Rossville Logo Design

Nearly every new Rossville company understands that they need a logo, but few entrepreneurs fully comprehend the key role their business logo will take in their becoming successful, or why one business logo functions far better than another. A company logo has an immediate and long-term influence on the success of a company, choose the correct one and it will make the door swing and cash register ring, choose the incorrect one and it will be an obstacle and an impediment for the life of a company. The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Rossville businesses succeed, they are effective in any given circumstance and the reason why they are so effective is because they all have these 5 features in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logos do not require consideration, they can be realized in merely a look.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to posters a scalable logo will remain legible and just as emotive at any scale.
  3. Versatility: logos that function on any type of device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are unique, and they are suitable for the company they represent.
  5. Relevance: a company logo should be enduring and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and twenty five years from today.

Retro logo design of a bicycle produced for a Rossville coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This start-up coffee roaster and cafe were opening up in an old part of the city and wanted to cast a retro atmosphere without appearing as boring or low energy. I achieved both of these tasks via creating a symbol concept that incorporates a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is old-fashioned, higher energy, and is a classic business image.

medical logo style with a microscope slide and germs developed for Rossville clinical center.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline which investigates the causes and outcomes of diseases, mainly the field of medicine that works with the clinical evaluation of samples of human body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic reasons.

The Mid-Valley Pathology custom logo design I came up with is the sole instance I remember in which I was in a position to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a business logo design.

Usually I try not to be excessively literal with a concept and to a degree, this specific design approaches the company it represents quite literally, but it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an illustration of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that makes it more intriguing, more attention grabbing and more memorable.

logo style with a leaping environment-friendly frog created for a household fun facility in Rossville.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really fun project to work on, probably because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s additionally a project that is way out of the norm of the types of projects which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for medical professionals, dental experts, and attorneys but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park that I have actually ever had the privilege to work on.

Given that the name of the company features the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to integrate a couple of springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring does not really reflect an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo design project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to give the logo a better lively high energy feel.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my brainchild and named the frog Jax and included him in to everything they used for advertising. I also think this is the only time that a logo I created was made into a mascot when they had an employee costume fashioned to look exactly like my frog design.

photography logo design including a group of birds, a mountain, a trail, a stream, and a tree - developed for Rossville travel photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo design project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a pretty specialized field of photography and I believe it is a niche profession because travel photographers don’t capture places or things but rather communicate emotional journeys by means of the photos they capture. The idea behind this logo composition was to make use of negative space to communicate more than what was visible upon initial view, which I think is quintessential of almost all professional photographers in that they often tell entire stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey much more than that because their photos often have an emotional fullness which can’t be communicated with mere words. I made an effort to do something the same to this logo by employing the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Rossville logo but also to show the depth in her art and in the way that she sees the world through the lens of her camera.

Rossville logo layout with a seagull utilized for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The lion’s share of custom logo design jobs that I take on I honestly take pleasure in and the Coastal Wireless design was one that I certainly felt good about, however the customer didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the concept of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the letter A but the client, even though he loved the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This man truly disliked seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his family did not share his scorn for this specific breed of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a client I encourage them to discuss it with friends and family as well as with other people that they don’t actually know so as to get neutral viewpoints on the benefit of a design concept. Fortunately, he shared it with his family and they adored the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … eventually I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he went with the original concept.

Business logos are a weird creature in the design world given that the people that tend to hire a professional to design their logo design recognize how vital a logo design is for their organization so they are much more vested in the final result. Every logo project has it’s portion of obstacles, however the biggest obstacle is finding that sweet spot in a design that works really well at the task it’s required to do in branding a business and also giving the client the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo design with bamboo behind-the-scenes, design for Rossville book author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a thin slice of real estate to work with, but it is the most critical part of a printed book due to the fact that it is in most cases the first thing a person sees in the book store. For a publishing company, it’s the opportunity that they will likely ever get to promote their label and get their logo design in front of the individuals that shop for actual books.

This three color design is vibrant, colorful and eye-catching and it gives plenty of territory for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design designed for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo design has 2 letter A's with benches modified to indicate they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and go but it seems that in many occurrences one of the traits individuals usually tend to remember the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a modest startup commuter/shuttle airline based in LA and although I’m not certain it actually “took off” their custom logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their name lent itself well to affording a feeling of air travel and it was certainly a victory.

Rossville logo layout made use of for advertising and also a tag style for Vintage Case includes an antiquated font style layout.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in all new cases for musical instruments, which seemed to be vintage cases. For this logo design I attempted to come up with a logo that had a fluid retro feel to it and could easily be used for anything from a web site to an insignia on brand new cases that looked like they were from a different point in time.

