Navarre, Florida Logo Design

Nearly every new Navarre organization knows they require a logo, yet few new business owners entirely grasp the pivotal role their logo design will play in their becoming successful, or the reason that one logo works far better than another. A logo has a critical and lasting effect on the viability of a business, select the right one and it can make the door swing and cash register ring, choose the incorrect one and it can be a barrier and an impediment for the life span of a company.

The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Navarre, Florida businesses succeed, they are effective in any given situation and the main reason they are so effective is that they all have these five features in common.

  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t demand deliberation, they can be grasped in just a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from labels to posters a scalable logo will stay legible and equally emotive at virtually any size.
  3. Versatility: logos that function on any device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are unique, and they are suitable for the company they represent.
  5. Relevance: a company logo needs to be enduring and should feel as relevant today, tomorrow, and thirty years from today.
Retro logo layout of a bicycle produced for a Navarre, Florida coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This startup coffee roaster and bistro were actually opening up in an old section of the city and hoped to visualize a vintage vibe without coming across as uninteresting or low energy. I achieved both of these jobs via creating a custom logo concept that features a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a classic business image.

medical logo design with a microscope slide and also germs developed for Navarre, Florida medical clinic.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline that examines the triggers and consequences of diseases, mainly the branch of medicine which works with the clinical evaluation of specimens of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic objectives.

The Mid-Valley Pathology brand I came up with is the only instance I recollect where I was able to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a logo design.

Usually I attempt not to be extremely literal with a concept and to a point, this design approaches the company it represents quite literally, however it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an illustration of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that makes it more interesting, more focus grabbing and much more unforgettable.

logo layout with a jumping green frog created for a household fun center in Navarre, Florida.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s additionally a project that is way out of the norm of the sorts of projects that come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for surgeons, dental professionals, and legal professionals but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park which I have ever had the privilege to work on.

Given that the name of the business has the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to integrate a couple springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun location to go and spring does not really resonate an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to provide the logo a more enthusiastic high energy atmosphere.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my brainchild and named the frog Jax and integrated him in to everything they utilized for advertising and marketing. I also think this is the only time that a logo I designed was turned into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fashioned to look just like my frog design.

digital photography logo design including a group of birds, a mountain, a trail, a stream, as well as a tree - developed for Navarre, Florida travel professional photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a rather niche field of photography and I think it is a niche profession because travel photographers tend not to capture places or things but instead communicate emotional journeys by means of the pictures they capture. The thought behind this logo design was to make use of negative space to convey more than what was visible upon initial glance, which I think is representative of most professional photographers in that they oftentimes tell whole stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey a great deal more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional fullness that can’t be revealed with mere words. I made an effort to do something the same to this logo by utilizing the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Navarre logo design but also to show the depth to her art and in the way that she views the world through the lens of her camera.

Navarre logo layout with a seagull used for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail service.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The majority of business logo design projects that I take on I honestly take pleasure in and the Coastal Wireless design was one that I certainly felt good about, but the client didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the character A but my client, while he liked the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This particular man truly loathed seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, fortunately the rest of his friends and family didn’t share his hatred for this specific breed of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a client I urge all of them to talk about it with friends and family members as well as with individuals that they don’t even know so as to get neutral assessments on the merit of a design concept. Fortunately, he talked about it with his family members and they really liked the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to insert every other seabird he could think of … eventually I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he went with the original design.

Logo designs are a weird animal in the design world because the people that tend to hire an expert to design their logo understand how vital a logo design is for their organization so they are much more invested in the outcome. Every logo project has it’s allotment of obstacles, however the most significant obstacle is finding that sweet spot in a design that operates really well at the task it’s required to do in branding a company and also providing the customer the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo style with bamboo behind-the-scenes, layout for Navarre, Florida book author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a slender segment of real estate to work with, nevertheless it is the most essential part of a printed book due to the fact that it is in most cases the primary thing a person views in the book shop. Regarding a publishing company, it’s the absolute best opportunity that they will likely ever have to spotlight their product and get their logo design in front of the people that buy actual books.

This 3 color design is vivid, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of territory for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo developed for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo has 2 letter A's with the bars modified to imply they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and go but it seems that in many cases one of the aspects individuals tend to recall the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a smaller start-up commuter/shuttle airline located in LA and while I’m not certain it actually “took off” their logo didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their title lent itself well to conferring a spirit of airline flight and it was surely a victory.

