Bethpage Logo Design

Each and every new Bethpage organization realizes that they require a logo, however few entrepreneurs thoroughly recognize the vital role their logo can take in their becoming successful, or precisely why one logo design functions far better than another. A business logo has an instant and long-term influence on the prosperity of a business, go with the right one and it will make the door swing and cash register ring, choose the wrong one and it will be an obstacle and a hindrance for the life of a company. The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Bethpage businesses prosper, they are effective in any given situation and the main reason they are so effective is that they all have these five things in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logos do not demand consideration, they can be comprehended in just a look.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to billboards a scalable logo design will remain legible and equally emotive at virtually any dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any sort of device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are unique, and they are suitable for the business they stand for.
  5. Relevance: a company logo must be timeless and should feel relevant today, tomorrow, and 20 years from today.

Retro logo style of a bicycle developed for a Bethpage coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This start-up coffee roaster and bistro were opening in an older part of the city and really wanted to visualize a nostalgic tone without appearing as stodgy or low energy. I fulfilled the two tasks via designing a symbol concept that includes a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is old-fashioned, high energy, and is a enduring business image.

clinical logo design with a microscopic lense slide as well as germs made for Bethpage medical center.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline that examines the root causes and effects of diseases, especially the field of medicine that works with the laboratory assessment of samplings of body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic purposes.

The Mid-Valley Pathology brand I came up with is the sole instance I recall in which I was able to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a business logo design.

Normally I attempt not to be overly literal with a concept and to a point, this specific design approaches the company it serves quite literally, but it does it in a fashion that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that makes it more captivating, more attention grabbing and even more unforgettable.

logo layout with a jumping environment-friendly frog designed for a family members enjoyable center in Bethpage.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the usual of the types of projects which come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for health care providers, dental practices, and legal professionals but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park which I have ever gotten the privilege to work on.

Given that the title of the company features the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to include a handful of springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring does not really resonate an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this logo design project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, eventually I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to provide the logo a much more dynamic high energy feeling.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my concept and named the frog Jax and incorporated him in to everything they utilized for marketing and advertising. I also think this is the only time that a logo I designed was turned into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fashioned to look exactly like my frog design.

photography logo featuring a flock of birds, a hill, a path, a stream, and a tree - designed for Bethpage travel photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a fairly specialized field of photography and I think it is a niche field due to the fact that travel photographers don’t capture places or things but rather communicate emotional experiences by means of the images they capture. The idea behind this logo composition was to make use of negative space to reveal more than what was visible upon first view, which I think is quintessential of most professional photographers in that they frequently tell whole stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey a lot more than that because their photos often have an emotional resonance which can’t be revealed with mere words. I tried to do something similar to this logo design by making use of the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Bethpage logo but also to reveal the depth in her work and in the way that she views the world through the lens of her camera.

Bethpage logo layout with a seagull utilized for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail company.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The bulk of logo design jobs that I take on I seriously savor and the Coastal Wireless assignment was one that I certainly felt good about, but the client didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull form as a stroke in the letter A but the client, even though he liked the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This man seriously despised seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, luckily the rest of his family didn’t share his hatred for this particular kind of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a client I encourage all of them to talk about it with friends and colleagues and family members as well as with other people that they don’t even know so as to get neutral assessments on the worthiness of a concept. Fortunately, he discussed it with his family members and they really liked the concept and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to include every other seabird he could think of … in the end I was able to talk him out of his choice of a pelican and he went with the original design.

Logo designs are a strange animal in the design world because the people that have a tendency to hire a professional to design their logo realize how crucial a logo is for their organization so they are much more invested in the end result. Every logo design job has it’s share of obstacles, but the largest challenge is finding that sweet spot in a design that functions really well at the job it’s needed to do in branding a company and also giving the client the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo style with bamboo behind-the-scenes, style for Bethpage publication publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a narrow parcel of real estate to work with, however it really is the most crucial part of a printed book due to the fact that it is usually the first thing a person sees in the bookstore. With regard to a publishing company, it’s the best opportunity they will ever get to advertise their product and get their logo design in front of the people that buy actual books.

