Edinburg, Texas Logo Design

Virtually every new Edinburg business realizes that they require a logo, however few entrepreneurs entirely grasp the essential role their organization logo will play in their success, or the reason that one logo design performs far better than another. A business logo has a critical and long term effect on the growth of a company, choose the correct one and it will make the door swing and phone ring, go with the wrong one and it can be an obstacle and an impediment for the life span of an organization.

The logos presented in the ImageCo portfolio help Edinburg, Texas companies succeed, they are effective in any given circumstance and the reason why they are so effective is because they all have these 5 things in common.

  1. Simplicity: simple logos don’t demand consideration, they can be understood in just a look.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable logo will stay legible and equally emotive at virtually any scale.
  3. Versatility: logos that function on any type of device, in print, on product packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are unique, and they are suitable for the company they stand for.
  5. Relevance: a company logo needs to be enduring and will feel relevant today, tomorrow, and twenty five years from today.

Logo PORTFOLIO Volume 1

Retro logo design of a bicycle developed for a Edinburg, Texas coffee cafe and a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This fledgling coffee roaster and coffeehouse were launching in an old part of the area and wished to project a nostalgic vibe without appearing as stodgy or low energy. I achieved the two jobs via developing a logo design that incorporates a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is old-fashioned, high energy, and is a timeless business image.

clinical logo style with a microscope slide as well as germs designed for Edinburg, Texas medical center.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the scientific discipline which analyzes the causes and consequences of diseases, especially the branch of medicine which deals with the laboratory examination of samplings of human body tissue for diagnostic or forensic objectives.

The Mid-Valley Pathology brand I came up with is the only instance I recollect in which I was able to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide right into a business logo design.

Normally I attempt not to be overly literal with a concept and to a degree, this specific design approaches the company it represents very literally, yet it does it in a fashion that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancement to the brand that makes it more captivating, more attention grabbing and more unforgettable.

logo design with a leaping eco-friendly frog designed for a household enjoyable facility in Edinburg, Texas.

Cool Springs | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very cool project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s also a project that is way out of the usual of the sorts of projects that come my way, I’ve done dozens of logo designs for surgeons, dental experts, and lawyers but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park which I have ever had the privilege to work on.

Given that the full name of the company features the word springz in its name the clear choice would have been to incorporate a couple of springs into the concept but Cool Springz is a fun location to go and spring doesn’t really resonate an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo design project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the title itself to provide the logo a much more lively high energy impression.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my design and named the frog Jax and featured him in to everything they utilized for advertising and marketing. I also think this is the only time that a logo I came up with was transformed into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fabricated to look just like my frog design.

digital photography logo design including a flock of birds, a mountain, a path, a stream, and a tree - developed for Edinburg, Texas traveling digital photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo job I took on for a travel photographer, which is a fairly niche field of photography and I think it is a niche profession because travel photographers tend not to capture locations or things but rather reveal emotional journeys through the images they record. The thought behind this logo composition was to utilize negative space to reveal more than what was visible upon first view, which I think is representative of the majority of professional photographers in that they often tell whole stories through their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a 1000 words but I think that some photographs convey a great deal more than that because their photos frequently have an emotional resonance which can’t be communicated with just words. I attempted to do something comparable to this logo design by making use of the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Edinburg logo design but also to illustrate the depth to her work and in the way that she views the world through the lens of her camera.

Edinburg logo design with a seagull utilized for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail company.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The lion’s share of logo design projects that I take on I seriously savor and the Coastal Wireless design was one that I certainly felt good about, however the customer didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull silhouette as a stroke in the letter A however the customer, even though he loved the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This particular man really hated seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, fortunately the rest of his family did not share his aversion for this particular breed of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a client I encourage all of them to share it with colleagues and family as well as with people that they don’t even know so as to get unbiased viewpoints on the worthiness of a design concept. Fortunately, he discussed it with his family members and they really liked the concept and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … eventually I was able to talk him out of his alternative of a pelican and he went with the original concept.

Logo designs are a weird creature in the design world because the people that are inclined to hire an expert to design their logo design comprehend how crucial a logo design is for their company so they are much more vested in the result. Every logo project has it’s portion of obstacles, but the largest challenge is finding that sweet spot in a design that operates really well at the job it’s required to do in branding a company and also giving the customer the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo layout with bamboo behind-the-scenes, design for Edinburg, Texas book author

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a thin parcel of real estate to work with, however it is the most essential part of a published book due to the fact that it is usually the primary thing a person views in the bookstore. With regard to a publisher, it’s the optimal opportunity that they will ever get to advertise their brand and get their logo design in front of the individuals that shop for actual books.

This three color design is vibrant, colorful and eye-catching and it gives plenty of area for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo design developed for an airline company in Los Angeles, the logo design has two letter A's with the bars customized to imply they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines come and depart however it looks like that in many cases one of the traits folks often tend to remember the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a small startup commuter/shuttle airline company located in LA and while I’m not certain it really “took off” their custom logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their title lent itself well to imparting a good sense of flight and it was surely a success.

