Tifton Logo Design

Nearly every new Tifton organization knows they need a logo, but few new business owners fully are aware of the key role their logo will take in their financial success, or why one logo design works better than another. A business logo has an immediate and lasting effect on the prosperity of a business, go with the right one and it can make the door swing and cash register ring, select the incorrect one and it will be an obstacle and an impediment for the life span of a company. The logos presented in the ImageCo portfolio help Tifton businesses succeed, they are effective in any given situation and the main reason they are so effective is that they all have these 5 features in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t demand contemplation, they can be understood in merely a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to billboards a scalable business logo will remain legible and equally emotive at any scale.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any sort of device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the enterprise they represent.
  5. Relevance: a logo design should be enduring and should feel relevant today, tomorrow, and forty years from now.

Retro logo design of a bicycle developed for a Tifton coffee cafe and a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This budding coffee roaster and cafe were actually launching in an older section of the city and wanted to project a nostalgic vibe without appearing as uninteresting or low energy. I fulfilled the two tasks via designing a business logo design that includes a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a classic business image.

clinical logo layout with a microscopic lense slide and also bacteria developed for Tifton clinical clinic.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline that studies the root causes and consequences of diseases, especially the field of healthcare that works with the clinical evaluation of samples of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic objectives.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo design I came up with is really the only instance I remember in which I was in a position to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a logo design.

Usually I attempt not to be excessively literal with a concept and to a point, this design approaches the company it serves fairly literally, however it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an explanation of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the brand that helps make it more intriguing, more interest grabbing and much more meaningful.

logo design with a leaping green frog designed for a family fun facility in Tifton.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the sorts of projects which come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for doctors, dental experts, and legal professionals but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park that I have actually ever gotten the opportunity to work on.

Given that the name of the company features the word springz in its name the obvious choice would have been to include a handful of springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring does not actually reflect an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to provide the logo a much more dynamic high energy feeling.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my design and named the frog Jax and incorporated him in to everything they used for advertising and marketing. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I came up with was turned into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fashioned to look just like my frog design.

digital photography logo featuring a group of birds, a mountain, a trail, a stream, as well as a tree - made for Tifton traveling photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo design job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a pretty specialized field of photography and I believe it is a niche field because travel photographers don’t capture places or things but instead convey emotional experiences through the pictures they capture. The idea behind this logo composition was to make use of negative space to reveal more than what was visible upon first view, which I think is representative of most professional photographers in that they oftentimes tell whole stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey a great deal more than that because their photos often have an emotional resonance that can’t be revealed with mere words. I made an effort to do something very similar to this logo design by using the positive space in the design to suggest one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Tifton logo but also to illustrate the depth in her art and in the way that she perceives the world through the lens of her camera.

Tifton logo layout with a seagull utilized for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The majority of business logo design projects that I take on I genuinely relish and the Coastal Wireless design was one that I really felt good about, but the customer didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the letter A but the client, while he loved the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This man seriously disliked seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his family members didn’t share his aversion for this particular breed of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a client I urge all of them to discuss it with colleagues and family members as well as with people that they don’t even know so as to get unprejudiced viewpoints on the value of a concept. Fortunately, he discussed it with his family and they really liked the concept and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … in the end I was able to talk him out of his choice of a pelican and he proceeded with the original concept.

Logo designs are a strange animal in the design world given that the people that are inclined to hire an expert to design their business logo understand how essential a logo design is for their organization so they are much more vested in the final result. Every logo design project possesses it’s share of obstacles, but the most significant challenge is identifying that sweet spot in a design that functions really well at the job it’s required to do in branding a business and also giving the customer the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo style with bamboo behind-the-scenes, design for Tifton book publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a narrow piece of real estate to work with, nevertheless it is the most important part of a published book since it is often the very first thing a person sees in the bookstore. Concerning a publishing company, it’s the optimal opportunity that they will ever have to advertise their brand and get their logo design in front of the men and women that shop for actual books.

This three color design is vibrant, colorful and eye-catching and it gives plenty of space for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo created for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo has two letter A's with benches changed to imply they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and depart but it looks like that in many occurrences 1 of the aspects people usually tend to recall the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a smaller new venture commuter/shuttle airline located in LA and while I’m not sure it really “took off” their logo design didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to conferring a sense of flight and it was certainly a success.

