Hinesville Logo Design

Every new Hinesville company knows they require a logo, yet few new business owners fully understand the key role their logo will perform in their becoming successful, or the reason that one logo design functions more effectively than another. A logo has an immediate and lasting influence on the prosperity of a business, pick the correct one and it will make the door swing and phone ring, go with the incorrect one and it can be an obstacle and a hindrance for the life of an organization. The logos presented in the ImageCo portfolio help Hinesville companies succeed, they are effective in any given circumstance and the main reason they are so effective is because they all have these 5 things in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs do not demand deliberation, they can be comprehended in merely a glance.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable logo will remain legible and equally emotive at any dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are personal, and they are suitable for the business they represent.
  5. Relevance: a logo design should be lasting and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and thirty years from today.

Retro logo design of a bike produced for a Hinesville coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This start-up coffee roaster and coffee bar were actually opening in an older section of town and wanted to project an old-fashioned atmosphere without appearing as boring or low energy. I fulfilled each of the jobs via developing a business logo concept that contains a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, high energy, and is a ageless business image.

medical logo design with a microscopic lense slide and germs created for Hinesville clinical clinic.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline which analyzes the causes and consequences of diseases, mainly the branch of healthcare that works with the laboratory evaluation of specimens of human body tissue for diagnostic or forensic reasons.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo I came up with is the only instance I call to mind where I was able to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide right into a business logo design.

Generally I attempt not to be excessively literal with a concept and to a degree, this design approaches the company it represents very literally, however it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an illustration of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the brand that helps make it more interesting, more attention grabbing and more memorable.

logo style with a leaping eco-friendly frog made for a family enjoyable center in Hinesville.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the sorts of jobs which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for physicians, dentists, and lawyers but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park that I have actually ever had the opportunity to work on.

Given that the full name of the company has the word springz in its name the obvious choice would have been to integrate a couple of springs into the concept but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring doesn’t actually reflect an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to provide the logo a better enthusiastic high energy feeling.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my brainchild and named the frog Jax and incorporated him in to everything they used for promotion and marketing. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I did was turned into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fashioned to look just like my frog design.

digital photography logo design featuring a group of birds, a hill, a trail, a stream, and a tree - created for Hinesville traveling digital photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo design job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a fairly niche field of photography and I think it is a niche sector due to the fact that travel photographers tend not to capture places or things but instead communicate emotional journeys through the pictures they capture. The idea behind this logo composition was to make use of negative space to reveal more than what was visible upon initial glance, which I think is representative of the majority of good photographers in that they frequently convey whole stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey much more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional fullness which can’t be communicated with just words. I tried to do something comparable to this logo design by utilizing the positive space in the design to say one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Hinesville logo design but also to illustrate the depth of her work and in the way that she views the world through the lens of her camera.

Hinesville logo design with a seagull made use of for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The bulk of custom logo design projects that I take on I seriously enjoy and the Coastal Wireless design was one that I really felt good about, but the client didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the concept of using the seagull shape as a stroke in the character A however my client, even though he liked the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This particular man really despised seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, fortunately the rest of his friends and family didn’t share his contempt for this particular breed of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a customer I encourage all of them to talk about it with friends and family as well as with folks that they don’t even know so as to get unbiased assessments on the merit of a concept. Fortunately, he talked about it with his whole family and they adored the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to insert every other seabird he could think of … in the end I was able to talk him out of his alternative of a pelican and he proceeded with the original design.

Business logos are a strange animal in the design world because the people that have a tendency to hire an expert to create their logo comprehend how important a logo design is for their business so they are much more invested in the end result. Every logo design project has it’s portion of obstacles, but the biggest challenge is identifying that sweet spot in a design that functions really well at the job it’s needed to do in branding a company and also giving the client the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo design with bamboo in the background, design for Hinesville book publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a narrow segment of real estate to work with, yet it is the most crucial part of a published book given that it is often the very first thing a person sees in the bookstore. Regarding a publishing company, it’s the opportunity they will ever have to spotlight their product and get their logo design in front of the people that buy actual books.

This 3 color design is vivid, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of space for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo designed for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo design has two letter A's with the bars modified to suggest they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and depart but it looks like that in many instances 1 of the aspects consumers tend to recollect the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a modest start-up commuter/shuttle airline located in LA and while I’m not sure it really “took off” their logo didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to conferring a feeling of flight and it was surely a victory.

