Meadow Woods, Florida Logo Design

Every new Meadow Woods business understands that they are in need of a logo, but few new business owners entirely recognize the pivotal role their business logo will take in their becoming successful, or the reason that one business logo works more effectively than another. A company logo has an instant and long-term influence on the financial success of a business, choose the right one and it can make the door swing and cash register ring, choose the wrong one and it will be a barrier and a hindrance for the life of a company.

The logos presented in the ImageCo portfolio help Meadow Woods, Florida businesses prosper, they are effective in any given scenario and the main reason they are so effective is that they all have these 5 things in common.

  1. Simplicity: simple logos don’t demand scrutiny, they can be realized in merely a glance.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to posters a scalable logo design will remain legible and equally emotive at any dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any type of device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the business they stand for.
  5. Relevance: a company logo must be ageless and should feel relevant today, tomorrow, and thirty years from now.

Logo PORTFOLIO Volume 1

Retro logo design of a bicycle produced for a Meadow Woods, Florida coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This fledgling coffee roaster and coffee shop were actually opening in an old part of the city and hoped to cast an old-fashioned tone without coming across as uninteresting or low energy. I accomplished both of these tasks by creating a logo concept that contains a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, high energy, and is a enduring business image.

medical logo style with a microscopic lense slide and bacteria made for Meadow Woods, Florida clinical facility.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science which researches the root causes and consequences of diseases, especially the field of medicine that works with the clinical examination of samples of human body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic purposes.

The Mid-Valley Pathology custom logo design I came up with is really the sole instance I recall in which I was in a position to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide into a logo design.

Normally I attempt not to be extremely literal with a concept and to a degree, this design approaches the company it represents quite literally, however it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the name that makes it more interesting, more focus grabbing and even more unforgettable.

logo style with a leaping environment-friendly frog developed for a household enjoyable facility in Meadow Woods, Florida.

Cool Springs | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very cool project to work on, probably because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the kinds of projects that come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for medical professionals, dental practices, and attorneys but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park which I have ever had the opportunity to work on.

Given that the title of the company has the word springz in its name the obvious choice would have been to feature a couple of springs into the concept but Cool Springz is a fun place to go and spring doesn’t really reflect an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, eventually I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to provide the logo a much more lively high energy mood.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my concept and named the frog Jax and included him in to everything they used for marketing. I also think this is the only time that a logo I designed was transformed into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fabricated to look exactly like my frog design.

photography logo including a flock of birds, a hill, a path, a stream, and also a tree - developed for Meadow Woods, Florida traveling digital photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a custom logo design project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a rather niche field of photography and I believe it is a niche speciality due to the fact that travel photographers tend not to capture locations or things but instead reveal emotional journeys by means of the pictures they capture. The idea behind this logo concept was to make use of negative space to project more than what was visible upon initial glance, which I think is representative of most professional photographers in that they frequently tell whole stories using their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey a great deal more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional resonance that can’t be conveyed with mere words. I made an effort to do something similar to this logo by using the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Meadow Woods logo design but also to reveal the depth in her art and in the way that she views the world through the lens of her camera.

Meadow Woods logo style with a seagull made use of for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail company.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The bulk of logo design jobs that I take on I really enjoy and the Coastal Wireless project was one that I certainly felt good about, but the customer didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull shape as a stroke in the character A however my client, while he loved the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This particular man really despised seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, fortunately the rest of his family members didn’t share his aversion for this specific variety of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a client I encourage them to talk about it with friends and colleagues and family members as well as with folks that they don’t even know so as to get honest assessments on the merit of a design. Fortunately, he talked about it with his whole family and they really loved the concept and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … ultimately I was able to talk him out of his alternative of a pelican and he proceeded with the original design.

Custom logo designs are a weird creature in the design world given that the people that have a tendency to hire a professional to create their logo recognize how important a logo design is for their company so they are much more invested in the outcome. Every logo design job has it’s share of difficulties, however the biggest obstacle is identifying that sweet spot in a design that functions really well at the task it’s needed to do in branding a company and also providing the client the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo design with bamboo behind-the-scenes, style for Meadow Woods, Florida book author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a cramped piece of real estate to work with, yet it really is the most crucial part of a printed book since it is usually the first thing a person sees in the bookstore. For a publishing company, it’s the most ideal opportunity that they will likely ever get to advertise their label and get their logo design in front of the individuals that shop for actual books.

This 3 color design is vibrant, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of area for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design developed for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo design has two letter A's with benches modified to suggest they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and go yet it seems like that in many instances one of the things folks often tend to recall the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a young start-up commuter/shuttle airline situated in LA and while I’m not sure it actually “took off” their business logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to affording a feeling of air travel and it was surely a winner.

