Duncanville Logo Design

Virtually every new Duncanville organization understands that they require a logo, but few new business owners fully recognize the vital role their logo will make in their becoming successful, or why one logo performs far better than another. A business logo has an instant and lasting impact on the financial success of a company, go with the right one and it can make the door swing and cash register ring, choose the incorrect one and it can be an obstacle and an impediment for the life span of a business. The logos presented in the ImageCo portfolio help Duncanville businesses prosper, they are effective in any given situation and the reason why they are so effective is that they all have these five features in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logos don’t require contemplation, they can be comprehended in just a look.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable logo design will be legible and equally emotive at virtually any scale.
  3. Versatility: logos that work on any sort of device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the business they stand for.
  5. Relevance: a logo design should be ageless and should feel relevant today, tomorrow, and 20 years from now.

Retro logo design of a bicycle created for a Duncanville coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This startup coffee roaster and coffeehouse were actually opening up in an old section of the community and really wanted to cast a vintage atmosphere without coming across as stodgy or low energy. I accomplished each of the tasks by means of designing a symbol design that incorporates a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a classic business image.

clinical logo design with a microscopic lense slide and also germs designed for Duncanville clinical facility.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science that investigates the root causes and effects of diseases, mainly the field of medicine that works with the laboratory evaluation of samplings of body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic objectives.

The Mid-Valley Pathology logo design I came up with is really the only instance I recollect where I was able to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide into a business logo design.

Normally I attempt not to be extremely literal with a concept and to a point, this design approaches the company it serves very literally, however it does it in a fashion that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as an explanation of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the name that helps make it more appealing, more focus grabbing and much more unforgettable.

logo layout with a leaping eco-friendly frog created for a family members enjoyable center in Duncanville.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very fun project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the usual of the sorts of projects that come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for medical professionals, dentists, and lawyers but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park which I have ever gotten the privilege to work on.

Given that the title of the company features the word springz in its name the obvious choice would have been to integrate a couple of springs into the design but Cool Springz is a fun destination to go and spring does not actually resonate an atmosphere of fun does it. My thought process on this logo project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, inevitably I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to give the logo a more lively high energy feeling.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my design and named the frog Jax and incorporated him in to everything they used for marketing and advertising. I also think this is the only time that a logo I designed was turned into a mascot when they had an employee costume fabricated to look just like my frog design.

photography logo design featuring a flock of birds, a mountain, a path, a stream, and a tree - created for Duncanville traveling professional photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a pretty specialized field of photography and I think it is a niche area because travel photographers tend not to capture places or things but instead reveal emotional experiences by means of the images they capture. The thought behind this logo composition was to make use of negative space to communicate more than what was visible upon initial glance, which I think is representative of most professional photographers in that they oftentimes share entire stories using their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey considerably more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional fullness that can’t be conveyed with mere words. I attempted to do something very similar to this logo design by employing the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Duncanville logo design but also to show the depth to her work and in the way that she perceives the world through the lens of her camera.

Duncanville logo layout with a seagull made use of for the letter A. Designed for a cordless retail business.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The bulk of custom logo design jobs that I take on I seriously relish and the Coastal Wireless design was one that I really felt good about, however the client didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the concept of using the seagull shape as a stroke in the character A however my customer, even though he liked the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This man truly despised seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, fortunately the rest of his friends and family didn’t share his contempt for this specific type of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a client I encourage them to share it with friends and colleagues and family members as well as with individuals that they don’t actually know so as to get honest opinions on the merit of a design. Fortunately, he talked about it with his family and they really liked the concept and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to insert every other seabird he could think of … in the end I was able to talk him out of his choice of a pelican and he proceeded with the original design.

Custom logo designs are a weird animal in the design world because the people that have a tendency to hire an expert to design their logo design recognize how vital a logo design is for their company so they are way more vested in the final result. Every logo design project has it’s share of obstacles, however the largest obstacle is identifying that sweet spot in a design that operates really well at the task it’s needed to do in branding a company and also giving the customer the identity they see for themselves.

a red panda logo design with bamboo behind-the-scenes, style for Duncanville book publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a slender parcel of real estate to work with, however it is the most vital part of a printed book due to the fact that it is often the very first thing a person sees in the book store. Concerning a publishing company, it’s the opportunity that they will ever get to promote their product and get their logo design in front of the individuals that shop for actual books.

This three color design is vibrant, colorful and eye-catching and it leaves plenty of room for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design developed for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo design has two letter A's with benches changed to imply they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and go nevertheless it seems like that in many instances one of the aspects people often tend to remember the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a smaller startup commuter/shuttle airline situated in LA and although I’m not sure it really “took off” their logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their title lent itself well to imparting a spirit of air travel and it was certainly a winner.

