Willingboro Logo Design

Nearly every new Willingboro organization realizes that they require a logo, but few new business owners entirely realize the pivotal role their business logo will perform in their becoming successful, or precisely why one business logo works more effectively than another. A logo design has an immediate and lasting effect on the financial success of a business, pick the correct one and it will make the door swing and phone ring, select the wrong one and it will be an obstacle and an impediment for the longevity of a company. The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Willingboro companies prosper, they are effective in any given situation and the reason they are so effective is that they all have these five traits in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t demand deliberation, they can be realized in merely a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable business logo will stay legible and just as emotive at every size.
  3. Versatility: logos that work on any type of device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the company they represent.
  5. Relevance: a business logo needs to be timeless and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and thirty years from today.

Retro logo design of a bicycle produced for a Willingboro coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This budding coffee roaster and coffee shop were opening in an older part of the city and hoped to visualize a nostalgic vibe without coming across as boring or low energy. I achieved both tasks via designing a custom logo design that incorporates a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, high energy, and is a classic business image.

medical logo style with a microscopic lense slide as well as germs created for Willingboro medical center.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline that analyzes the triggers and consequences of diseases, especially the field of healthcare which works with the laboratory evaluation of samples of body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic purposes.

The Mid-Valley Pathology brand I came up with is really the sole instance I call to mind where I was able to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide into a logo design.

Normally I try not to be excessively literal with a design and to a point, this design approaches the company it represents fairly literally, but it does it in a fashion that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an explanation of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the brand that helps make it more interesting, more focus grabbing and much more memorable.

logo style with a jumping green frog created for a family enjoyable facility in Willingboro.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really cool project to work on, probably because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the sorts of jobs that come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for physicians, dentists, and attorneys but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park which I have ever had the privilege to work on.

Given that the title of the company has the word springz in its name the apparent choice would have been to incorporate a couple of springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring does not actually reflect an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, ultimately I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to give the logo a much more enthusiastic high energy feel.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my concept and named the frog Jax and incorporated him in to everything they utilized for marketing. I also think this is the only time that a logo I designed was transformed into a mascot when they had an employee costume fashioned to look just like my frog design.

digital photography logo featuring a group of birds, a mountain, a route, a stream, and also a tree - developed for Willingboro traveling photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo design project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a fairly specialized field of photography and I believe it is a niche profession because travel photographers don’t shoot locations or things but rather project emotional experiences through the images they record. The idea behind this logo concept was to make use of negative space to project more than what was visible upon initial view, which I think is representative of almost all professional photographers in that they frequently share whole stories using their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey much more than that because their photos often have an emotional resonance that can’t be conveyed with just words. I made an effort to do something similar to this logo design by using the positive space in the design to say one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Willingboro logo design but also to reveal the depth of her art and in the way that she sees the world through the lens of her camera.

Willingboro logo design with a seagull used for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The lion’s share of business logo design jobs that I take on I seriously savor and the Coastal Wireless design was one that I certainly felt good about, however the customer didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull form as a stroke in the character A but the client, while he liked the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This guy really loathed seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his family members did not share his hatred for this specific type of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a client I encourage all of them to discuss it with friends and colleagues and family as well as with other people that they don’t actually know so as to get neutral point of views on the benefit of a concept. Fortunately, he shared it with his family members and they adored the design and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … in the end I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he went with the original concept.

Custom logo designs are a weird creature in the design world given that the people that are inclined to hire an expert to create their logo recognize how vital a logo design is for their business so they are much more invested in the final result. Every logo project has it’s portion of challenges, however the biggest obstacle is identifying that sweet spot in a design that operates really well at the task it’s needed to do in branding a business and also providing the client the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo layout with bamboo in the background, style for Willingboro publication author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a thin segment of real estate to work with, yet it is the most essential part of a published book considering that it is usually the initial thing a person sees in the bookstore. For a publishing company, it’s the opportunity they will likely ever have to publicize their brand and get their logo design in front of the men and women that shop for actual books.

