Miami Gardens, Florida Logo Design

Each and every new Miami Gardens organization knows they require a logo, but few entrepreneurs entirely grasp the crucial role their company logo can take in their success, or why one logo performs better than another. A company logo has an immediate and lasting impact on the financial success of a business, go with the correct one and it will make the door swing and phone ring, select the wrong one and it can be a barrier and an impediment for the longevity of a company.

The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Miami Gardens, Florida companies prosper, they are effective in any given scenario and the reason why they are so effective is that they all have these five traits in common.

  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t require consideration, they can be comprehended in merely a glance.
  2. Scalability: from labels to signboards a scalable logo design will remain legible and just as emotive at any dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that function on any device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are unique, and they are suitable for the enterprise they represent.
  5. Relevance: a logo must be ageless and will feel as relevant today, tomorrow, and twenty years from now.
Retro logo layout of a bike created for a Miami Gardens, Florida coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This startup coffee roaster and cafe were actually opening up in an older part of the city and wished to cast a retro tone without coming across as monotonous or low energy. I accomplished both tasks by means of designing a logo design that uses a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is old-fashioned, high energy, and is a timeless business image.

clinical logo style with a microscopic lense slide and bacteria developed for Miami Gardens, Florida medical clinic.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science that examines the causes and effects of diseases, mainly the field of healthcare which works with the laboratory evaluation of samplings of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic reasons.

The Mid-Valley Pathology brand I came up with is the only instance I remember in which I was able to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a logo design.

Normally I attempt not to be extremely literal with a concept and to a point, this specific design approaches the company it represents fairly literally, but it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that helps make it more interesting, more attention grabbing and much more meaningful.

logo layout with a leaping eco-friendly frog created for a family enjoyable facility in Miami Gardens, Florida.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very fun project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s additionally a project that is way out of the norm of the kinds of projects which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for health care providers, dental professionals, and attorneys but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park which I have actually ever had the privilege to work on.

Given that the name of the company features the word springz in its name the obvious choice would have been to integrate a couple springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring does not actually resonate an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to provide the logo a better enthusiastic high energy impression.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my concept and named the frog Jax and incorporated him in to everything they used for marketing and advertising. I also think this is the only time that a logo I did was turned into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fabricated to look exactly like my frog design.

photography logo featuring a group of birds, a hill, a route, a stream, and a tree - made for Miami Gardens, Florida traveling professional photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a pretty niche field of photography and I think it is a niche area because travel photographers don’t capture locations or things but instead convey emotional experiences through the pictures they record. The thought behind this logo composition was to utilize negative space to project more than what was visible upon initial view, which I think is representative of almost all professional photographers in that they frequently convey entire stories using their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey much more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional resonance that can’t be communicated with just words. I tried to do something the same to this logo design by utilizing the positive space in the design to suggest one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Miami Gardens logo but also to reveal the depth of her work and in the way that she views the world through the lens of her camera.

Miami Gardens logo layout with a seagull utilized for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail service.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The bulk of custom logo design projects that I take on I honestly relish and the Coastal Wireless assignment was one that I certainly felt good about, however the client didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the letter A however the client, even though he loved the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This particular man truly disliked seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his family members did not share his aversion for this specific variety of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a customer I urge all of them to discuss it with friends and family members as well as with folks that they don’t actually know so as to get objective point of views on the value of a design. Fortunately, he discussed it with his family members and they loved the design and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to include every other seabird he could think of … ultimately I was able to talk him out of his choice of a pelican and he went with the original design.

Business logos are a weird creature in the design world given that the people that are inclined to hire a professional to create their logo design understand how essential a logo design is for their business so they are much more invested in the end result. Every logo design job has it’s share of obstacles, but the greatest obstacle is finding that sweet spot in a design that works really well at the job it’s required to do in branding a business and also providing the client the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo style with bamboo behind-the-scenes, layout for Miami Gardens, Florida publication author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a cramped segment of real estate to work with, yet it is the most critical part of a printed book since it is often the initial thing a person sees in the bookstore. Concerning a publisher, it’s the best opportunity they will ever have to spotlight their brand and get their logo design in front of the individuals that purchase actual books.

This 3 color design is vivid, colorful and eye-catching and it gives plenty of room for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design made for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo has two letter A's with benches customized to suggest they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and go yet it seems like that in many occurrences 1 of the items folks tend to remember the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a smaller startup commuter/shuttle air service located in LA and although I’m not sure it really “took off” their logo design didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their title lent itself well to affording a sense of airline flight and it was definitely a winner.