Meadow Woods logo style utilized for advertising and also a tag layout for Vintage Situation includes an archaic font design.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in brand-new cases for musical instruments, which seemed to be much older cases. For this custom logo concept I tried to come up with a logo that had a fluid nostalgic feel to it and could be utilized for anything from a website to a label on brand new cases that looked like they were from a different era.

Logo developed for an orthodontist in Meadow Woods, Florida, style consist of an arc with lines converging via it to imply metal dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental logo designs can easily be one of the most challenging and difficult logo jobs due to the fact that it seems that virtually every dentist involves a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental logo designs are one of the most cliche ridden fields when it comes to small business marketing, if restaurants approached their branding in the same way dental practitioners do every one of their logos would definitely be a picture trying to explain something they served, McDonalds would likely include an image of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind including a likeness of something mouth associated to a dentist’s logo design nevertheless it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental industry.

I really really love doing dental care logo designs because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies the field of dentistry or a specific field of the field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the stereotypical solution that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics offered such an opportunity and subsequently I created a concept that does not have a single smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t obvious, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this particular concept over to the customer the only smile that was obvious was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo made for a household nonprofit, the logo includes 4 personalities surprised in height to stand for a family with in the style.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation contacted ImageCo to help them come up with a custom logo design that would be depictive of the love that William McNally had for the people residing in his city. The majority of logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain depictions of a happy family, a cliche heavy strategy to any logo design is to be far too literal with regards to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best designs are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the business or institution wishes to relate.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a distinct opportunity to do a logo design which communicated that they were about families without being overtly corny about it. The intention of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer attempts to use the logo design to illustrate exactly how people ought to think or feel they don’t understand the purpose of a logo. If people have to think about a logo to understand what it means, it has been in vain, a logo needs to be instantly comprehended and a logo that describes itself won’t have the opportunity to be understood.

Logo style produced for a hair layout studio including a manuscript font a hummingbird as well as an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios needed a logo design that projected a feeling of simplicity and class for their new hair studio. I came up with a concept that did not go the obvious route of creating merely a stylized orchid but rather created a company logo that implied a flower in the formation of a swirl incorporated into the letter O in the title and by putting emphasis on the logo design with the silhouette of a hummingbird floating over the logo itself. The obvious path in designing a logo design is more often than not the incorrect path and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but alternately placed the attention on the feeling that they really wanted to forecast to their patrons.

Arabian steed logo style developed for a steed ranch that focuses on breeding Arabian show horses.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

Logo style for a software developer the layout attributes and famous component of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the central component of an operating system (OS). Typically, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task control, and drive management. The kernel links the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that behaves as a connection between the software and hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a number of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to point out anything to anyone about what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. Nevertheless it meant something to the business owner of the business and in many cases the meaning supporting a logo design is just as important as how it serves the organization it represents.

A logo layout including a fisherman in the center of the name casting a fly towards the viewer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year retailing supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the owners of On the Fly understood the market place was prepared for an outdoor sporting retailer that operates as a consignment firm. Whether you are into boating, angling or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a location for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all kinds of passions, a spot to sell their secondhand goods to other sports enthusiasts. I designed their Meadow Woods logo dsign utilizing an image that garners the interest of vehicles and sends an image that wakens the passion of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five mph I realized it would take more than the average logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the illustration of a fly fisherman in his natural and tranquil habitat.
Logo layout MQ ranches, this logo design has actually an area included into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms business logo concept wasn’t really produced for an Meadow Woods, Florida area farm it was in reality created for a products broker, and this company was one of multiple which fell under the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The aim was actually to make a brand mark that projected self-assurance, effectiveness, and luxury.

Meadow Woods Logo design for a not-for-profit, Turning Factor Solutions - the logo layout attribute for outwardly encountering arrow and the arrowheads indicate that it is a ruby form.

Turning Point Foundation | Logo Design

The Turning Point Foundation was totally open to what kind of logo design they preferred, this can be a good thing or a bad thing. Good in that it grants a designer the liberty to discover any idea that comes to mind, bad in that it’s difficult to hit a bullseye in the absence of realizing where exactly the target is. Thankfully, in this instance, I nailed a bullseye with the first go.

Logo design developed for the use of a sign for the restaurant (Brewgrrs), it is an elaborate script font style that is reminiscent of a famous sporting activities team logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve crafted quite a lot of restaurant business logos and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the USA, from cupcake bake shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a cool project in which I worked directly with the business owner to create a logo design that worked really well and did a great job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the illuminated signage that hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
