Vero Beach South, Florida Logo Design

Virtually every new Vero Beach South company realizes that they need a logo, yet few entrepreneurs fully comprehend the key role their logo will play in their success, or why one business logo functions more effectively than another. A business logo has a critical and long term influence on the growth of a company, go with the right one and it will make the door swing and cash register ring, select the incorrect one and it will be a barrier and an impediment for the life span of a business.

The logos featured in the ImageCo portfolio help Vero Beach South, Florida companies prosper, they are effective in any given scenario and the reason why they are so effective is that they all have these five features in common.

  1. Simplicity: simple logos don’t demand scrutiny, they can be comprehended in just a look.
  2. Scalability: from labels to billboards a scalable logo design will remain legible and just as emotive at every size.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any type of device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are unique, and they are suitable for the organization they stand for.
  5. Relevance: a company logo should be lasting and will feel as relevant today, tomorrow, and thirty years from now.
Retro logo design of a bike produced for a Vero Beach South, Florida coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This budding coffee roaster and cafe were opening up in an old part of the area and hoped to project a vintage feel without appearing as stodgy or low energy. I fulfilled each of the jobs via designing a symbol design that uses a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a enduring business image.

medical logo design with a microscopic lense slide as well as germs created for Vero Beach South, Florida medical facility.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline that investigates the causes and outcomes of diseases, mainly the field of medicine which works with the laboratory assessment of samplings of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic purposes.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo I came up with is really the only instance I remember in which I was in a position to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a logo design.

Typically I try not to be extremely literal with a design and to a degree, this specific design approaches the company it serves rather literally, but it does it in a way that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an illustration of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the brand that helps make it more appealing, more interest grabbing and much more memorable.

logo design with a jumping environment-friendly frog developed for a family members fun facility in Vero Beach South, Florida.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the types of projects which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for doctors, dentists, and attorneys but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park which I have actually ever gotten the privilege to work on.

Given that the title of the company has the word springz in its name the obvious choice would have been to integrate a some springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun place to go and spring does not actually resonate an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, eventually I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to give the logo a much more lively high energy mood.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my brainchild and named the frog Jax and featured him in to everything they used for marketing and advertising. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I designed was turned into a mascot when they had an employee costume fashioned to look exactly like my frog design.

digital photography logo design featuring a flock of birds, a hill, a trail, a stream, and a tree - made for Vero Beach South, Florida traveling photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a fairly specialized field of photography and I believe it is a niche sector due to the fact that travel photographers don’t shoot locations or things but instead project emotional experiences through the photos they capture. The idea behind this logo design was to utilize negative space to communicate more than what was visible upon initial view, which I think is quintessential of the majority of good photographers in that they often share whole stories using their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey a great deal more than that because their photos often have an emotional fullness which can’t be conveyed with just words. I tried to do something very similar to this logo by making use of the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Vero Beach South logo design but also to show the depth of her art and in the way that she perceives the world through the lens of her camera.

Vero Beach South logo design with a seagull made use of for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail service.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The majority of custom logo design projects that I take on I genuinely enjoy and the Coastal Wireless assignment was one that I certainly felt good about, however the customer didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the concept of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the letter A but the customer, while he liked the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This guy truly loathed seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, fortunately the rest of his friends and family didn’t share his hatred for this particular type of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a client I urge all of them to discuss it with friends and colleagues and family as well as with people that they don’t even know so as to get objective point of views on the benefit of a concept. Fortunately, he discussed it with his family members and they really liked the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to include every other seabird he could think of … in the end I was able to talk him out of his choice of a pelican and he went with the original concept.

Custom logo designs are a weird animal in the design world because the people that are inclined to hire an expert to design their logo realize how important a logo design is for their organization so they are way more invested in the outcome. Every logo design job possesses it’s portion of challenges, but the greatest obstacle is finding that sweet spot in a design that works really well at the job it’s needed to do in branding a company and also providing the customer the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo design with bamboo in the background, style for Vero Beach South, Florida book publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a cramped slice of real estate to work with, nevertheless it really is the most vital part of a printed book since it is often the primary thing a person sees in the bookstore. With respect to a publishing company, it’s the most ideal opportunity they will likely ever get to spotlight their product and get their logo design in front of the men and women that shop for actual books.

This 3 color design is vivid, picturesque and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of territory for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo created for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo has two letter A's with benches changed to imply they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and go however it seems that in many cases 1 of the items individuals usually tend to recollect the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a small new venture commuter/shuttle airline located in LA and although I’m not sure it actually “took off” their logo design didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their name lent itself well to affording a spirit of flight and it was undoubtedly a success.

