North Miami Beach Logo Design

Every new North Miami Beach company understands that they need a logo, but few entrepreneurs thoroughly realize the key role their organization logo will play in their success, or precisely why one business logo works more effectively than another. A logo design has an instant and sustaining influence on the growth of a company, choose the right one and it will make the door swing and cash register ring, select the wrong one and it can be a barrier and a hindrance for the life span of an organization. The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help North Miami Beach businesses prosper, they are effective in any given scenario and the main reason they are so effective is because they all have these 5 features in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs do not require deliberation, they can be comprehended in merely a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to posters a scalable logo design will stay legible and just as emotive at virtually any size.
  3. Versatility: logos that work on any type of device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the organization they represent.
  5. Relevance: a company logo must be ageless and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and 20 years from now.

Retro logo layout of a bicycle produced for a North Miami Beach coffee cafe and a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This start-up coffee roaster and coffee bar were opening in an older section of the area and wished to cast an old-fashioned vibe without coming across as boring or low energy. I fulfilled both of these tasks via developing a company logo design that includes a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a classic business image.

medical logo style with a microscope slide and also bacteria created for North Miami Beach medical clinic.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline that examines the root causes and effects of diseases, especially the branch of medicine that works with the laboratory examination of samplings of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic objectives.

The Mid-Valley Pathology custom logo design I came up with is really the only instance I recollect where I was in a position to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a logo design.

Typically I try not to be overly literal with a concept and to a point, this specific design approaches the company it serves fairly literally, however it does it in a fashion that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that helps make it more appealing, more focus grabbing and much more meaningful.

logo design with a jumping green frog designed for a family fun center in North Miami Beach.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the sorts of jobs that come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for doctors, dental offices, and lawyers but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park that I have actually ever had the opportunity to work on.

Given that the full name of the company has the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to include a couple springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun location to go and spring does not really resonate an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo design project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, inevitably I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to give the logo a much more dynamic high energy atmosphere.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my concept and named the frog Jax and featured him in to everything they used for advertising. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I did was transformed into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fabricated to look just like my frog design.

photography logo design including a flock of birds, a hill, a trail, a stream, and also a tree - developed for North Miami Beach traveling digital photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo design project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a fairly niche field of photography and I think it is a niche speciality because travel photographers don’t shoot places or things but rather project emotional journeys through the photos they capture. The idea behind this logo design was to make use of negative space to project more than what was visible upon initial view, which I think is representative of the majority of good photographers in that they often share whole stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey a lot more than that because their photos often have an emotional resonance that can’t be communicated with mere words. I attempted to do something much the same to this logo by making use of the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  North Miami Beach logo but also to reveal the depth in her art and in the way that she sees the world through the lens of her camera.

North Miami Beach logo layout with a seagull made use of for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail company.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The majority of custom logo design projects that I take on I really enjoy and the Coastal Wireless design was one that I really felt good about, but the customer didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the character A but my customer, even though he loved the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This guy really hated seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, luckily the rest of his friends and family didn’t share his hatred for this specific variety of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a client I urge them to discuss it with friends and family members as well as with individuals that they don’t even know so as to get unprejudiced opinions on the value of a design. Fortunately, he talked about it with his family members and they loved the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … ultimately I was able to talk him out of his alternative of a pelican and he went with the original design.

Business logos are a weird creature in the design world because the people that are inclined to hire a professional to create their logo comprehend how crucial a logo design is for their company so they are way more invested in the result. Every logo design job has it’s allotment of hurdles, but the biggest obstacle is finding that sweet spot in a design that functions really well at the task it’s required to do in branding a business and also giving the customer the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo design with bamboo in the background, style for North Miami Beach book publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a narrow slice of real estate to work with, yet it really is the most essential part of a printed book since it is often the very first thing a person views in the book store. Regarding a publisher, it’s the most ideal opportunity that they will likely ever get to publicize their brand and get their logo design in front of the individuals that purchase actual books.

