Riverton Logo Design

Nearly every new Riverton organization realizes that they are in need of a logo, yet few entrepreneurs fully are aware of the crucial role their logo can play in their financial success, or exactly why one logo functions better than another. A company logo has an instant and long-term impact on the success of a company, select the correct one and it will make the door swing and cash register ring, select the wrong one and it will be a barrier and a hindrance for the life span of a business. The logos included in the ImageCo portfolio help Riverton businesses prosper, they are effective in any given scenario and the reason they are so effective is that they all have these 5 features in common.
  1. Simplicity: simple logos don’t demand deliberation, they can be understood in just a glance.
  2. Scalability: from business cards to signboards a scalable business logo will be legible and equally emotive at virtually any dimension.
  3. Versatility: logos that function on any sort of device, in print, on packaging, on a mobile phone, or on a ball-cap.
  4. Suitability: they are appropriate, they are exclusive, and they are suitable for the organization they represent.
  5. Relevance: a logo must be lasting and should feel relevant today, tomorrow, and thirty years from now.

Retro logo layout of a bicycle produced for a Riverton coffee cafe as well as a coffee roaster.

Ferry Street Coffee Company | Logo Design | Retail Branding

This budding coffee roaster and coffee shop were opening in an old part of the town and wished to visualize a retro atmosphere without coming across as monotonous or low energy. I fulfilled both of these tasks by means of creating a custom logo design that uses a man on a high wheel bicycle (aka The Penny Farthing), it is antiquated, higher energy, and is a ageless business image.

clinical logo style with a microscopic lense slide and germs developed for Riverton medical facility.

Mid-Valley Pathology | Logo Design

Pathology is the science that studies the triggers and consequences of diseases, mainly the field of healthcare that works with the laboratory evaluation of specimens of body cellular material for diagnostic or forensic reasons.

The Mid-Valley Pathology brand I came up with is really the sole instance I remember in which I was in a position to incorporate a bacteria-laden microscope slide right into a logo design.

Usually I attempt not to be overly literal with a design and to a degree, this design approaches the company it represents rather literally, yet it does it in a way that incorporates the slide as part of the name so it doesn’t serve so much as a description of what Mid-Valley Pathology does so much as acts as an enhancer to the name that makes it more captivating, more interest grabbing and more meaningful.

logo design with a jumping eco-friendly frog created for a family enjoyable facility in Riverton.

Cool Springz | Logo Design | Retail Branding

The Cool Springz Trampoline Park was a very fun project to work on, most likely because a trampoline park is all about fun. It’s additionally a project that is way out of the usual of the kinds of projects which come my way, I’ve produced dozens of logo designs for health care providers, dental practices, and attorneys but Cool Springz is without question the one and only trampoline park which I have actually ever had the opportunity to work on.

Given that the title of the company features the word springz in its name the obvious choice would have been to include a couple of springs into the concept but Cool Springz is a fun place to go and spring does not actually reflect an environment of fun does it. My thought process on this logo project went from springs (boring) to what jumps around, kangaroos … but kangaroos are cute and this place is cool, in the end I landed on a green tree frog and a dimensional treatment of the name itself to give the logo a more dynamic high energy feel.

In the end, Cool Springz ended up loving my design and named the frog Jax and incorporated him in to everything they utilized for marketing. I also believe this is the only time that a logo I did was made into a mascot when they had a staff member costume fabricated to look just like my frog design.

photography logo design featuring a flock of birds, a mountain, a trail, a stream, as well as a tree - developed for Riverton traveling professional photographer.

Travel Don’t Wander | Logo Design | Website Design

Travel Don’t Wander was a logo project I took on for a travel photographer, which is a pretty specialized field of photography and I think it is a niche profession because travel photographers tend not to shoot locations or things but rather reveal emotional journeys through the photos they record. The idea behind this logo design was to make use of negative space to communicate more than what was visible upon initial view, which I think is quintessential of the majority of good photographers in that they frequently tell entire stories using their photography.

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words but I think that some photographs convey much more than that because their photos often have an emotional resonance which can’t be communicated with mere words. I made an effort to do something similar to this logo design by employing the positive space in the design to voice one thing and then at the same time using the negative space to expand upon what was communicated through the first impression. I think, in hindsight, that my goal was to both brand this photographer with a memorable  Riverton logo but also to show the depth to her work and in the way that she sees the world through the lens of her camera.

Riverton logo design with a seagull utilized for the letter A. Designed for a wireless retail organisation.

Coastal Wireless | Logo Design

The lion’s share of custom logo design jobs that I take on I really relish and the Coastal Wireless design was one that I certainly felt good about, but the customer didn’t quite share my excitement for it. I felt really good about the idea of using the seagull form as a stroke in the letter A but the customer, while he loved the concept, really did not care for my choice of birds. This particular guy seriously disliked seagulls, which he referred to as the “rats of the sky”, luckily the rest of his family members did not share his aversion for this particular type of sea bird.

When I turn a concept over to a client I urge all of them to talk about it with friends and family as well as with individuals that they don’t actually know so as to get unprejudiced assessments on the worthiness of a design. Fortunately, he talked about it with his family and they adored the concept and were able to persuade him and get him to sign off on it, but not before he worked me over to incorporate every other seabird he could think of … eventually I was able to talk him out of his choice of a pelican and he went with the original design.