Vero Beach South logo design utilized for marketing and also a label design for Vintage Instance includes an old-fashioned font style design.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in brand new cases for musical instruments, which seemed to be older cases. For this logo design I attempted to come up with a logo that provided a fluid old style feel to it and could be utilized for every thing from a website to an insignia on brand new cases that looked like they were from another era.

Logo design produced for an orthodontist in Vero Beach South, Florida, style include an arc with lines intersecting through it to indicate metal braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental care logos can easily be one of the most difficult logo projects considering that it seems that almost every dentist includes a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry logo designs are one of the most cliche ridden professions when it comes to small business branding, if dining establishments approached their branding in the same way dental practices do every one of their logos would be a picture trying to explain something they served, McDonalds would probably have a picture of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind adding an image of something mouth associated to a dentist’s logo but it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental profession.

I actually love doing dental care logo designs because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies the field of dentistry or a certain area of the field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd approach that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics delivered such an opportunity and eventually I created a concept that doesn’t have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the design. When I turned this design over to the client the only smile that was apparent was really the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo created for a household nonprofit, the logo features 4 characters staggered in height to stand for a family unit with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation reached out to ImageCo to help them come up with a logo that would be illustrative of the love that William McNally had for the residents in his city. Many logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain portrayals of a happy family, a cliche heavy method to any logo design is to be overly literal about what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and never hit the viewer on the head with what the company or institution wants to project.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a distinct opportunity to do a logo design which conveyed that they were about families without being openly corny about it. The goal of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer makes an effort to use the logo to describe how people ought to think or feel they don’t understand the objective of a logo. If viewers have to consider a logo design to understand what it means, it has fallen short, a logo needs to be instantly understood and a logo that illustrates itself won’t have the opportunity to be understood.

Logo design developed for a hair design studio including a script font a hummingbird and a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios desired a business logo which projected an atmosphere of ease and elegance for their new hair salon. I created a concept which didn’t go the obvious path of designing just a stylized orchid but alternatively created a logo design that implied an orchid in the pattern of a swirl featured in to the letter O in the name and by putting emphasis on the logo design using the figure of a hummingbird floating over the image itself. The obvious path in designing a logo design is frequently the wrong course and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but alternately put the main focus on the perception that they wanted to project to their customers.

Logo style for a software program designer the layout attributes and renowned component of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the central component of an operating system (OS). Generally, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task management, and hard drive managing. The kernel connects the system hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that behaves as a bridge between the software and computer hardware.

The business logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a number of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to spell out anything to anyone regarding to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However it intimated something to the business owner of the business and in many cases the symbolism supporting a business logo is just as important as how it serves the business it represents.

A logo style including an angler in the center of the name casting a fly towards the customer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year offering goods and equipment to outdoor sporting fans the founders of On the Fly understood the market was ready for an outdoor sporting merchant that operates as a consignment business. Whether you are into boating, sportfishing or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a destination for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all types of interests, a spot to sell off their pre-owned equipment to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Vero Beach South logo design dsign using an illustration that garners the attention of traffic and projects an image that invokes the passion of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five miles per hour I realized it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the illustration of a fly fisherman in his natural and calm habitat.
Logo design MQ ranches, this logo layout has an area included into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms logo concept wasn’t actually created for an Vero Beach South, Florida area farm it was really designed for a products broker, and this logo was one of many that fell underneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The goal was to produce a graphic that projects self-assurance, success, and luxury.

Vero Beach South Logo design for a nonprofit, Turning Factor Solutions - the logo design attribute for ostensibly encountering arrowhead as well as the arrowheads suggest that it is a diamond shape.

Turning Point Foundation | Logo Design

The Turning Point Foundation was entirely open to what kind of logo design they desired, this can be a good thing or a bad thing. Good in that it provides a designer the flexibility to delve into any idea that comes to mind, bad in that it’s difficult to hit a bullseye in the absence of understanding where exactly the target is. Fortunately, in this particular case, I hit a bullseye with the 1st shot.

Logo design created for the use of an indication for the restaurant (Brewgrrs), it is a luxuriant manuscript typeface that is evocative a well-known sports group logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have created quite a lot of restaurant logo designs and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments, and eateries all over the US, from cupcake bakeries to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I think Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a great project where I worked directly with the proprietor to produce a logo design which worked very well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the lighted sign which hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