This 3 color design is vivid, picturesque and eye-catching and it gives plenty of room for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design designed for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo has 2 letter A's with the bars customized to indicate they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and depart nevertheless it seems like that in many occurrences one of the traits individuals often tend to recollect the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a young startup commuter/shuttle airline situated in LA and although I’m not certain it really “took off” their business logo didn’t ground them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to imparting a sense of air travel and it was definitely a winner.

Bethpage logo style used for advertising and marketing as well as a label design for Vintage Case includes an old font style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case focused in new cases for music instruments, that seemed to be vintage cases. For this logo design I strove to come up with a logo that had a fluid vintage feel to it and could be utilized for every thing from a website to a label on brand new cases that appeared like they were from a different generation.

Logo developed for an orthodontist in Bethpage, design consist of an arc with lines converging with it to imply metal braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry business logos can easily be one of the most challenging logo projects considering that it seems that every dentist includes a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry logo designs are one of the very most cliche ridden careers when it comes to business marketing, if restaurants approached their advertising in the exact same way dental professionals do every one of their company logos would definitely be a picture explaining anything they served, McDonalds would most likely include an image of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind including a likeness of something mouth associated to a dentist’s logo design nevertheless it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental industry.

I really enjoy doing dentistry logo designs simply because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a certain area of dental treatment like orthodontics without resorting to the stereotypical solution that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics provided such an opportunity and subsequently I created a concept that doesn’t have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still implied in the concept. When I turned this particular design over to the client the only smile that was evident was really the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design developed for a family members not-for-profit, the logo features 4 characters surprised in height to represent a family with in the design.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation asked ImageCo to help them come up with a logo that would be illustrative of the devotion that William McNally had for the families in his community. Many logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain images of a happy family, a cliche heavy strategy to any logo design is to be very literal pertaining to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best designs are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the business or organization wants to project.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a unique opportunity to do a logo that conveyed that they were about families without being overtly cheesy about it. The intention of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo to illustrate precisely how people ought to think or feel they don’t understand the purpose of a logo. If viewers have to think about a logo to understand what it means, it has been in vain, a logo needs to be immediately comprehended and a logo design that illustrates itself will never have the opportunity to be understood.

Logo layout created for a hair design workshop featuring a script font a hummingbird and also an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios required a logo design which projected an atmosphere of calmness and class for their new hair salon. I came up with a design that did not go the obvious direction of creating merely a stylized orchid but instead crafted a logo design that suggested an orchid in the pattern of a swirl incorporated into the letter O in the name and by putting emphasis on the logo design with the silhouette of a hummingbird hovering above the logo itself. The obvious path in designing a logo is usually the incorrect route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but alternately laid the emphasis on the feeling that they wanted to forecast to their customers.

Arabian horse logo style developed for a horse ranch that focuses on breeding Arabian program equines.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo developed a one-of-a-kind logotype design customized to display the unique physical traits of the Arabian kind of equines. With a distinctive head form and very high tail carriage, the Arabian is one of the highly quite easily identifiable equine types in the world.

Logo layout for a software application designer the style functions and legendary aspect of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the principal part of an operating system (OS). Traditionally, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task management, and drive operations. The kernel attaches the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that functions as a connection in between the software program and computer hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a number of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to spell out anything to anyone with regards to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However it intimated something to the owner of the business and in quite a few cases the symbolism supporting a business logo is just as important as how it brands the enterprise it stands for.

A logo design featuring a fisherman in the middle of the name casting a fly in the direction of the customer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in more than 7 billion a year offering goods and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the founders of On the Fly knew the market place was ready for an outdoor sporting store that operates as a consignment business. Whether you are into boating, sportfishing or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly provides a destination for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all types of passions, a place to sell their pre-owned equipment to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Bethpage business logo dsign along with an illustration which garners the attention of traffic and projects an image that calls to mind the passion of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five miles per hour I knew it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the picture of a fly fisherman in his natural and tranquil habitat.
Logo design MQ farms, this logo style has a field incorporated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms logo design wasn’t really produced for an Bethpage area farm it was really created for an investments broker, and this company was one of several that fell underneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The aim was to create an identity that projects assurance, financial success, and luxury.
Logo created for using a sign for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an elaborate manuscript font style that is evocative a popular sporting activities group logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have crafted quite a lot of restaurant custom logo designs and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the USA, from cupcake bakeshops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a cool undertaking in which I worked closely with the business owner to produce a business logo which worked very well and did a great job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the lighted signage which hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
