Deer Park Logo Design

Nearly every new Deer Park business realizes that they need a logo, but few new business owners fully realize the crucial role their business logo will perform in their success, or the reason that one logo design functions more effectively than another. A logo design has a critical and long term effect on the success of a business, go with the correct one and it will make the door swing and cash register ring, choose the wrong one and it can be an obstacle and an impediment for the longevity of a business. The logos presented in the ImageCo portfolio help Deer Park companies prosper, they are effective in any given situation and the main reason they are so effective is that they all have these 5 features in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logo designs don’t require contemplation, they can be realized in just a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to billboards a scalable logo will be legible and equally emotive at any scale.
  3. Versatility: logos that work on any type of device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are personal, and they are suitable for the company they represent.
  5. Relevance: a company logo should be lasting and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and 20 years from today.

Retro logo design of a bicycle created for a Deer Park coffee cafe and also a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This start-up coffee roaster and coffeehouse were actually opening in an older section of the community and wished to visualize a retro atmosphere without coming across as boring or low energy. I fulfilled both tasks by developing a sign design that includes a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a ageless business image.

clinical logo layout with a microscope slide and also bacteria made for Deer Park medical facility.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science that investigates the root causes and effects of diseases, mainly the field of healthcare which deals with the laboratory examination of samplings of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic objectives.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo I came up with is really the sole instance I remember in which I was in a position to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide into a logo design.

Usually I try not to be extremely literal with a design and to a degree, this specific design approaches the company it serves fairly literally, however it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an illustration of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the name that makes it more intriguing, more attention grabbing and even more meaningful.

logo design with a jumping eco-friendly frog developed for a household fun facility in Deer Park.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the types of jobs that come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for health care providers, dental professionals, and legal professionals but Cool Springz is without question the only trampoline park that I have actually ever gotten the privilege to work on.

Given that the title of the business has the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to feature a couple of springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun place to go and spring doesn’t actually resonate an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo design project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, eventually I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to provide the logo a more enthusiastic high energy mood.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my brainchild and named the frog Jax and featured him in to everything they utilized for marketing. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I did was made into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fashioned to look exactly like my frog design.

photography logo design including a flock of birds, a mountain, a route, a stream, as well as a tree - created for Deer Park traveling photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo design job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a rather specialized field of photography and I think it is a niche profession because travel photographers don’t shoot locations or things but rather project emotional experiences by means of the images they capture. The thought behind this logo composition was to make use of negative space to communicate more than what was visible upon first glance, which I think is representative of the majority of good photographers in that they oftentimes share entire stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey a lot more than that because their photos often have an emotional resonance which can’t be communicated with mere words. I attempted to do something much the same to this logo by making use of the positive space in the design to say one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Deer Park logo but also to reveal the depth to her work and in the way that she perceives the world through the lens of her camera.

Deer Park logo layout with a seagull used for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The majority of logo design projects that I take on I genuinely savor and the Coastal Wireless assignment was one that I really felt good about, but the client didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the letter A but my client, while he loved the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This guy truly loathed seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, fortunately the rest of his family didn’t share his aversion for this particular variety of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a customer I urge them to share it with colleagues and family as well as with individuals that they don’t actually know so as to get unbiased judgements on the worthiness of a design concept. Fortunately, he discussed it with his whole family and they really liked the concept and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to insert every other seabird he could think of … ultimately I was able to talk him out of his choice of a pelican and he went with the original concept.

Business logos are a strange animal in the design world given that the people that tend to hire an expert to create their business logo comprehend how crucial a logo is for their company so they are way more invested in the final result. Every logo design project possesses it’s share of difficulties, however the largest challenge is finding that sweet spot in a design that operates really well at the task it’s needed to do in branding a company and also giving the customer the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo layout with bamboo behind-the-scenes, layout for Deer Park publication author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a cramped slice of real estate to work with, nevertheless it really is the most necessary part of a printed book considering that it is ordinarily the primary thing a person views in the book shop. For a publisher, it’s the optimal opportunity they will likely ever have to promote their brand and get their logo design in front of the men and women that purchase actual books.

This 3 color design is vibrant, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of space for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo developed for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo has two letter A's with benches customized to suggest they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and go however it looks like that in many occurrences 1 of the items folks usually tend to remember the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a smaller new venture commuter/shuttle airline company located in LA and while I’m not certain it really “took off” their custom logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their name lent itself well to conferring a spirit of flight and it was certainly a winner.