Duncanville logo layout utilized for advertising as well as a tag design for Vintage Instance includes an archaic font style style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in brand-new cases for music instruments, that looked to be older cases. For this business logo design I tried to come up with a logo that possessed a fluid old style feel to it and could easily be utilized for everything from a web site to a label on brand new cases that seemed like they were from another generation.

Logo produced for an orthodontist in Duncanville, layout consist of an arc with lines converging via it to imply steel dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry business logos can be one of the most challenging logo design jobs because it appears that every single dental professional includes a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dental logos are one of the very most cliche ridden careers when it comes to company marketing, if dining establishments approached their advertising in the very same way dental practices do every one of their logo designs would definitely be a picture trying to explain something they served, McDonalds would likely contain a picture of a potato and a cow.

I recognize the thinking behind adding an illustration of something mouth associated to a dentist’s logo nevertheless it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental profession.

I really enjoy doing dentist logo designs simply because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies the field of dentistry or a certain area of dental treatment like orthodontics without resorting to the stereotypical solution that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics delivered such an opportunity and ultimately I created a layout that doesn’t have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t obvious, they are still suggested in the design. When I turned this particular concept over to the client the only smile that was apparent was really the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo created for a family nonprofit, the logo includes 4 characters startled in height to represent a family unit with in the design.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation asked ImageCo to help them come up with a logo design that would be representative of the love that William McNally had for the folks in his city. Many logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain pictures of a happy family, a cliche heavy approach to any logo design is to be overly literal pertaining to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best concepts are the ones that are understated and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the company or institution wants to project.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a distinct opportunity to do a logo design which conveyed that they were about families without being openly cheesy about it. The goal of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer makes an effort to use the logo design to illustrate precisely how individuals should think or feel they don’t understand the purpose of a logo. If viewers have to consider a logo design to understand what it means, it has failed, a logo needs to be immediately understood and a logo design that illustrates itself won’t have the chance to be comprehended.

Logo style created for a hair design studio featuring a manuscript font a hummingbird and also a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios desired a company logo that conveyed an atmosphere of contentment and class for their new hair salon. I created a design which did not go the obvious route of crafting simply a stylized orchid but alternatively crafted a logo which suggested a flower in the formation of a swirl featured in to the letter O in the name and by putting emphasis on the logo design using the silhouette of a hummingbird hovering over the logo design itself. The obvious path in designing a business logo is oftentimes the incorrect direction and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but instead laid the importance on the feeling that they wanted to forecast to their clients.

Arabian steed logo style created for a horse ranch that focuses on breeding Arabian show equines.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo developed a one-of-a-kind brand design customized to display the unique physical traits of the Arabian kind of horses. By having a different head shape and higher tail posture, the Arabian is one of the highly easily recognizable equine types in the world.

Logo design for a software programmer the layout functions and legendary component of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the central part of an operating system (OS). Traditionally, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task control, and hard drive managing. The kernel unites the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that performs as a bridge between the software program and hardware.

The logo design I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a couple of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to describe anything to anyone about what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. But it symbolized something to the business owner of the business and in many cases the symbolism supporting a logo design is just as important as how it brands the business it represents.

Advance logo style developed for a Duncanville interior developer, style attribute a series of red circles that intersect and also replace the letter O in the center of the logo style.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

This particular Duncanville logo design project was carried out for a management expert that aids business leaders to become more successful at managing people, expectations, and productivity.

A logo layout featuring an angler in the middle of the name casting a fly in the direction of the viewer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brand names such as Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year retailing supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the owners of On the Fly knew the market was primed for an outdoor sporting retailer that functions as a consignment company. Whether or not you are into boating, fishing or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a venue for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all kinds of passions, a spot to sell their secondhand goods to other sports enthusiasts. I tailored their Duncanville business logo dsign using a graphic which grabs the attention of vehicles and projects an image that evokes the passion of the outdoors. With traffic that averages 45 mph I realized it would take more than the average logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the picture of a fly fisherman in his natural and serene habitat.
Logo design MQ farms, this logo style has a field integrated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms brand idea wasn’t actually produced for an Duncanville regional farm it was really developed for an investments broker, and this logo was one of several which fell under the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The goal was actually to design a graphic that projected self-confidence, financial success, and prosperity.
Logo design created for using an indication for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an elaborate script font that is similar to a renowned sporting activities group logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve designed loads of restaurant logos and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the United States, from cupcake bake shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I think Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a neat undertaking in which I worked closely with the business owner to create a business logo that worked really well and did a great job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the neon sign that hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