Hinesville logo layout used for advertising and marketing and a label layout for Vintage Instance includes an archaic font style layout.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in all new cases for musical instruments, which seemed to be much older cases. For this business logo concept I tried to come up with a logo that offered a fluid nostalgic feel to it and could easily be utilized for everything from a web page to a label on brand new cases that appeared like they were from a different era.

Logo created for an orthodontist in Hinesville, style include an arc with lines intersecting with it to suggest metal dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry logos can easily be one of the most challenging logo design projects due to the fact that it seems that every dental professional integrates a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry logos are one of the most cliche ridden fields when it comes to small business branding, if restaurants approached their branding in the very same way dental offices do every one of their logo designs would definitely be a picture trying to explain anything they served, McDonalds would likely have an image of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind incorporating an image of something mouth related to a dentist’s logo design nevertheless it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental industry.

I really love doing dental care logo designs because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a specific field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd approach that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics delivered such an opportunity and inevitably I created a layout that doesn’t have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still implied in the design. When I turned this particular concept over to the client the only smile that was obvious was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo created for a family members not-for-profit, the logo design features 4 characters startled in elevation to represent a family unit with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation contacted ImageCo to help them come up with a logo that would be illustrative of the devotion that William McNally had for the people residing in his city. The majority of logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain depictions of a happy family, a cliche heavy approach to any logo design is to be far too literal pertaining to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best designs are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the business or organization hopes to project.

The McNally Foundation’s name provided a distinct opportunity to do a logo which conveyed that they were about families without being openly corny about it. The intention of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer attempts to use the logo to explain specifically how individuals should think or feel they don’t understand the objective of a logo. If you have to think about a logo design to understand what it means, it has been in vain, a logo needs to be instantly comprehended and a logo that illustrates itself will never have the likelihood to be understood.

Logo layout produced for a hair style workshop featuring a script font a hummingbird as well as an implied orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios needed a company logo that communicated a feeling of peace and elegance for their new hair studio. I created a concept that did not go the obvious direction of creating just a stylized orchid but instead created a logo that suggested an orchid in the formation of a swirl blended in to the letter O in the name and by putting attention on the concept along with the figure of a hummingbird floating above the logo design itself. The obvious path in designing a business logo is frequently the incorrect direction and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but alternately laid the main focus on the emotion that they really wanted to forecast to their customers.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

Logo design for a software program designer the layout features and renowned component of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the principal component of an operating system (OS). Typically, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task management, and drive operations. The kernel attaches the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that performs as a connection in between the software and computer hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a couple of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to spell out anything to anyone with regards to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. But it represented something to the business owner of the company and in quite a few cases the symbolism supporting a logo is just as important as how it serves the company it represents.

Progress logo layout produced for a Hinesville indoor designer, layout attribute a collection of red circles that converge and also change the letter O in the center of the logo style.

Evolv Interior Design | Logo Design | Branding

A logo design including an angler in the middle of the name casting a fly in the direction of the visitor.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in more than 7 billion a year offering supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting lovers the owners of On the Fly realized the market place was ready for an outdoor sporting retailer that functions as a consignment business. Whether or not you are into boating, sportfishing or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a place for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all kinds of passions, a spot to sell their used goods to other sports enthusiasts. I designed their Hinesville business logo dsign along with an image that garners the interest of traffic and sends an image that wakens the passion of the outdoors. With traffic that averages 45 mph I knew it would take more than the average logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the image of a fly fisherman in his natural and calm habitat.
Logo style MQ farms, this logo layout has a field incorporated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms business logo idea wasn’t actually developed for an Hinesville area farm it was in reality designed for an investments broker, and this company was one of multiple which fell beneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The objective was really to create a brand mark that projects self-confidence, financial success, and opulence.
Logo design created for using a sign for the restaurant (Brewgrrs), it is an ornate manuscript font that is reminiscent of a well-known sports team logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve created dozens of restaurant logos and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the US, from cupcake bakeries to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a neat project in which I worked directly with the proprietor to develop a business logo which worked very well and did a great job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the neon sign that hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
