Asheboro Logo Design

Nearly every new Asheboro venture understands that they are in need of a logo, but few entrepreneurs entirely comprehend the key role their logo can make in their becoming successful, or the reason that one business logo functions more effectively than another. A company logo has a critical and long-term influence on the prosperity of a company, select the correct one and it can make the door swing and phone ring, go with the incorrect one and it can be a barrier and an impediment for the life of a business. The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Asheboro companies succeed, they are effective in any given circumstance and the reason why they are so effective is because they all have these five traits in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs do not require scrutiny, they can be understood in merely a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable logo will continue to be legible and equally emotive at virtually any dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that work on any device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the organization they represent.
  5. Relevance: a logo design should be lasting and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and 20 years from now.

Retro logo style of a bike created for a Asheboro coffee cafe and a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This startup coffee roaster and coffee shop were actually opening in an old section of town and wished to project a retro tone without coming across as boring or low energy. I fulfilled both tasks by means of creating a company logo design that incorporates a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is old-fashioned, higher energy, and is a ageless business image.

clinical logo layout with a microscopic lense slide and also bacteria created for Asheboro medical facility.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline which investigates the causes and effects of diseases, mainly the branch of healthcare that deals with the clinical evaluation of samplings of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic objectives.

The Mid-Valley Pathology brand I came up with is really the only instance I remember where I was in a position to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide into a logo design.

Usually I try not to be overly literal with a design and to a degree, this design approaches the company it represents quite literally, yet it does it in a fashion that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the brand that helps make it more interesting, more focus grabbing and even more memorable.

logo design with a jumping environment-friendly frog created for a family enjoyable facility in Asheboro.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the kinds of projects which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for health care providers, dental practices, and legal professionals but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park which I have actually ever had the opportunity to work on.

Given that the name of the company features the word springz in its name the apparent choice would have been to feature a some springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring doesn’t really resonate an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo design project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to provide the logo a better lively high energy atmosphere.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my design and named the frog Jax and incorporated him in to everything they utilized for marketing and advertising. I also think this is the only time that a logo I did was turned into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fabricated to look just like my frog design.

digital photography logo featuring a group of birds, a mountain, a route, a stream, and also a tree - designed for Asheboro travel photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo design project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a pretty specialized field of photography and I believe it is a niche field because travel photographers tend not to shoot locations or things but instead reveal emotional experiences by means of the images they capture. The thought behind this logo design was to use negative space to communicate more than what was visible upon first glance, which I think is representative of almost all professional photographers in that they frequently tell whole stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey much more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional resonance which can’t be communicated with just words. I tried to do something very similar to this logo by making use of the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in looking back, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Asheboro logo design but also to show the depth in her art and in the way that she views the world through the lens of her camera.

Asheboro logo design with a seagull made use of for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail service.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The lion’s share of logo design jobs that I take on I honestly relish and the Coastal Wireless design was one that I really felt good about, but the customer didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the character A however my client, even though he liked the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This man truly loathed seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, luckily the rest of his family members did not share his hatred for this specific variety of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a customer I urge all of them to discuss it with friends and colleagues and family members as well as with individuals that they don’t actually know so as to get neutral assessments on the value of a design concept. Fortunately, he talked about it with his family members and they really liked the design and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … ultimately I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he proceeded with the original concept.

Custom logo designs are a strange creature in the design world because the people that tend to hire an expert to create their business logo realize how crucial a logo is for their business so they are way more vested in the outcome. Every logo project possesses it’s portion of challenges, but the most significant obstacle is finding that sweet spot in a design that operates really well at the task it’s needed to do in branding a company and also giving the customer the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo layout with bamboo in the background, layout for Asheboro publication author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a slender piece of real estate to work with, but it really is the most necessary part of a published book considering that it is usually the very first thing a person sees in the bookstore. With regard to a publisher, it’s the opportunity they will likely ever have to spotlight their label and get their logo design in front of the men and women that buy actual books.

This three color design is vivid, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of room for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design made for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo has 2 letter A's with benches changed to indicate they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and go nevertheless it seems that in many instances one of the aspects consumers usually tend to recollect the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a modest start-up commuter/shuttle air service based in LA and although I’m not sure it actually “took off” their logo design didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their name lent itself well to affording a sense of flight and it was certainly a winner.