Deer Park logo design used for marketing and a label layout for Vintage Case features an old font style style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case focused in new cases for musical instruments, that looked to be antique cases. For this logo concept I strove to come up with a logo that had a fluid retro feel to it and could easily be utilized for anything from a web page to an insignia on brand new cases that appeared like they were from another point in time.

Logo developed for an orthodontist in Deer Park, layout include an arc with lines converging via it to suggest metal dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental care logo designs can easily be one of the most challenging and difficult logo design jobs due to the fact that it appears that every single dental professional features a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry business logos are one of the most cliche ridden fields when it comes to small business marketing, if dining establishments approached their advertising in the very same way dental practitioners do every one of their logo designs would definitely be a picture explaining anything they served, McDonalds would probably include an image of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind adding a likeness of something mouth related to a dentist’s company logo nevertheless it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dentistry profession.

I really love doing dental logos simply because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a certain field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd solution that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics offered such an opportunity and ultimately I created a concept that does not have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this particular concept over to the client the only smile that was evident was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design made for a household not-for-profit, the logo design includes 4 characters startled in height to represent a family unit with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation contacted ImageCo to help them come up with a custom logo design that would be depictive of the devotion that William McNally had for the people residing in his city. Many logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain pictures of a happy family, a cliche heavy strategy to any logo design is to be overly literal about what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the business or institution wants to project.

The McNally Foundation’s name presented a unique opportunity to do a custom logo design which communicated that they were about families without being overtly cheesy about it. The intention of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer attempts to use the logo design to summarize how people ought to think or feel they don’t understand the objective of a logo. If people have to consider a logo design to understand what it means, it has been in vain, a logo needs to be instantly comprehended and a logo that illustrates itself won’t have the opportunity to be understood.

Logo layout produced for a hair layout workshop featuring a manuscript font a hummingbird and also a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios required a company logo which projected an atmosphere of contentment and class for their new hair studio. I created a concept which did not go the obvious route of making merely a stylized orchid but instead delivered a logo which implied a flower in the pattern of a swirl integrated in to the letter O in the name and by putting emphasis on the concept with the figure of a hummingbird hovering above the logo itself. The obvious path in creating a company logo is in most cases the wrong route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but instead placed the attention on the perception that they really wanted to forecast to their clients.

Arabian steed logo layout produced for an equine ranch that concentrates on breeding Arabian show horses.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo crafted a unique company logo concept fashioned to embody the unique physical traits of the Arabian breed of equines. By having an unique head shape and higher tail carriage, the Arabian is one of the highly easily identifiable equine lineages in the whole world.

Las Cafe | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

Las Cafe logo layout a little restaurant, layout includes a customized script typeface which floats over a group of luxuriant lines as well as dots.

Logo design for a software developer the style features and iconic element of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the key component of an operating system (OS). Typically, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task management, and drive management. The kernel unites the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that serves as a connection between the software program and hardware.

The logo design I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a couple of miles from the business offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to describe anything to anyone pertaining to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. However, it intimated something to the owner of the business and in many cases the meaning supporting a business logo is just as important as how it serves the enterprise it stands for.

Evolve logo style produced for a Deer Park interior designer, style feature a series of red circles that intersect and also change the letter O in the center of the logo design.

Evolv Interior Design | Logo Design | Branding

logo design done for Advanced Leadership Solutions, the personalities for letter V as well as A in center of words progressed have actually been modified to connect straight into the words below.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

This particular Deer Park logo design job was undertaken for a management expert that enables business leaders to develop into more effective at handling people, expectations, and productivity.

A logo style featuring a fisherman in the middle of the name casting a fly in the direction of the visitor.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brand names like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in more than 7 billion a year retailing supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting fans the owners of On the Fly knew the market place was prepared for an outdoor sporting merchant that functions as a consignment company. Whether or not you are into boating, sportfishing or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a place for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all kinds of interests, a spot to market their secondhand products to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Deer Park logo dsign along with an image that grabs the attention of traffic and sends an image that calls to mind the passion of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five mph I realized it would take more than the typical logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the illustration of a fly fisherman in his natural and tranquil habitat.
Logo style MQ farms, this logo layout has an area included right into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms emblem concept wasn’t actually designed for an Deer Park area farm it was in reality created for an investments broker, and this particular company was one of several that fell under the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The end goal was to develop an identity that projected self-confidence, effectiveness, and wealth.
Logo design created for the use of a sign for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is a luxuriant script font style that is reminiscent of a popular sporting activities team logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have created dozens of restaurant business logos and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the US, from cupcake pastry shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my absolute favorite. Brewgrrs was a cool undertaking in which I worked closely with the owner to develop a logo design that worked extremely well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the neon sign that hung over their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