This three color design is vivid, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of space for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo designed for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo design has 2 letter A's with the bars changed to suggest they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and depart yet it looks like that in many occurrences 1 of the items consumers often tend to remember the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a smaller start-up commuter/shuttle airline situated in LA and while I’m not sure it really “took off” their logo design didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to affording a feeling of air travel and it was surely a success.

North Miami Beach logo layout utilized for marketing and also a label style for Vintage Situation features an old-fashioned font design.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in brand new cases for music instruments, that looked to be much older cases. For this business logo concept I attempted to come up with a logo that provided a fluid old style feel to it and could be used for everything from a website to a label on brand new cases that looked like they were from a different era.

Logo design produced for an orthodontist in North Miami Beach, design include an arc with lines converging through it to imply steel braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental logos can easily be one of the most challenging and difficult logo projects considering that it appears that almost every dentist involves a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry business logos are one of the very most cliche ridden fields when it comes to company advertising, if dining establishments approached their branding in the exact same way dental professionals do every one of their logo designs would definitely be a picture trying to explain anything they served, McDonalds would probably include a picture of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind adding an image of something mouth related to a dentist’s company logo nevertheless it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental industry.

I actually love doing dentistry business logos simply because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a specific field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the stereotypical approach that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics provided such an opportunity and eventually I created a concept that doesn’t have a single smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this design over to the client the only smile that was apparent was actually the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design developed for a household nonprofit, the logo features 4 personalities startled in elevation to represent a family unit with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation reached out to ImageCo to help them come up with a custom logo design that would be depictive of the devotion that William McNally had for the residents in his city. Most logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain pictures of a happy family, a cliche heavy method to any logo design is to be very literal about what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the business or institution wants to relate.

The McNally Foundation’s name presented a distinct opportunity to do a custom logo design that conveyed that they were about families without being overtly tacky about it. The aim of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo to describe how people should think or feel they don’t understand the objective of a logo. If people have to ponder a logo design to understand what it means, it has been in vain, a logo needs to be immediately comprehended and a logo design that illustrates itself won’t have the chance to be understood.

Logo design created for a hair layout workshop featuring a manuscript font a hummingbird and also an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios needed a business logo that projected a feeling of serenity and class for their new hair salon. I came up with a concept that didn’t go the obvious course of making merely a stylized orchid but rather created a company logo that implied an orchid in the pattern of a swirl incorporated into the letter O in the title and by placing attention on the concept using the figure of a hummingbird hovering over the image itself. The obvious path in designing a logo design is usually the incorrect path and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but instead put the attention on the perception that they wanted to transmit to their clients.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

Logo design for a software program programmer the style attributes as well as legendary element of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the principal component of an operating system (OS). Generally, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task control, and hard drive management. The kernel unites the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that acts as a connection in between the software and hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a couple of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to identify anything to anyone about what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. Nevertheless it intimated something to the business owner of the company and in quite a few cases the meaning behind a business logo is just as important as how it brands the company it stands for.

A logo design featuring an angler in the middle of the name casting a fly towards the customer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brands like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year selling goods and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the founders of On the Fly knew the market place was ready for an outdoor sporting retailer that operates as a consignment business. Whether you are into boating, fishing or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly provides a destination for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all types of interests, a location to market their previously owned equipment to other sports enthusiasts. I created their North Miami Beach business logo dsign with an illustration that captures the attention of traffic and sends an image that calls to mind the passion of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five mph I realized it would take more than the average logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the image of a fly fisherman in his natural and calm habitat.
Logo design MQ ranches, this logo style has actually an area incorporated right into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms brand concept wasn’t actually developed for an North Miami Beach regional farm it was in reality developed for a products broker, and this brand was one of many which fell under the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The aim was actually to produce a image that projected assurance, financial success, and prosperity.
Logo developed for making use of a sign for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an ornate script typeface that is evocative a popular sporting activities team logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve created loads of restaurant logo designs and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the United States, from cupcake bakeshops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a great project where I worked closely with the owner to produce a logo design which worked really well and did a great job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the neon sign which hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
