Colleyville Logo Design

Virtually every new Colleyville venture realizes that they need a logo, however few new business owners fully comprehend the pivotal role their company logo can make in their success, or precisely why one logo performs better than another. A company logo has a critical and lasting impact on the prosperity of a company, select the right one and it will make the door swing and phone ring, go with the wrong one and it will be an obstacle and a hindrance for the life of a company. The logos featured in the ImageCo portfolio help Colleyville businesses prosper, they are effective in any given circumstance and the main reason they are so effective is that they all have these 5 traits in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs do not demand contemplation, they can be grasped in merely a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to posters a scalable logo will be legible and equally emotive at any dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are unique, and they are suitable for the enterprise they represent.
  5. Relevance: a business logo must be ageless and should feel relevant today, tomorrow, and twenty five years from today.

Retro logo design of a bike produced for a Colleyville coffee cafe and also a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This fledgling coffee roaster and coffeehouse were actually opening up in an older section of the community and hoped to project a retro vibe without appearing as uninteresting or low energy. I accomplished each of the tasks via creating a business logo concept that contains a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a enduring business image.

clinical logo layout with a microscopic lense slide and also bacteria made for Colleyville medical center.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science which analyzes the root causes and outcomes of diseases, mainly the field of healthcare which works with the clinical evaluation of samples of human body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic objectives.

The Mid-Valley Pathology custom logo design I came up with is the only instance I call to mind in which I was in a position to integrate a bacteria-laden microscope slide within a logo design.

Normally I attempt not to be overly literal with a concept and to a point, this design approaches the company it represents very literally, yet it does it in a fashion that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the name that helps make it more intriguing, more interest grabbing and more meaningful.

logo design with a leaping environment-friendly frog designed for a household fun facility in Colleyville.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a really fun project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the kinds of jobs which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for surgeons, dental practices, and legal professionals but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park that I have actually ever gotten the opportunity to work on.

Given that the title of the business has the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to incorporate a some springs into the concept but Cool Springz is a fun location to go and spring doesn’t actually reflect an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this logo project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, inevitably I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to provide the logo a more dynamic high energy atmosphere.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my concept and named the frog Jax and included him in to everything they utilized for promotion and marketing. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I came up with was turned into a mascot when they had an employee costume fashioned to look just like my frog design.

photography logo featuring a group of birds, a mountain, a route, a stream, and a tree - designed for Colleyville traveling digital photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo design job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a rather niche field of photography and I believe it is a niche profession because travel photographers tend not to shoot locations or things but rather reveal emotional journeys through the pictures they record. The idea behind this logo composition was to use negative space to reveal more than what was visible upon initial view, which I think is quintessential of most professional photographers in that they often convey entire stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey considerably more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional resonance which can’t be conveyed with mere words. I attempted to do something much the same to this logo by utilizing the positive space in the design to say one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Colleyville logo but also to show the depth in her work and in the way that she views the world through the lens of her camera.

Colleyville logo layout with a seagull used for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The lion’s share of business logo design jobs that I take on I really enjoy and the Coastal Wireless project was one that I really felt good about, however the client didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull form as a stroke in the letter A but the customer, even though he loved the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This particular guy truly loathed seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, luckily the rest of his friends and family didn’t share his hatred for this particular breed of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a client I urge all of them to share it with friends and colleagues and family members as well as with folks that they don’t actually know so as to get impartial point of views on the worthiness of a design concept. Fortunately, he shared it with his family members and they really liked the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to insert every other seabird he could think of … ultimately I was able to talk him out of his preference of a pelican and he proceeded with the original concept.

Custom logo designs are a weird animal in the design world given that the people that are inclined to hire a professional to create their logo design realize how vital a logo design is for their organization so they are much more invested in the final result. Every logo project has it’s portion of challenges, however the biggest obstacle is identifying that sweet spot in a design that functions really well at the job it’s required to do in branding a business and also giving the client the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo layout with bamboo in the background, design for Colleyville publication author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a slender parcel of real estate to work with, nevertheless it really is the most essential part of a published book since it is often the first thing a person views in the book store. With respect to a publisher, it’s the absolute best opportunity that they will likely ever have to spotlight their product and get their logo design in front of the individuals that buy actual books.

This 3 color design is vivid, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of room for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo designed for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo design has two letter A's with the bars customized to imply they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and depart yet it looks like that in many cases 1 of the items consumers usually tend to recollect the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a small start-up commuter/shuttle airline situated in LA and although I’m not sure it actually “took off” their business logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their name lent itself well to imparting a good sense of air travel and it was definitely a winner.

