Marrero Logo Design

Every new Marrero organization understands that they are in need of a logo, but few entrepreneurs entirely grasp the essential role their business logo will perform in their becoming successful, or precisely why one logo functions better than another. A company logo has an instant and long-term impact on the growth of a company, go with the right one and it will make the door swing and phone ring, choose the incorrect one and it can be an obstacle and a hindrance for the life span of a business. The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Marrero businesses succeed, they are effective in any given circumstance and the main reason they are so effective is because they all have these 5 features in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t demand contemplation, they can be comprehended in just a glance.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to billboards a scalable logo design will stay legible and just as emotive at every scale.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any sort of device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are personal, and they are suitable for the enterprise they stand for.
  5. Relevance: a company logo must be timeless and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and twenty five years from now.

Retro logo layout of a bike developed for a Marrero coffee cafe and a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This budding coffee roaster and coffee bar were launching in an old section of the town and really wanted to visualize a retro tone without appearing as uninteresting or low energy. I accomplished each of the jobs by developing a sign concept that incorporates a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, high energy, and is a classic business image.

clinical logo layout with a microscopic lense slide and also bacteria made for Marrero medical center.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science which investigates the triggers and outcomes of diseases, mainly the field of healthcare which works with the laboratory evaluation of samples of body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic intents.

The Mid-Valley Pathology brand I came up with is really the only instance I recall in which I was able to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a logo design.

Usually I try not to be overly literal with a design and to a point, this design approaches the company it represents quite literally, but it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an illustration of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that makes it more appealing, more interest grabbing and even more meaningful.

logo layout with a jumping eco-friendly frog created for a household fun facility in Marrero.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really fun project to work on, probably because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s additionally a project that is way out of the usual of the kinds of jobs which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for physicians, dental experts, and lawyers but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park which I have actually ever had the opportunity to work on.

Given that the full name of the business has the word springz in its name the apparent choice would have been to incorporate a couple springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun place to go and spring does not actually reflect an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this logo project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, ultimately I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to give the logo a better enthusiastic high energy feeling.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my concept and named the frog Jax and included him in to everything they utilized for marketing and advertising. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I created was turned into a mascot when they had an employee costume fashioned to look exactly like my frog design.

digital photography logo design featuring a group of birds, a hill, a path, a stream, as well as a tree - designed for Marrero travel digital photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a pretty specialized field of photography and I think it is a niche area because travel photographers tend not to shoot locations or things but rather project emotional experiences through the pictures they capture. The thought behind this logo design was to utilize negative space to reveal more than what was visible upon initial view, which I think is representative of the majority of good photographers in that they frequently tell entire stories using their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey considerably more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional resonance that can’t be conveyed with just words. I tried to do something much the same to this logo by employing the positive space in the design to suggest one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Marrero logo design but also to reveal the depth to her work and in the way that she perceives the world through the lens of her camera.

Marrero logo layout with a seagull utilized for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail service.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The majority of custom logo design jobs that I take on I seriously savor and the Coastal Wireless project was one that I really felt good about, however the customer didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull shape as a stroke in the letter A however my client, while he liked the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This guy seriously despised seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his family members did not share his contempt for this particular variety of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a client I encourage them to share it with friends and family members as well as with folks that they don’t even know so as to get impartial assessments on the merit of a design concept. Fortunately, he talked about it with his whole family and they really loved the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to include every other seabird he could think of … eventually I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he proceeded with the original design.

Logos are a strange animal in the design world because the people that tend to hire an expert to create their business logo recognize how vital a logo design is for their organization so they are much more invested in the outcome. Every logo design job has it’s share of obstacles, but the biggest challenge is identifying that sweet spot in a design that functions really well at the job it’s needed to do in branding a business and also providing the client the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo layout with bamboo in the background, style for Marrero book publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a slender parcel of real estate to work with, but it really is the most vital part of a printed book given that it is usually the primary thing a person views in the book shop. Concerning a publisher, it’s the best opportunity that they will likely ever have to advertise their product and get their logo design in front of the people that buy actual books.

This 3 color design is vibrant, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of territory for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design developed for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo design has two letter A's with benches modified to suggest they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and depart yet it looks like that in many instances 1 of the items individuals tend to recollect the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a small start-up commuter/shuttle air service located in LA and while I’m not certain it actually “took off” their business logo didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their title lent itself well to imparting a sense of airline flight and it was surely a winner.

