Eagle Pass Logo Design

Each and every new Eagle Pass venture knows they require a logo, yet few entrepreneurs entirely grasp the essential role their company logo will make in their success, or exactly why one logo design works more effectively than another. A company logo has an instant and sustaining impact on the financial success of a company, go with the correct one and it can make the door swing and phone ring, go with the wrong one and it can be an obstacle and an impediment for the life of a company. The logos presented in the ImageCo portfolio help Eagle Pass businesses prosper, they are effective in any given scenario and the reason they are so effective is because they all have these 5 features in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logos do not require contemplation, they can be understood in just a glimpse.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable logo will stay legible and equally emotive at any dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that operate on any sort of device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are unique, and they are suitable for the enterprise they represent.
  5. Relevance: a company logo needs to be lasting and should feel relevant today, tomorrow, and forty years from now.

Retro logo style of a bike developed for a Eagle Pass coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This startup coffee roaster and cafe were actually launching in an old section of the community and hoped to cast an old-fashioned tone without coming across as uninteresting or low energy. I fulfilled both tasks by means of developing a symbol design that features a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is old-fashioned, high energy, and is a classic business image.

clinical logo design with a microscopic lense slide as well as germs designed for Eagle Pass clinical clinic.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline which analyzes the causes and effects of diseases, especially the branch of medicine that works with the clinical examination of samplings of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic intents.

The Mid-Valley Pathology brand I came up with is really the sole instance I remember where I was in a position to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide into a business logo design.

Usually I try not to be extremely literal with a concept and to a degree, this design approaches the company it represents very literally, but it does it in a way that integrates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the name that helps make it more appealing, more attention grabbing and much more meaningful.

logo layout with a jumping environment-friendly frog developed for a family fun center in Eagle Pass.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very fun project to work on, probably because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the norm of the types of projects which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for health care providers, dental practices, and attorneys but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park which I have actually ever had the privilege to work on.

Given that the title of the business has the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to include a couple springs into the concept but Cool Springz is a fun place to go and spring doesn’t actually resonate an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to give the logo a more enthusiastic high energy feel.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my design and named the frog Jax and featured him in to everything they used for promotion and marketing. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I did was made into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fabricated to look just like my frog design.

digital photography logo design including a group of birds, a hill, a path, a stream, as well as a tree - made for Eagle Pass travel professional photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo design job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a rather specialized field of photography and I believe it is a niche profession because travel photographers don’t shoot locations or things but instead reveal emotional experiences through the photos they record. The thought behind this logo composition was to make use of negative space to project more than what was visible upon initial glance, which I think is quintessential of almost all good photographers in that they frequently share entire stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey much more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional resonance which can’t be conveyed with just words. I tried to do something similar to this logo by employing the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was conveyed through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my objective was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Eagle Pass logo but also to reveal the depth in her work and in the way that she sees the world through the lens of her camera.

Eagle Pass logo layout with a seagull made use of for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The bulk of custom logo design jobs that I take on I truly take pleasure in and the Coastal Wireless project was one that I certainly felt good about, however the client didn’t quite share my enthusiasm for it. I felt really good about the concept of using the seagull form as a stroke in the character A however the client, even though he loved the concept, didn’t care for my choice of birds. This man seriously despised seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, thankfully the rest of his friends and family did not share his aversion for this particular breed of sea bird.

When I turn a design over to a client I urge all of them to share it with friends and family members as well as with individuals that they don’t even know so as to get impartial opinions on the merit of a design. Fortunately, he shared it with his whole family and they really loved the design and were able to reason with him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to insert every other seabird he could think of … in the end I was able to talk him out of his alternative of a pelican and he proceeded with the original concept.

Business logos are a weird animal in the design world given that the people that are inclined to hire a professional to design their logo design realize how crucial a logo is for their business so they are way more invested in the final result. Every logo design project possesses it’s allotment of obstacles, however the largest challenge is identifying that sweet spot in a design that operates really well at the job it’s needed to do in branding a business and also giving the client the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo layout with bamboo in the background, style for Eagle Pass publication author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a thin piece of real estate to work with, yet it really is the most essential part of a printed book due to the fact that it is in most cases the first thing a person sees in the book shop. With respect to a publisher, it’s the opportunity they will ever get to spotlight their product and get their logo design in front of the men and women that buy actual books.

This 3 color design is vivid, colorful and eye-catching and it gives plenty of room for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo developed for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo has two letter A's with benches changed to imply they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and depart nevertheless it seems like that in many occurrences 1 of the things individuals tend to recall the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a young new venture commuter/shuttle airline company located in LA and although I’m not sure it really “took off” their business logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to conferring a sense of air travel and it was definitely a winner.

