turned this concept over to the customer the only smile that was obvious was actually the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design made for a family members nonprofit, the logo design features 4 personalities startled in elevation to represent a family with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation contacted ImageCo to help them come up with a logo design that would be representative of the love that William McNally had for the families in his city. The majority of logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain images of a happy family, a cliche heavy method to any logo design is to be overly literal pertaining to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best designs are the ones that are understated and never hit the viewer on the head with what the business or institution wishes to project.

The McNally Foundation’s name presented a distinct opportunity to do a logo that conveyed that they were about families without being overtly cheesy about it. The aim of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer attempts to use the logo design to describe precisely how people should think or feel they don’t understand the objective of a logo. If people have to think about a logo design to understand what it means, it has been in vain, a logo needs to be instantly comprehended and a logo that illustrates itself will never have the likelihood to be understood.

Logo layout produced for a hair design workshop featuring a script font a hummingbird and also an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios wanted a logo design which carried a feeling of contentment and elegance for their new hair salon. I came up with a design which didn’t go the obvious route of making just a stylized orchid but rather crafted a logo design that implied an orchid in the formation of a swirl featured in to the letter O in the title and by putting emphasis on the concept with the silhouette of a hummingbird floating above the logo design itself. The obvious path in designing a logo design is in most cases the incorrect path and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but alternately laid the attention on the perception that they wanted to transmit to their clients.

Logo design for a software designer the style features as well as renowned component of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the principal part of an operating system (OS). Generally, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task management, and disk managing. The kernel links the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that serves as a bridge between the software and computer hardware.

The logo design I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a few miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to explain anything to anyone pertaining to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However, it meant something to the owner of the business and in quite a few cases the meaning behind a business logo is just as important as how it brands the organization it represents.

A logo style including a fisherman in the center of the name casting a fly towards the audience.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in more than 7 billion a year offering supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting lovers the owners of On the Fly recognized the market place was ready for an outdoor sporting store that operates as a consignment company. Whether you are into boating, fishing or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly provides a venue for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all sorts of interests, a location to sell their used items to other sports enthusiasts. I tailored their Lynn Haven business logo dsign with a graphic that garners the attention of traffic and projects an image that arouses the enthusiasm of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five mph I realized it would take more than the average logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the illustration of a fly fisherman in his natural and tranquil habitat.
Logo layout MQ ranches, this logo layout has a field integrated right into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms company logo idea wasn’t really created for an Lynn Haven regional farm it was actually devised for a commodities broker, and this logo design was one of many which fell beneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The aim was really to generate an identity that projects self-assurance, success, and opulence.
Logo design developed for making use of an indicator for the restaurant (Brewgrrs), it is a luxuriant script font that is evocative a renowned sporting activities team logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have created loads of restaurant custom logo designs and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the US, from cupcake bakeshops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a neat project where I worked closely with the owner to produce a logo design which worked very well and did a great job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the lighted sign which hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