Navarre logo style used for marketing as well as a label style for Vintage Case includes an old font style style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case focused in new cases for music instruments, which appeared to be antique cases. For this business logo concept I strove to come up with a logo that possessed a fluid nostalgic feel to it and could be used for anything from a web page to an insignia on brand new cases that appeared like they were from a different point in time.

Logo design produced for an orthodontist in Navarre, Florida, style consist of an arc with lines intersecting through it to indicate steel braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental logos can be one of the most challenging logo design jobs because it seems that every dentist incorporates a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry business logos are one of the most cliche ridden careers when it comes to company advertising, if dining establishments approached their advertising in the exact same way dental professionals do every one of their logos would be a picture explaining something they served, McDonalds would likely include a picture of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind adding an image of something mouth associated to a dentist’s logo but it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental care industry.

I really enjoy doing dentistry logo designs because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies the field of dentistry or a particular area of dental treatment like orthodontics without resorting to the stereotypical course of action that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics offered such an opportunity and ultimately I created a design that doesn’t have a single smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this particular concept over to the customer the only smile that was apparent was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo designed for a family nonprofit, the logo design includes 4 personalities staggered in elevation to represent a family unit with in the style.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation asked ImageCo to help them come up with a logo design that would be depictive of the devotion that William McNally had for the families in his community. Most logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain portrayals of a happy family, a cliche heavy technique to any logo design is to be very literal pertaining to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the business or organization wants to convey.

The McNally Foundation’s name presented a unique opportunity to do a custom logo design which conveyed that they were about families without being overtly corny about it. The intention of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo to explain specifically how individuals ought to think or feel they don’t understand the purpose of a logo. If you have to consider a logo to understand what it means, it has been in vain, a logo needs to be immediately comprehended and a logo design that illustrates itself will never have the likelihood to be understood.

Logo layout produced for a hair design studio including a script font a hummingbird and an implied orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios wanted a company logo which carried a feeling of serenity and elegance for their new hair studio. I came up with a design that didn’t go the obvious route of creating simply a stylized orchid but instead crafted a logo design that suggested an orchid in the formation of a swirl blended in to the letter O in the name and by placing attention on the concept along with the silhouette of a hummingbird floating over the logo design itself. The obvious path in designing a company logo is frequently the incorrect route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but alternately laid the importance on the perception that they really wanted to transmit to their customers.

Logo layout for a software program programmer the layout functions as well as famous component of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the key component of an operating system (OS). Generally, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task control, and hard drive management. The kernel connects the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that functions as a bridge in between the software program and hardware.

The logo design I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a couple of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to spell out anything to anyone pertaining to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However, it intimated something to the business owner of the business and in many cases the symbolism behind a logo is just as important as how it brands the company it stands for.

A logo design featuring an angler in the center of the name casting a fly in the direction of the viewer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year offering supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the owners of On the Fly knew the market place was prepared for an outdoor sporting store that functions as a consignment firm. Whether you are into boating, sportfishing or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a place for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all kinds of interests, a location to sell their secondhand equipment to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Navarre logo design dsign using an illustration which garners the interest of vehicles and projects an image that evokes the passion of the outdoors. With traffic that averages forty five miles per hour I knew it would take more than the average logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the illustration of a fly fisherman in his natural and relaxed habitat.
Logo design MQ ranches, this logo style has actually an area integrated right into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms company logo design wasn’t actually produced for an Navarre, Florida area farm it was really created for a products broker, and this particular trademark was one of several which fell beneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The objective was really to design an identity that projects self-confidence, financial success, and wealth.

Navarre Logo design for a nonprofit, Turning Factor Solutions - the logo layout feature for externally dealing with arrowhead and the arrowheads indicate that it is a diamond shape.

Turning Point Foundation | Logo Design

The Turning Point Foundation was entirely open to what kind of logo design that they desired, that can be a good thing or a bad thing. Good in that it provides a designer the liberty to discover any idea that comes to mind, bad in that it’s difficult to hit a bullseye without understanding where the target is. Fortunately, in this case, I nailed a bullseye with the very first go.

Logo design made for using an indication for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an elaborate script font that is reminiscent of a well-known sports group logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve crafted dozens of restaurant logo designs and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments, and eateries all over the United States, from cupcake bake shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a cool undertaking where I worked directly with the owner to create a business logo that worked really well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the illuminated sign which hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