Colleyville logo design utilized for marketing and a label design for Vintage Instance features an antiquated typeface layout.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in brand-new cases for music instruments, which appeared to be vintage cases. For this brand design I strove to come up with a logo that provided a fluid vintage feel to it and could be utilized for every thing from a web page to an insignia on brand new cases that appeared like they were from another era.

Logo design produced for an orthodontist in Colleyville, layout include an arc with lines converging with it to suggest metal dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry logo designs can be one of the most challenging and difficult logo projects because it appears that every dentist integrates a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry business logos are one of the very most cliche ridden fields when it comes to company branding, if restaurants approached their advertising in the very same way dental practitioners do every one of their company logos would be a picture explaining anything they served, McDonalds would most likely contain a picture of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind incorporating an image of something mouth related to a dentist’s company logo nevertheless it has to be performed subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dentistry profession.

I really enjoy doing dental care logo designs simply because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies the field of dentistry or a specific field of dental treatment like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd course of action that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics offered such an opportunity and eventually I created a design that does not have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this design over to the customer the only smile that was apparent was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo made for a family not-for-profit, the logo features 4 personalities startled in height to represent a family unit with in the design.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation reached out to ImageCo to help them come up with a logo that would be representative of the devotion that William McNally had for the people residing in his city. Most logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain portrayals of a happy family, a cliche heavy strategy to any logo design is to be overly literal pertaining to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and never hit the viewer on the head with what the company or institution hopes to communicate.

The McNally Foundation’s name provided a unique opportunity to do a logo which communicated that they were about families without being overtly tacky about it. The objective of a logo is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer attempts to use the logo design to describe precisely how people should think or feel they don’t understand the objective of a logo. If viewers have to ponder a logo design to understand what it means, it has fallen short, a logo needs to be instantly understood and a logo design that describes itself will never have the opportunity to be comprehended.

Logo style created for a hair layout workshop including a manuscript font a hummingbird and a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios required a logo design that carried a feeling of tranquility and class for their new hair studio. I came up with a design which didn’t go the obvious course of creating simply a stylized orchid but rather crafted a business logo which implied an orchid in the formation of a swirl blended in to the letter O in the title and by placing emphasis on the logo design along with the silhouette of a hummingbird floating above the logo design itself. The obvious path in designing a company logo is frequently the incorrect route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but instead put the importance on the feeling that they really wanted to forecast to their patrons.

Arabian equine logo style created for a steed ranch that focuses on reproducing Arabian program steeds.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo developed a one-of-a-kind organization logo concept styled to display the unique physical traits of the Arabian type of horses. By having a different head shape and higher tail carriage, the Arabian is one of the most quite easily identifiable equine lineages in the world.

Las Cafe logo design a little dining establishment, style consists of a customized script font which hovers over a team of luxuriant lines and also dots.

Las Cafe | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

Las Cafe logo style a small dining establishment, design contains a changed script font style which floats over a team of ornate lines and also dots.

Logo layout for a software program developer the design attributes and also iconic aspect of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the central part of an operating system (OS). Typically, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task control, and drive operations. The kernel attaches the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that performs as a connection in between the software and computer hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a couple of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to describe anything to anyone about what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However, it intimated something to the owner of the business and in quite a few cases the significance supporting a business logo is just as important as how it serves the company it stands for.

Evolve logo layout developed for a Colleyville indoor developer, layout attribute a series of red circles that converge and also replace the letter O in the middle of the logo layout.

logo layout done for Advanced Management Solutions, the characters for letter V as well as A in center of words advanced have been modified to link straight right into the words listed below.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

This particular Colleyville logo design job was done for a leadership expert that helps business professionals to become more effective at managing people, expectations, and productivity.

A logo style featuring an angler in the center of the name casting a fly in the direction of the viewer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brands such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year offering goods and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the owners of On the Fly knew the market was ready for an outdoor sporting retailer that functions as a consignment company. Whether or not you are into boating, angling or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly provides a destination for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all types of interests, a place to market their previously owned goods to other sports enthusiasts. I tailored their Colleyville business logo dsign with an image which grabs the attention of traffic and sends an image that wakens the enthusiasm of the outdoors. With traffic that averages 45 mph I realized it would take more than the average logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the image of a fly fisherman in his natural and tranquil habitat.
Logo style MQ farms, this logo design has an area incorporated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms logo concept wasn’t really developed for an Colleyville regional farm it was in reality designed for a commodities broker, and this trademark was one of many which fell under the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The aim was really to develop a brand mark that projects confidence, effectiveness, and opulence.
Logo design designed for the use of a sign for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an ornate script typeface that is similar to a well-known sports group logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have created dozens of restaurant logo designs and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the US, from cupcake pastry shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a cool project where I worked closely with the proprietor to create a logo design which worked very well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the lighted signage which hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
