Evans, Georgia Logo Design

Each and every new Evans venture understands that they require a logo, yet few new business owners thoroughly understand the essential role their business logo can take in their becoming successful, or the reason that one logo functions more effectively than another. A business logo has an immediate and long-term influence on the financial success of a company, pick the correct one and it will make the door swing and phone ring, choose the incorrect one and it can be a barrier and an impediment for the life of an organization.

The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Evans, Georgia companies succeed, they are effective in any given situation and the reason why they are so effective is because they all have these 5 features in common.

  1. Simplicity: simple logos don’t demand consideration, they can be realized in merely a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to billboards a scalable logo design will remain legible and equally emotive at any dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that work on any type of device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the enterprise they stand for.
  5. Relevance: a logo needs to be ageless and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and thirty years from now.

Logo PORTFOLIO Volume 1

Retro logo layout of a bike created for a Evans, Georgia coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This fledgling coffee roaster and bistro were actually opening up in an older part of the area and really wanted to cast an old-fashioned vibe without coming across as boring or low energy. I achieved each of the jobs via creating a custom logo design that incorporates a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a timeless business image.

clinical logo design with a microscopic lense slide and bacteria developed for Evans, Georgia clinical center.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science which analyzes the causes and consequences of diseases, especially the branch of medicine that works with the laboratory assessment of samplings of human body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic objectives.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo design I came up with is the sole instance I remember in which I was in a position to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide right into a business logo design.

Usually I try not to be excessively literal with a concept and to a degree, this design approaches the company it represents rather literally, yet it does it in a fashion that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an explanation of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that makes it more appealing, more attention grabbing and even more unforgettable.

logo style with a leaping environment-friendly frog made for a family enjoyable facility in Evans, Georgia.

Cool Springs | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s additionally a project that is way out of the norm of the kinds of jobs that come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for doctors, dental offices, and legal professionals but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park which I have ever gotten the privilege to work on.

Given that the name of the business features the word springz in its name the obvious choice would have been to include a couple springs into the concept but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring does not really resonate an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, inevitably I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to provide the logo a much more dynamic high energy atmosphere.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my brainchild and named the frog Jax and integrated him in to everything they utilized for advertising and marketing. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I designed was made into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fashioned to look exactly like my frog design.

digital photography logo design featuring a flock of birds, a mountain, a path, a stream, and a tree - created for Evans, Georgia traveling professional photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a custom logo design job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a pretty specialized field of photography and I believe it is a niche profession due to the fact that travel photographers tend not to shoot places or things but rather project emotional journeys through the photos they record. The idea behind this logo concept was to utilize negative space to project more than what was visible upon first glance, which I think is quintessential of the majority of professional photographers in that they frequently tell entire stories using their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey a great deal more than that because their photos often have an emotional resonance that can’t be conveyed with just words. I attempted to do something the same to this logo by utilizing the positive space in the design to suggest one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Evans logo design but also to show the depth in her work and in the way that she perceives the world through the lens of her camera.

Evans logo design with a seagull utilized for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail business.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The lion’s share of logo design projects that I take on I honestly relish and the Coastal Wireless project was one that I certainly felt good about, but the client didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the character A however the client, even though he loved the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This man genuinely hated seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, luckily the rest of his family didn’t share his aversion for this specific breed of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a customer I encourage all of them to discuss it with friends and family as well as with folks that they don’t even know so as to get unprejudiced assessments on the benefit of a design. Fortunately, he shared it with his family members and they really liked the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to include every other seabird he could think of … in the end I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he went with the original concept.

Logos are a strange creature in the design world because the people that are inclined to hire a professional to design their logo design comprehend how essential a logo design is for their company so they are much more vested in the end result. Every logo job possesses it’s share of obstacles, but the biggest challenge is finding that sweet spot in a design that operates really well at the task it’s required to do in branding a business and also providing the client the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo style with bamboo behind-the-scenes, design for Evans, Georgia publication author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a thin piece of real estate to work with, but it is the most essential part of a printed book because it is in most cases the very first thing a person sees in the book store. With regard to a publishing company, it’s the optimal opportunity that they will ever have to publicize their label and get their logo design in front of the people that purchase actual books.

This 3 color design is vivid, picturesque and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of territory for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo made for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo has two letter A's with the bars changed to imply they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and go but it looks like that in many instances 1 of the aspects consumers often tend to recall the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a young startup commuter/shuttle airline situated in LA and although I’m not sure it really “took off” their custom logo didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to confering a good sense of air travel and it was definitely a victory.

Evans logo layout utilized for marketing and a tag style for Vintage Case features an archaic font style design.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case focused in all new cases for music instruments, that appeared to be older cases. For this brand concept I attempted to come up with a logo that possessed a fluid old style feel to it and could easily be used for everything from a website to a label on brand new cases that seemed like they were from another era.

