Wesley Chapel, Florida Logo Design

Every new Wesley Chapel business person knows they are in need of a logo, yet few new business owners fully recognize the key role their business logo will take in their financial success, or precisely why one logo design functions better than another. A logo design has an instant and lasting effect on the financial success of a business, go with the right one and it can make the door swing and phone ring, select the wrong one and it will be an obstacle and a hindrance for the life of an organization.

The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Wesley Chapel, Florida companies prosper, they are effective in any given situation and the main reason they are so effective is that they all have these 5 features in common.

  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t demand consideration, they can be comprehended in just a look.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable logo will remain legible and equally emotive at virtually any scale.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the business they stand for.
  5. Relevance: a company logo should be timeless and will feel as relevant today, tomorrow, and twenty years from today.
Retro logo style of a bike created for a Wesley Chapel, Florida coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This fledgling coffee roaster and coffee shop were actually launching in an old section of town and wanted to visualize an old-fashioned feel without coming across as stodgy or low energy. I accomplished each of the tasks by designing a company logo concept that includes a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is old-fashioned, high energy, and is a ageless business image.

medical logo style with a microscopic lense slide and germs made for Wesley Chapel, Florida clinical clinic.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science which researches the causes and effects of diseases, especially the branch of healthcare which works with the clinical assessment of specimens of human body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic purposes.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo I came up with is really the sole instance I recall in which I was able to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a logo design.

Typically I try not to be extremely literal with a concept and to a point, this specific design approaches the company it represents quite literally, yet it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an illustration of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that makes it more interesting, more focus grabbing and much more memorable.

logo style with a jumping green frog created for a family members fun facility in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very fun project to work on, probably because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s additionally a project that is way out of the usual of the kinds of jobs which come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for surgeons, dental professionals, and attorneys but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park which I have ever gotten the opportunity to work on.

Given that the name of the business features the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to integrate a few springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun location to go and spring doesn’t actually reflect an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this logo project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to provide the logo a better enthusiastic high energy mood.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my brainchild and named the frog Jax and included him in to everything they utilized for marketing and advertising. I also think this is the only time that a logo I did was made into a mascot when they had an employee costume fashioned to look just like my frog design.

digital photography logo design featuring a flock of birds, a hill, a trail, a stream, as well as a tree - created for Wesley Chapel, Florida traveling digital photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a rather specialized field of photography and I think it is a niche area because travel photographers don’t capture places or things but instead convey emotional experiences by means of the photos they capture. The thought behind this logo concept was to use negative space to convey more than what was visible upon first view, which I think is representative of most professional photographers in that they often tell whole stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey a great deal more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional fullness which can’t be communicated with mere words. I attempted to do something similar to this logo design by employing the positive space in the design to say one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Wesley Chapel logo design but also to reveal the depth in her art and in the way that she sees the world through the lens of her camera.

Wesley Chapel logo style with a seagull utilized for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail business.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The bulk of logo design jobs that I take on I seriously savor and the Coastal Wireless project was one that I really felt good about, but the customer didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull shape as a stroke in the letter A but the customer, even though he loved the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This particular guy really loathed seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his family members didn’t share his contempt for this specific type of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a client I urge all of them to discuss it with friends and family as well as with people that they don’t even know so as to get objective judgements on the merit of a design concept. Fortunately, he talked about it with his family and they really loved the design and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to include every other seabird he could think of … eventually I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he went with the original concept.

Logo designs are a weird creature in the design world because the people that have a tendency to hire an expert to create their logo realize how important a logo is for their business so they are way more invested in the result. Every logo job possesses it’s share of challenges, however the biggest obstacle is identifying that sweet spot in a design that operates really well at the task it’s required to do in branding a business and also giving the customer the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo style with bamboo in the background, design for Wesley Chapel, Florida publication publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a narrow parcel of real estate to work with, yet it is the most critical part of a printed book because it is usually the initial thing a person views in the book shop. For a publisher, it’s the optimal opportunity they will likely ever get to advertise their label and get their logo design in front of the men and women that shop for actual books.

This three color design is vivid, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of territory for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design created for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo design has two letter A's with benches changed to suggest they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and depart yet it looks like that in many instances 1 of the things consumers usually tend to remember the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a small start-up commuter/shuttle air service located in LA and although I’m not sure it really “took off” their business logo didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their title lent itself well to imparting a good sense of flight and it was surely a success.