Tifton logo style used for advertising and also a tag design for Vintage Case features an archaic font style design.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case focused in brand new cases for musical instruments, which seemed to be vintage cases. For this logo design I strove to come up with a logo that provided a fluid vintage feel to it and could easily be utilized for everything from a web site to an insignia on brand new cases that appeared like they were from another generation.

Logo design developed for an orthodontist in Tifton, style consist of an arc with lines intersecting with it to indicate steel braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry business logos can be one of the most difficult logo projects because it seems that virtually every dental professional integrates a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry logo designs are one of the most cliche ridden professions when it comes to small business marketing, if dining establishments approached their advertising in the very same way dentists do every one of their logos would be a picture trying to explain something they served, McDonalds would most likely have an image of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind adding an image of something mouth related to a dentist’s company logo nevertheless it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental care profession.

I really enjoy doing dentist logos because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a specific field of dental treatment like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd approach that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics provided such an opportunity and subsequently I created a design that doesn’t have a single smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t obvious, they are still implied in the design. When I turned this particular design over to the customer the only smile that was evident was actually the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo made for a family nonprofit, the logo design includes 4 personalities surprised in height to stand for a family with in the style.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation reached out to ImageCo to help them come up with a logo that would be depictive of the devotion that William McNally had for the folks in his city. Many logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain images of a happy family, a cliche heavy technique to any logo design is to be very literal pertaining to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and never hit the viewer on the head with what the company or organization wants to project.

The McNally Foundation’s name provided a unique opportunity to do a logo design that conveyed that they were about families without being overtly cheesy about it. The goal of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer attempts to use the logo design to summarize exactly how individuals should think or feel they don’t understand the goal of a logo. If people have to ponder a logo design to understand what it means, it has failed, a logo needs to be instantly comprehended and a logo design that explains itself will never have the chance to be understood.

Logo design developed for a hair layout studio featuring a script font a hummingbird and also an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios desired a logo that carried an atmosphere of calmness and elegance for their new hair salon. I came up with a concept that didn’t go the obvious route of making simply a stylized orchid but instead crafted a company logo that suggested a flower in the pattern of a swirl integrated in to the letter O in the title and by putting attention on the logo design with the figure of a hummingbird floating over the logo itself. The obvious path in creating a logo is in most cases the incorrect course and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but instead laid the importance on the feeling that they wanted to project to their clients.

Arabian equine logo layout developed for a steed cattle ranch that specializes in reproducing Arabian show horses.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo developed a one-of-a-kind logo design fashioned to manifest the unique physical traits of the Arabian breed of horses. With an identifiable head shape and very high tail posture, the Arabian is one of the very most immediately recognizable equine lineages in the entire world.

Las Cafe logo design a tiny restaurant, layout includes a changed script typeface which floats over a team of luxuriant lines as well as dots.

Las Cafe | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

Las Coffee shop logo style a little dining establishment, style contains a modified manuscript font style which hovers above a group of elaborate lines and dots.

Logo style for a software developer the design attributes and iconic component of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the central component of an operating system (OS). Generally, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task management, and disk management. The kernel unites the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that behaves as a bridge between the software and computer hardware.

The logo design I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a few miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to describe anything to anyone about what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However it intimated something to the business owner of the business and in quite a few cases the meaning supporting a company logo is equally as important as how it serves the company it represents.

Progress logo layout developed for a Tifton indoor developer, design function a collection of red circles that intersect as well as replace the letter O in the middle of the logo style.

Evolv Interior Design | Logo Design | Branding

A logo layout including an angler in the middle of the name casting a fly in the direction of the viewer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year offering supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting lovers the owners of On the Fly understood the market place was prepared for an outdoor sporting merchant that functions as a consignment business. Whether or not you are into boating, angling or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a place for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all sorts of interests, a spot to sell off their used items to other sports enthusiasts. I tailored their Tifton logo design dsign along with an image that garners the interest of vehicles and sends an image that wakens the passion of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages 45 mph I knew it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the graphic of a fly fisherman in his natural and relaxed habitat.
Logo style MQ farms, this logo layout has actually an area included into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms company logo design wasn’t actually developed for an Tifton area farm it was actually designed for a products broker, and this trademark was one of many which fell beneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The aim was to generate a graphic that projects esteem, effectiveness, and opulence.
Logo created for making use of a sign for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an ornate script font that is similar to a famous sporting activities group logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve designed loads of restaurant logo designs and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the US, from cupcake bakeshops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a great project in which I worked directly with the owner to produce a business logo that worked very well and did a great job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the illuminated signage that hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