Logo design developed for an orthodontist in Rossville, style consist of an arc with lines converging via it to indicate steel braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental logo designs can easily be one of the most challenging and difficult logo projects due to the fact that it appears that virtually every dentist involves a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental logo designs are one of the very most cliche ridden fields when it comes to company branding, if dining establishments approached their advertising in the exact same way dental professionals do every one of their logos would definitely be a picture explaining something they served, McDonalds would probably include a picture of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind including an image of something mouth associated to a dentist’s company logo but it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dentistry profession.

I really enjoy doing dental care logo designs because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a certain area of the field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd approach that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics provided such an opportunity and ultimately I created a layout that doesn’t have a single smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t obvious, they are still implied in the concept. When I turned this particular concept over to the client the only smile that was obvious was actually the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo developed for a family members not-for-profit, the logo features 4 personalities surprised in elevation to stand for a family unit with in the style.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation contacted ImageCo to help them come up with a logo design that would be illustrative of the devotion that William McNally had for the families in his city. The majority of logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain depictions of a happy family, a cliche heavy strategy to any logo design is to be overly literal about what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best designs are the ones that are downplayed and never hit the viewer on the head with what the company or organization hopes to convey.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a distinct opportunity to do a logo design that communicated that they were about families without being openly corny about it. The goal of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer makes an effort to use the logo to explain exactly how individuals ought to think or feel they don’t understand the mission of a logo. If people have to think about a logo design to understand what it means, it has failed, a logo needs to be immediately understood and a logo that illustrates itself will never have the chance to be understood.

Logo style developed for a hair style workshop featuring a script font a hummingbird and an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios needed a logo which related an atmosphere of simplicity and connection for their new hair studio. I came up with a design that did not go the obvious course of making just a stylized orchid but rather created a logo design which implied an orchid in the formation of a swirl incorporated in to the letter O in the title and by placing attention on the logo design with the figure of a hummingbird hovering over the logo design itself. The obvious path in designing a logo design is usually the wrong route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but alternately laid the importance on the perception that they wanted to project to their patrons.

Arabian steed logo design developed for a horse cattle ranch that focuses on reproducing Arabian show horses.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo created a distinct company logo design tailored to manifest the unique physical traits of the Arabian pedigree of horses. With a distinctive head shape and high tail posture, the Arabian is one of the most immediately recognizable horse lineages in the world.

Las Coffee shop logo style a tiny restaurant, design consists of a modified script typeface which hovers over a group of elaborate lines and dots.

Logo design for a software programmer the design attributes and also iconic component of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the principal component of an operating system (OS). Typically, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task management, and drive operations. The kernel links the system hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that behaves as a bridge between the software and computer hardware.

The business logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a few miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to spell out anything to anyone with regards to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However, it meant something to the business owner of the company and in quite a few cases the significance supporting a company logo is just as important as how it serves the enterprise it represents.

Progress logo style created for a Rossville indoor developer, layout attribute a series of red circles that intersect as well as change the letter O in the middle of the logo design.

Evolv Interior Design | Logo Design | Branding

logo style done for Advanced Management Solutions, the characters for letter V and also A in middle of the word advanced have actually been modified to link straight right into words listed below.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

This particular Rossville logo design assignment was performed for a management consultant that helps business leaders to develop into more efficient at managing people, expectations, and profitability.

A logo style featuring a fisherman in the middle of the name casting a fly towards the visitor.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in more than 7 billion a year selling supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting lovers the owners of On the Fly understood the market was ready for an outdoor sporting store that operates as a consignment company. Whether or not you are into boating, sportfishing or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a location for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all sorts of interests, a spot to market their used items to other sports enthusiasts. I tailored their Rossville logo dsign along with a graphic which garners the interest of vehicles and sends an image that arouses the passion of the outdoors. With traffic that averages forty five mph I realized it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the picture of a fly fisherman in his natural and tranquil habitat.
Logo style MQ ranches, this logo layout has an area integrated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms business logo concept wasn’t really composed for an Rossville area farm it was actually designed for a products broker, and this logo was one of many that fell under the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The end goal was actually to create a graphic that projected confidence, effectiveness, and prosperity.
Logo made for making use of an indication for the restaurant (Brewgrrs), it is an ornate manuscript font that is evocative a well-known sports group logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve designed quite a lot of restaurant business logos and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the US, from cupcake bakeshops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I think Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a great project where I worked closely with the owner to create a logo that worked very well and did a great job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the neon signage which hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