This three color design is vivid, picturesque and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of room for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo created for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo design has 2 letter A's with the bars changed to imply they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and depart nevertheless it looks like that in many instances 1 of the traits folks usually tend to recall the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a smaller start-up commuter/shuttle airline located in LA and although I’m not sure it actually “took off” their logo design didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their title lent itself well to imparting a good sense of air travel and it was undoubtedly a winner.

Willingboro logo style used for marketing and a label design for Vintage Case includes an old-fashioned typeface style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in all new cases for musical instruments, which seemed to be antique cases. For this logo concept I strove to come up with a logo that possessed a fluid vintage feel to it and could be used for everything from a web page to an insignia on brand new cases that seemed like they were from another generation.

Logo developed for an orthodontist in Willingboro, style include an arc with lines converging through it to imply steel dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental logos can be one of the most difficult logo design projects because it appears that virtually every dental professional features a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental business logos are one of the most cliche ridden professions when it comes to business advertising, if dining establishments approached their advertising in the same way dental professionals do every one of their logos would definitely be a picture explaining anything they served, McDonalds would probably have an image of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind including an image of something mouth related to a dentist’s logo design but it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental profession.

I actually love doing dental logos simply because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a particular area of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd approach that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics offered such an opportunity and subsequently I created a layout that does not have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the design. When I turned this particular concept over to the client the only smile that was obvious was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design designed for a family not-for-profit, the logo includes 4 personalities startled in height to stand for a family unit with in the style.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation asked ImageCo to help them come up with a custom logo design that would be depictive of the devotion that William McNally had for the folks in his city. The majority of logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain depictions of a happy family, a cliche heavy technique to any logo design is to be overly literal about what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and never hit the viewer on the head with what the business or institution wants to convey.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a unique opportunity to do a logo design that conveyed that they were about families without being openly tacky about it. The goal of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer makes an effort to use the logo to explain specifically how individuals ought to think or feel they don’t understand the objective of a logo. If you have to think about a logo to understand what it means, it has fallen short, a logo needs to be instantly comprehended and a logo that describes itself won’t have the likelihood to be understood.

Logo style created for a hair style workshop featuring a script font a hummingbird as well as an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios desired a logo which communicated a spirit of contentment and class for their new hair salon. I created a design that didn’t go the obvious path of crafting just a stylized orchid but instead created a company logo which implied an orchid in the pattern of a swirl incorporated into the letter O in the title and by putting attention on the concept with the figure of a hummingbird hovering over the image itself. The obvious path in creating a company logo is in most cases the wrong route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but alternately laid the main focus on the emotion that they wanted to project to their patrons.

Las Coffee shop logo layout a small dining establishment, design contains a modified manuscript font which hovers above a team of luxuriant lines as well as dots.

Logo layout for a software application designer the layout attributes and legendary element of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the principal part of an operating system (OS). Typically, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task management, and hard drive management. The kernel links the system hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that serves as a connection between the software program and computer hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a number of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to identify anything to anyone pertaining to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. Nevertheless it represented something to the business owner of the company and in quite a few cases the significance behind a business logo is just as important as how it serves the company it stands for.

A logo layout featuring a fisherman in the middle of the name casting a fly towards the visitor.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brands like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year selling goods and equipment to outdoor sporting fans the founders of On the Fly knew the market was ready for an outdoor sporting merchant that functions as a consignment firm. Whether or not you are into boating, sportfishing or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a destination for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all sorts of interests, a spot to sell off their previously owned items to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Willingboro business logo dsign using an image which garners the interest of vehicles and sends an image that invokes the passion of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five miles per hour I knew it would take more than the average logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the image of a fly fisherman in his natural and serene habitat.
Logo design MQ ranches, this logo layout has a field incorporated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms emblem idea wasn’t actually created for an Willingboro area farm it was in reality designed for a commodities broker, and this particular logo was one of several which fell under the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The end goal was really to develop an identity that projects trust, effectiveness, and luxury.
Logo made for using a sign for the restaurant (Brewgrrs), it is a luxuriant manuscript typeface that is reminiscent of a popular sporting activities team logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve designed dozens of restaurant business logos and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the US, from cupcake bakeshops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a neat project in which I worked directly with the proprietor to produce a logo which worked extremely well and did a great job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the neon sign that hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