Asheboro logo layout utilized for advertising and marketing and a label design for Vintage Case includes an old-fashioned font style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in brand-new cases for music instruments, that looked to be antique cases. For this brand concept I sought to come up with a logo that provided a fluid old style feel to it and could be used for anything from a web page to an insignia on brand new cases that appeared like they were from a different generation.

Logo design created for an orthodontist in Asheboro, layout include an arc with lines converging via it to suggest steel braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry logo designs can easily be one of the most challenging and difficult logo design projects because it seems that every single dentist includes a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry logos are one of the very most cliche ridden careers when it comes to business advertising, if dining establishments approached their branding in the same way dental practices do every one of their logos would definitely be a picture trying to explain anything they served, McDonalds would probably have a picture of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind including an image of something mouth related to a dentist’s company logo nevertheless it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dentistry profession.

I really love doing dentist logos because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a particular area of the field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the stereotypical solution that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics offered such an opportunity and subsequently I created a layout that does not have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this particular concept over to the customer the only smile that was obvious was really the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design developed for a family members nonprofit, the logo features 4 personalities surprised in height to represent a family with in the design.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation asked ImageCo to help them come up with a brand identity design that would be representative of the love that William McNally had for the families in his community. The majority of logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain portrayals of a happy family, a cliche heavy approach to any logo design is to be far too literal with regards to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best designs are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the business or institution hopes to project.

The McNally Foundation’s name provided a unique opportunity to do a logo design that communicated that they were about families without being openly corny about it. The objective of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo design to illustrate precisely how people ought to think or feel they don’t understand the objective of a logo. If viewers have to ponder a logo design to understand what it means, it has been in vain, a logo needs to be immediately comprehended and a logo design that describes itself will never have the opportunity to be comprehended.

Logo layout produced for a hair layout workshop featuring a manuscript font a hummingbird and also an indicated orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios needed a logo that communicated a spirit of ease and class for their new hair studio. I came up with a concept which didn’t go the obvious direction of making just a stylized orchid but alternatively delivered a business logo which implied an orchid in the formation of a swirl incorporated in to the letter O in the name and by placing emphasis on the concept using the figure of a hummingbird floating over the logo design itself. The obvious path in designing a company logo is in most cases the incorrect direction and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but alternately placed the emphasis on the perception that they wanted to project to their clients.

Arabian equine logo design developed for an equine ranch that concentrates on breeding Arabian program equines.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo designed a one-of-a-kind custom logo concept fashioned to embody the unique physical traits of the Arabian breed of horses. With a distinctive head form and very high tail carriage, the Arabian is one of the highly easily identifiable horse lineages in the whole world.

Las Cafe logo style a small restaurant, design contains a modified script font which hovers over a team of luxuriant lines and dots.

Logo style for a software application developer the style features as well as iconic element of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the key part of an operating system (OS). Traditionally, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task control, and drive management. The kernel connects the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that operates as a bridge between the software and hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a couple of miles from the business offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to spell out anything to anyone regarding to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However it symbolized something to the owner of the business and in many cases the symbolism behind a logo design is just as important as how it brands the company it represents.

Advance logo layout developed for a Asheboro interior designer, design function a series of red circles that intersect and also replace the letter O in the center of the logo layout.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

This Asheboro logo design assignment was undertaken for a leadership advisor that helps business leaders to become more effective at handling people, expectations, and productivity.

A logo design including an angler in the center of the name casting a fly in the direction of the viewer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year selling supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting fans the founders of On the Fly understood the market was ready for an outdoor sporting merchant that operates as a consignment firm. Whether you are into boating, fishing or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly provides a destination for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all sorts of interests, a location to sell off their secondhand goods to other sports enthusiasts. I tailored their Asheboro business logo dsign using an image which pulls in the interest of vehicles and sends an image that wakens the passion of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five miles per hour I realized it would take more than the average logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the graphic of a fly fisherman in his natural and calm habitat.
Logo style MQ farms, this logo design has actually a field incorporated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms business logo design wasn’t really developed for an Asheboro area farm it was in reality developed for an investments broker, and this particular creative logo was one of a handful of that fell beneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The objective was really to generate a brand mark that projects self-assurance, financial success, and luxury.
Logo design made for using an indication for the restaurant (Brewgrrs), it is an ornate manuscript font that is similar to a renowned sporting activities team logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve created dozens of restaurant custom logo designs and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the United States, from cupcake bakeries to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a neat project where I worked directly with the business owner to develop a logo design that worked extremely well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the lighted signage that hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