Edinburg logo design utilized for marketing and a tag design for Vintage Instance features an old font style style.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in brand-new cases for music instruments, which appeared to be older cases. For this logo concept I strove to come up with a logo that provided a fluid old-fashioned feel to it and could be used for everything from a website to a label on brand new cases that appeared like they were from a different generation.

Logo design created for an orthodontist in Edinburg, Texas, design include an arc with lines intersecting with it to imply metal braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry logo designs can be one of the most challenging logo projects because it appears that almost every dentist integrates a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry business logos are one of the most cliche ridden fields when it comes to business branding, if restaurants approached their advertising in the very same way dental professionals do every one of their logos would definitely be a picture trying to explain something they served, McDonalds would probably have a picture of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind adding an illustration of something mouth related to a dentist’s company logo nevertheless it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dental professionals logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental profession.

I really really love doing dental care logo designs because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies the field of dentistry or a specific field of dental treatment like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd course of action that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics provided such an opportunity and ultimately I created a concept that does not have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this particular concept over to the customer the only smile that was obvious was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design created for a family members nonprofit, the logo design includes 4 personalities startled in elevation to stand for a family unit with in the design.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation asked ImageCo to help them come up with a custom logo design that would be illustrative of the devotion that William McNally had for the residents in his community. The majority of logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain depictions of a happy family, a cliche heavy method to any logo design is to be very literal pertaining to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve found that the best concepts are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the company or institution wants to communicate.

The McNally Foundation’s name provided a distinct opportunity to do a logo design which communicated that they were about families without being overtly tacky about it. The objective of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo to describe precisely how individuals ought to think or feel they don’t understand the goal of a logo. If you have to think about a logo to understand what it means, it has failed, a logo needs to be immediately understood and a logo that explains itself will never have the opportunity to be comprehended.

Logo layout produced for a hair design studio including a manuscript font a hummingbird as well as a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios desired a company logo which projected an atmosphere of ease and class for their new hair salon. I created a concept that did not go the obvious direction of making just a stylized orchid but instead crafted a logo design which implied an orchid in the pattern of a swirl featured into the letter O in the name and by placing emphasis on the logo design using the silhouette of a hummingbird hovering over the image itself. The obvious path in creating a company logo is frequently the incorrect path and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but alternately laid the attention on the feeling that they wanted to transmit to their clients.

Arabian horse logo style developed for an equine cattle ranch that concentrates on reproducing Arabian show horses.

Dazzo Arabians | Logo Design

Las Cafe | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

Las Coffee shop logo layout a tiny restaurant, layout includes a customized script typeface which hovers above a team of luxuriant lines as well as dots.

Logo design for a software developer the style features and also legendary aspect of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the central part of an operating system (OS). Typically, the kernel is responsible for memory management, process and task management, and hard drive managing. The kernel attaches the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that serves as a connection in between the software program and hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a few miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to point out anything to anyone pertaining to what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. Nevertheless it symbolized something to the owner of the company and in many cases the meaning supporting a business logo is just as important as how it serves the company it stands for.

Advanced Leadership Solutions | Logo Design | Website Design

A logo style including an angler in the middle of the name casting a fly towards the visitor.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in more than 7 billion a year retailing supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting lovers the founders of On the Fly understood the market place was primed for an outdoor sporting store that functions as a consignment firm. Whether you are into boating, sportfishing or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a place for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all sorts of passions, a location to sell off their secondhand equipment to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Edinburg business logo dsign utilizing an illustration that captures the interest of vehicles and projects an image that calls to mind the enthusiasm of the outdoors. With visitor traffic that averages forty five mph I knew it would take more than the average logo/sign to get travelers to take notice, hence the graphic of a fly fisherman in his natural and calm habitat.
Logo design MQ farms, this logo design has a field included right into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms custom logo idea wasn’t really composed for an Edinburg, Texas area farm it was actually developed for a products broker, and this brand was one of several that fell under the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The objective was actually to design a brand mark that projected self-assurance, effectiveness, and luxury.

Edinburg Logo design for a nonprofit, Transforming Point Solutions - the logo design attribute for externally facing arrow and the arrowheads suggest that it is a diamond shape.

Turning Point Foundation | Logo Design

The Turning Point Foundation was entirely open to what type of logo design they wanted, this can be a good thing or a bad thing. Good in that it gives a designer the liberty to discover any idea that comes to mind, bad in that it’s challenging to hit a bullseye in the absence of realizing where exactly the target is. Luckily, in this case, I hit a bullseye with the very first go.

Logo made for using an indication for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an elaborate script font that is reminiscent of a famous sporting activities team logo.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I have crafted dozens of restaurant custom logo designs and establishment signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the United States, from cupcake bake shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a cool undertaking where I worked directly with the business owner to produce a logo which worked really well and did a great job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the neon signage that hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