Miami Gardens logo style made use of for advertising and marketing as well as a tag style for Vintage Case includes an old-fashioned font layout.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case focused in brand-new cases for music instruments, that seemed to be vintage cases. For this logo concept I sought to come up with a logo that offered a fluid old style feel to it and could easily be used for every thing from a web page to a label on brand new cases that looked like they were from a different point in time.

Logo produced for an orthodontist in Miami Gardens, Florida, design include an arc with lines converging via it to suggest metal dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry logo designs can easily be one of the most challenging logo projects due to the fact that it seems that virtually every dentist involves a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry logos are one of the very most cliche ridden professions when it comes to business marketing, if dining establishments approached their advertising in the same way dental practices do every one of their logo designs would definitely be a picture trying to explain anything they served, McDonalds would most likely include an image of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind incorporating an illustration of something mouth associated to a dentist’s logo design but it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental industry.

I actually love doing dental care business logos because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies the field of dentistry or a certain area of dental treatment like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd course of action that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics provided such an opportunity and inevitably I created a design that does not have a single smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t obvious, they are still implied in the design. When I turned this particular design over to the client the only smile that was apparent was actually the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo developed for a family nonprofit, the logo design features 4 personalities staggered in height to stand for a family unit with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation asked ImageCo to help them come up with a logo design that would be representative of the devotion that William McNally had for the families in his community. Many logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain images of a happy family, a cliche heavy approach to any logo design is to be very literal about what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and never hit the viewer on the head with what the company or organization hopes to relate.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a distinct opportunity to do a logo design which communicated that they were about families without being overtly tacky about it. The goal of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer attempts to use the logo to summarize exactly how individuals should think or feel they don’t understand the objective of a logo. If you have to ponder a logo to understand what it means, it has fallen short, a logo needs to be immediately understood and a logo design that explains itself won’t have the chance to be understood.

Logo design created for a hair layout studio including a manuscript font a hummingbird and also a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios needed a logo design that conveyed an atmosphere of contentment and class for their new hair studio. I came up with a concept that didn’t go the obvious direction of crafting merely a stylized orchid but rather created a business logo which suggested an orchid in the pattern of a swirl integrated in to the letter O in the name and by putting attention on the concept along with the figure of a hummingbird floating over the image itself. The obvious path in creating a business logo is generally the wrong route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but instead put the emphasis on the emotion that they wanted to transmit to their patrons.

Arabian horse logo design developed for a horse ranch that concentrates on breeding Arabian program horses.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo developed a one-of-a-kind company logo design fashioned to exemplify the unique physical traits of the Arabian breed of horses. By having a distinctive head form and very high tail posture, the Arabian is one of the very most quite easily recognizable horse types in the entire world.

Logo style for a software programmer the style attributes and iconic component of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the key component of an operating system (OS). Generally, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task control, and disk managing. The kernel attaches the system hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that behaves as a bridge between the software program and hardware.

The logo design I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a number of miles from the business offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to point out anything to anyone with regards to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. Nevertheless it meant something to the owner of the company and in many cases the symbolism supporting a logo design is just as important as how it brands the business it stands for.

A logo design including an angler in the center of the name casting a fly in the direction of the audience.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brand names such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year retailing goods and equipment to outdoor sporting lovers the founders of On the Fly understood the market was primed for an outdoor sporting merchant that operates as a consignment business. Whether you are into boating, angling or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly provides a location for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all types of passions, a place to sell their previously owned products to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Miami Gardens logo design dsign using a graphic that garners the attention of traffic and projects an image that invokes the enthusiasm of the outdoors. With traffic that averages 45 mph I knew it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the illustration of a fly fisherman in his natural and relaxed habitat.
Logo design MQ ranches, this logo style has actually an area incorporated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms business logo idea wasn’t actually designed for an Miami Gardens, Florida regional farm it was really devised for a products broker, and this particular trademark was one of several that fell underneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The objective was actually to create a graphic that projects self-assurance, financial success, and opulence.

Miami Gardens Logo design for a nonprofit, Turning Factor Solutions - the logo layout attribute for externally encountering arrowhead and the arrowheads imply that it is a diamond form.

Turning Point Foundation | Logo Design

The Turning Point Foundation was completely open to what kind of logo design they desired, that can be a good thing or a bad thing. Good in that it offers a designer the freedom to delve into any concept that comes to mind, bad in that it’s hard to hit a bullseye in the absence of understanding where exactly the target is. Thankfully, in this case, I struck a bullseye with the 1st try.

Logo design created for using a sign for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an elaborate manuscript font style that is similar to a popular sporting activities group logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve crafted quite a lot of restaurant business logos and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments, and eateries all over the United States, from cupcake bake shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I think Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a neat project in which I worked directly with the owner to develop a business logo that worked really well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the neon sign which hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