Eagle Pass logo layout used for advertising and marketing and a tag style for Vintage Situation includes an antiquated font style style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in all new cases for musical instruments, which looked to be older cases. For this custom logo design I tried to come up with a logo that offered a fluid vintage feel to it and could easily be utilized for everything from a website to an insignia on brand new cases that appeared like they were from a different generation.

Logo produced for an orthodontist in Eagle Pass, layout consist of an arc with lines intersecting with it to imply metal braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dental care logo designs can be one of the most challenging logo design projects because it seems that every single dental professional incorporates a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry logo designs are one of the most cliche ridden careers when it comes to company marketing, if restaurants approached their branding in the very same way dentists do every one of their logos would be a picture explaining anything they served, McDonalds would most likely have a picture of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind including an image of something mouth associated to a dentist’s logo design but it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental industry.

I really enjoy doing dental care business logos because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies dentistry or a specific field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd solution that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics delivered such an opportunity and inevitably I created a concept that does not have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t obvious, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this particular concept over to the customer the only smile that was obvious was really the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design developed for a family not-for-profit, the logo design features 4 characters surprised in height to stand for a family unit with in the layout.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation asked ImageCo to help them come up with a brand identity design that would be representative of the love that William McNally had for the residents in his community. The majority of logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain portrayals of a happy family, a cliche heavy method to any logo design is to be overly literal about what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best concepts are the ones that are understated and never hit the viewer on the head with what the business or organization hopes to convey.

The McNally Foundation’s name provided a unique opportunity to do a custom logo design which conveyed that they were about families without being overtly corny about it. The intention of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo design to illustrate how people ought to think or feel they don’t understand the purpose of a logo. If viewers have to think about a logo to understand what it means, it has been in vain, a logo needs to be immediately comprehended and a logo design that illustrates itself won’t have the chance to be understood.

Logo design produced for a hair style workshop including a script font a hummingbird and also a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios desired a logo design which carried an atmosphere of calmness and connection for their new hair studio. I came up with a concept which did not go the obvious direction of creating simply a stylized orchid but alternatively crafted a business logo that suggested a flower in the formation of a swirl incorporated into the letter O in the name and by putting emphasis on the concept along with the figure of a hummingbird hovering over the logo itself. The obvious path in designing a business logo is more often than not the wrong route and in this case, the design ended up not being about the orchid but alternately placed the importance on the emotion that they really wanted to project to their patrons.

Arabian steed logo layout produced for a horse cattle ranch that concentrates on reproducing Arabian program horses.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

ImageCo developed an original business logo concept fashioned to embody the unique physical traits of the Arabian breed of equines. With a different head form and higher tail carriage, the Arabian is one of the highly quite easily identifiable equine lineages in the entire world.

Logo layout for a software application designer the design features as well as iconic aspect of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the key component of an operating system (OS). Typically, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task management, and disk operations. The kernel unites the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that serves as a bridge in between the software program and hardware.

The business logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is situated a couple of miles from the business offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to explain anything to anyone about what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. Nevertheless it meant something to the owner of the business and in many cases the meaning supporting a business logo is just as important as how it serves the business it represents.

Advance logo layout developed for a Eagle Pass indoor developer, layout function a collection of red circles that converge and also replace the letter O in the middle of the logo style.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

This Eagle Pass logo design project was carried out for a management consultant that aids business professionals to become more effective at overseeing people, expectations, and profitability.

A logo layout featuring a fisherman in the middle of the name casting a fly in the direction of the viewer.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With brands like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in more than 7 billion a year offering goods and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the founders of On the Fly realized the market was ready for an outdoor sporting store that functions as a consignment business. Whether or not you are into boating, angling or mountain climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a location for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all kinds of passions, a place to market their previously owned products to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Eagle Pass business logo dsign utilizing a graphic that pulls in the attention of vehicles and projects an image that arouses the passion of the outdoors. With traffic that averages 45 miles per hour I realized it would take more than the average logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the image of a fly fisherman in his natural and peaceful habitat.
Logo layout MQ ranches, this logo design has actually an area integrated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms custom logo design wasn’t actually designed for an Eagle Pass regional farm it was in reality devised for a commodities broker, and this particular logo was one of several which fell beneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The goal was really to create a image that projects trust, financial success, and prosperity.
Logo designed for using an indication for the restaurant (Brewgrrs), it is an ornate script font style that is similar to a popular sports group logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve created quite a lot of restaurant custom logo designs and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the US, from cupcake bakeshops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a great project where I worked directly with the owner to create a logo that worked really well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it worked on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the lighted signage which hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very easy to read from over a block away.