Logo produced for an orthodontist in Evans, Georgia, style consist of an arc with lines converging through it to imply metal dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental business logos can easily be one of the most challenging and difficult logo design jobs considering that it appears that almost every dentist includes a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry logo designs are one of the most cliche ridden fields when it comes to company marketing, if restaurants approached their branding in the very same way dentists do every one of their logo designs would definitely be a picture explaining anything they served, McDonalds would likely include an image of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind including an illustration of something mouth related to a dentist’s logo nevertheless it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental care profession.

I actually love doing dentist logo designs because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies the field of dentistry or a specific area of dental treatment like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd approach that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics delivered such an opportunity and ultimately I created a design that does not have a single smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t obvious, they are still implied in the design. When I turned this particular design over to the client the only smile that was apparent was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design created for a household nonprofit, the logo design features 4 personalities startled in elevation to stand for a family with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation asked ImageCo to help them come up with a custom logo design that would be illustrative of the devotion that William McNally had for the folks in his community. Many logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain pictures of a happy family, a cliche heavy method to any logo design is to be far too literal about what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best designs are the ones that are downplayed and never hit the viewer on the head with what the company or organization wants to relate.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a unique opportunity to do a logo that conveyed that they were about families without being overtly cheesy about it. The intention of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer attempts to use the logo design to explain specifically how individuals should think or feel they don’t understand the objective of a logo. If you have to consider a logo design to understand what it means, it has been in vain, a logo needs to be immediately understood and a logo that illustrates itself won’t have the opportunity to be understood.

Logo design produced for a hair design workshop including a manuscript font a hummingbird as well as an implied orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios required a logo which communicated a feeling of relaxation and class for their new hair salon. I came up with a concept that did not go the obvious course of creating simply a stylized orchid but instead crafted a logo design that suggested a flower in the pattern of a swirl blended in to the letter O in the title and by placing emphasis on the logo design along with the figure of a hummingbird floating over the logo design itself. The obvious path in creating a business logo is oftentimes the incorrect direction and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but alternately placed the attention on the perception that they wanted to forecast to their customers.

Arabian steed logo design created for a horse cattle ranch that focuses on reproducing Arabian show horses.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo created a distinct organization logo design styled to display the unique physical traits of the Arabian pedigree of horses. By having an identifiable head shape and very high tail posture, the Arabian is one of the very most easily identifiable horse types in the whole world.

Las Coffee shop logo layout a little dining establishment, style consists of a changed script typeface which hovers above a team of luxuriant lines and dots.

Las Cafe | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

Las Coffee shop logo style a small restaurant, layout includes a changed script font style which floats over a team of elaborate lines and dots.

Logo layout for a software program programmer the design attributes and legendary aspect of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the key component of an operating system (OS). Traditionally, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task management, and drive operations. The kernel unites the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that serves as a connection between the software program and hardware.

The business logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a number of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to describe anything to anyone with regards to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However it meant something to the business owner of the business and in many cases the significance supporting a logo is just as important as how it brands the organization it stands for.

Evolve logo style developed for a Evans, Georgia interior designer, design function a series of red circles that converge and replace the letter O in the center of the logo design.

logo design done for Advanced Management Solutions, the characters for letter V and also A in middle of words advanced have actually been customized to connect directly into the words listed below.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

A logo design including an angler in the middle of the name casting a fly towards the visitor.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brands like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in more than 7 billion a year selling supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting fans the founders of On the Fly understood the market was primed for an outdoor sporting retailer that functions as a consignment firm. Whether you are into boating, angling or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a venue for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all types of passions, a spot to sell off their pre-owned products to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Evans logo dsign with an image that garners the interest of traffic and projects an image that wakens the enthusiasm of the outdoors. With traffic that averages 45 mph I knew it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the picture of a fly fisherman in his natural and serene habitat.
Logo style MQ ranches, this logo style has an area incorporated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms custom logo concept wasn’t actually created for an Evans, Georgia regional farm it was really created for a commodities broker, and this business logo was one of several which fell beneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The goal was actually to generate a graphic that projects confidence, financial success, and luxury.

Evans Logo design for a nonprofit, Turning Point Solutions - the logo style feature for externally encountering arrowhead as well as the arrowheads imply that it is a ruby form.

Turning Point Foundation | Logo Design

The Turning Point Foundation was completely open to what type of logo design they would like, that can be a good thing or a bad thing. Good in that it provides a designer the flexibility to explore any concept that comes to mind, bad in that it’s difficult to hit a bullseye without realizing where exactly the target is. Fortunately, in this particular case, I nailed a bullseye with the 1st try.

Logo designed for making use of a sign for the restaurant (Brewgrrs), it is an elaborate script font style that is similar to a well-known sporting activities team logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve crafted dozens of restaurant logo designs and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the USA, from cupcake bake shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a great undertaking in which I worked directly with the business owner to produce a business logo that worked extremely well and did a great job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the lighted signage that hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