Wesley Chapel logo style made use of for advertising and also a label style for Vintage Situation includes an old typeface style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in all new cases for musical instruments, which appeared to be antique cases. For this logo concept I attempted to come up with a logo that provided a fluid retro feel to it and could easily be used for every thing from a web site to an insignia on brand new cases that appeared like they were from a different generation.

Logo design produced for an orthodontist in Wesley Chapel, Florida, style consist of an arc with lines converging with it to imply steel braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry logo designs can easily be one of the most challenging logo design projects because it appears that almost every dentist integrates a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry logos are one of the very most cliche ridden fields when it comes to business branding, if restaurants approached their branding in the exact same way dentists do every one of their logo designs would definitely be a picture explaining something they served, McDonalds would most likely have an image of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind including an image of something mouth related to a dentist’s logo nevertheless it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental care profession.

I really love doing dentistry business logos simply because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a particular area of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd approach that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics provided such an opportunity and inevitably I created a design that doesn’t have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still implied in the design. When I turned this particular design over to the client the only smile that was evident was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo developed for a household nonprofit, the logo features 4 characters startled in height to represent a family with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation asked ImageCo to help them come up with a logo that would be illustrative of the love that William McNally had for the residents in his community. Many logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain pictures of a happy family, a cliche heavy technique to any logo design is to be very literal pertaining to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best designs are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the business or organization wishes to communicate.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a unique opportunity to do a logo that conveyed that they were about families without being openly corny about it. The objective of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo design to summarize specifically how individuals should think or feel they don’t understand the purpose of a logo. If you have to consider a logo design to understand what it means, it has failed, a logo needs to be instantly understood and a logo design that describes itself will never have the likelihood to be understood.

Logo design developed for a hair style studio including a manuscript font a hummingbird and also an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios needed a logo that conveyed a sense of ease and elegance for their new hair salon. I created a concept which did not go the obvious path of creating simply a stylized orchid but alternatively crafted a company logo which suggested a flower in the formation of a swirl featured into the letter O in the title and by putting attention on the logo design along with the figure of a hummingbird hovering over the logo itself. The obvious path in designing a logo is more often than not the wrong course and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but alternately put the attention on the emotion that they really wanted to project to their customers.

Logo style for a software programmer the design functions as well as legendary aspect of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the principal component of an operating system (OS). Typically, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task control, and hard drive managing. The kernel attaches the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that serves as a bridge between the software program and computer hardware.

The business logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a few miles from the business offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to identify anything to anyone pertaining to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. But it meant something to the business owner of the business and in quite a few cases the symbolism supporting a company logo is just as important as how it brands the organization it represents.

A logo layout featuring a fisherman in the center of the name casting a fly towards the visitor.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brands such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year selling goods and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the owners of On the Fly realized the market was prepared for an outdoor sporting store that functions as a consignment firm. Whether or not you are into boating, fishing or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a destination for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all kinds of passions, a place to sell off their previously owned equipment to other sports enthusiasts. I designed their Wesley Chapel logo design dsign using a graphic which seizes the interest of vehicles and sends an image that invokes the enthusiasm of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five mph I realized it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the picture of a fly fisherman in his natural and relaxed habitat.
Logo layout MQ farms, this logo layout has a field included into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

Wesley Chapel Logo design for a nonprofit, Transforming Point Solutions - the logo design function for ostensibly encountering arrowhead as well as the arrowheads suggest that it is a ruby form.

Turning Point Foundation | Logo Design

The Turning Point Foundation was totally open to what type of logo design that they wanted, this can be a good thing or a bad thing. Good in that it provides a designer the flexibility to explore any concept that comes to mind, bad in that it’s difficult to hit a bullseye without understanding where exactly the target is. Thankfully, in this case, I hit a bullseye with the 1st go.

Logo design designed for using a sign for the restaurant (Brewgrrs), it is a luxuriant script typeface that is evocative a renowned sporting activities group logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have designed dozens of restaurant business logos and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments, and eateries all over the United States, from cupcake pastry shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I think Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a great project in which I worked closely with the owner to design a logo design that worked really well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the lighted sign that hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