Marrero logo style used for advertising and marketing as well as a label layout for Vintage Situation includes an old typeface design.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in new cases for music instruments, that seemed to be antique cases. For this custom logo concept I sought to come up with a logo that offered a fluid old style feel to it and could easily be used for anything from a website to an insignia on brand new cases that appeared like they were from a different era.

Logo produced for an orthodontist in Marrero, style consist of an arc with lines converging through it to imply metal braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental care logos can be one of the most challenging and difficult logo projects considering that it appears that each and every dentist includes a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental logo designs are one of the very most cliche ridden careers when it comes to small business branding, if restaurants approached their branding in the very same way dentists do every one of their company logos would definitely be a picture trying to explain something they served, McDonalds would probably have a picture of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind including an illustration of something mouth related to a dentist’s logo design nevertheless it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental care industry.

I actually love doing dentist business logos simply because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a certain area of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd course of action that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics provided such an opportunity and subsequently I created a layout that does not have a single smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still implied in the design. When I turned this concept over to the client the only smile that was evident was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo developed for a family members nonprofit, the logo includes 4 characters surprised in height to represent a family with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation reached out to ImageCo to help them come up with a logo design that would be depictive of the love that William McNally had for the people in his city. Many logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain portrayals of a happy family, a cliche heavy approach to any logo design is to be overly literal about what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best designs are the ones that are understated and never hit the viewer on the head with what the business or organization hopes to convey.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a unique opportunity to do a custom logo design that communicated that they were about families without being overtly corny about it. The objective of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer attempts to use the logo design to illustrate how people ought to think or feel they don’t understand the goal of a logo. If you have to ponder a logo design to understand what it means, it has failed, a logo needs to be immediately understood and a logo design that explains itself won’t have the chance to be comprehended.

Logo layout produced for a hair layout studio including a script font a hummingbird as well as an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios wanted a business logo which related a sense of peace and connection for their new hair studio. I came up with a concept that didn’t go the obvious course of crafting merely a stylized orchid but rather crafted a business logo that suggested a flower in the pattern of a swirl blended in to the letter O in the name and by putting emphasis on the concept along with the silhouette of a hummingbird hovering over the image itself. The obvious path in creating a company logo is in most cases the wrong route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but instead laid the importance on the emotion that they wanted to transmit to their customers.

Arabian steed logo style created for a steed cattle ranch that concentrates on breeding Arabian show steeds.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

Logo design for a software developer the design functions as well as iconic aspect of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the central component of an operating system (OS). Traditionally, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task control, and disk management. The kernel unites the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that acts as a bridge in between the software program and hardware.

The logo design I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a few miles from the business offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to describe anything to anyone pertaining to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However, it represented something to the business owner of the company and in many cases the meaning supporting a company logo is equally as important as how it brands the company it stands for.

Develop logo layout developed for a Marrero indoor designer, style function a collection of red circles that intersect and change the letter O in the center of the logo design.

Evolv Interior Design | Logo Design | Branding

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

This Marrero logo design job was undertaken for a leadership expert that enables business leaders to become more effective at managing people, expectations, and profitability.

A logo style including an angler in the center of the name casting a fly towards the customer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year offering supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting fans the owners of On the Fly realized the market place was ready for an outdoor sporting merchant that functions as a consignment company. Whether you are into boating, sportfishing or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a location for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all kinds of passions, a place to sell off their used equipment to other sports enthusiasts. I tailored their Marrero business logo dsign using a graphic that garners the attention of vehicles and sends an image that calls to mind the passion of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages 45 miles per hour I realized it would take more than the average logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the illustration of a fly fisherman in his natural and calm habitat.
Logo design MQ ranches, this logo style has a field incorporated right into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms logo design wasn’t really created for an Marrero area farm it was really designed for a commodities broker, and this particular trademark was one of many which fell underneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The aim was to generate a graphic that projected assurance, financial success, and wealth.
Logo created for using an indication for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an elaborate manuscript font style that is similar to a well-known sports group logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve crafted quite a lot of restaurant logo designs and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the USA, from cupcake bake shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I think Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a great project where I worked directly with the owner to produce a business logo which worked really well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the illuminated signage that hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