Business logos are a weird creature in the design world given that the people that tend to hire an expert to design their business logo understand how crucial a logo is for their company so they are much more vested in the result. Every logo job has it’s portion of obstacles, but the most significant obstacle is finding that sweet spot in a design that operates really well at the job it’s required to do in branding a business and also giving the customer the image they see for themselves.

a red panda logo style with bamboo behind-the-scenes, style for Riverton book publisher

Red Panda Publishers | Logo Design

The book spine is a cramped segment of real estate to work with, yet it is the most important part of a printed book given that it is usually the primary thing a person sees in the bookstore. With respect to a publisher, it’s the best opportunity they will likely ever get to advertise their label and get their logo design in front of the people that purchase actual books.

This 3 color design is vibrant, colorful and eye-catching and it gives plenty of territory for the title and the author’s name.

Air LA logo developed for an airline in Los Angeles, the logo design has two letter A's with benches modified to indicate they are wings.

Air LA | Logo Design

Airlines arrive and depart yet it looks like that in many instances 1 of the things individuals usually tend to recall the most are their logos. The Air LA logo design was done for a smaller startup commuter/shuttle airline based in LA and while I’m not certain it really “took off” their business logo didn’t slow them. The bookend A’s in their brand lent itself well to imparting a spirit of air travel and it was undoubtedly a success.

Riverton logo design used for advertising and also a tag design for Vintage Case features an antiquated font design.

Vintage Case | Logo Design

Vintage case specialized in all new cases for music instruments, which looked to be antique cases. For this logo concept I tried to come up with a logo that offered a fluid old style feel to it and could be utilized for anything from a website to an insignia on brand new cases that seemed like they were from another era.

Logo design created for an orthodontist in Riverton, layout include an arc with lines converging through it to suggest steel dental braces.

Kujak Orthodontics | Logo Design | Sign Design

Dentistry logo designs can easily be one of the most challenging and difficult logo jobs considering that it appears that every single dental professional involves a smile, a tooth, a smiling tooth, or a toothy smile in their design. Dentistry logo designs are one of the most cliche ridden professions when it comes to business marketing, if dining establishments approached their branding in the exact same way dental practitioners do every one of their logo designs would be a picture trying to explain anything they served, McDonalds would most likely contain a picture of a potato and a cow.

I understand the thinking behind incorporating an illustration of something mouth associated to a dentist’s logo design nevertheless it has to be done subtly or it will just look like every other clipart dentists logo that litter the branding landscape of the dental industry.

I really love doing dentist logo designs simply because it challenges me to come up with a design that implies the field of dentistry or a certain area of the field of dentistry like orthodontics without resorting to the clichéd course of action that so many dentists settle on.

Kujak Orthodontics delivered such an opportunity and subsequently I created a layout that doesn’t have a solitary smile or a tooth in it, but even though they aren’t overt, they are still suggested in the concept. When I turned this concept over to the client the only smile that was obvious was the smile on Dr. Kujak’s face.

William McNally logo design designed for a household not-for-profit, the logo features 4 characters staggered in height to represent a family unit with in the style.

William McNally | Logo Design | Branding

The William McNally Family Foundation contacted ImageCo to help them come up with a brand identity design that would be representative of the love that William McNally had for the families in his city. Many logos with the name “family” in them tend to contain depictions of a happy family, a cliche heavy technique to any logo design is to be far too literal with regards to what the name says or the industry it represents. I’ve discovered that the best designs are the ones that are downplayed and don’t hit the viewer on the head with what the company or institution hopes to relate.

The McNally Foundation’s name offered a unique opportunity to do a logo that communicated that they were about families without being openly corny about it. The objective of a logo design is to be remembered and recognized and if the designer tries to use the logo to illustrate specifically how individuals should think or feel they don’t understand the mission of a logo. If viewers have to think about a logo to understand what it means, it has fallen short, a logo needs to be immediately comprehended and a logo design that describes itself won’t have the chance to be understood.

Logo layout produced for a hair design workshop including a manuscript font a hummingbird as well as a suggested orchid for the letter O.

Wild Orchid Studio | Logo Design Project

Wild Orchid Studios required a business logo which conveyed a sense of simplicity and class for their new hair salon. I came up with a design that did not go the obvious route of making merely a stylized orchid but instead designed a logo which implied a flower in the formation of a swirl featured into the letter O in the name and by placing emphasis on the logo design using the figure of a hummingbird floating above the image itself. The obvious path in creating a company logo is more often than not the wrong course and in this case, the design ended up not being about the flower but instead laid the emphasis on the feeling that they wanted to transmit to their clients.

Logo style for a software programmer the design attributes and renowned aspect of a bridge to the left of the name.

Smart Kernels | Logo Design

A kernel is the central component of an operating system (OS). Generally, the kernel is responsible for memory administration, process and task management, and hard drive management. The kernel attaches the computer hardware to the application software. In other words a kernel is {essentially|quite literally a bridge that serves as a connection in between the software program and hardware.

The logo I came up with for Smart Kernels was based on an actual bridge that is located a couple of miles from the offices of Smart kernels. It’s a logo design that doesn’t attempt to describe anything to anyone regarding what business they are in or how it relates to their specific location. Nevertheless it intimated something to the owner of the company and in many cases the substance supporting a company logo is just as important as how it serves the organization it stands for.

A logo design featuring an angler in the middle of the name casting a fly in the direction of the audience.

On The Fly | Logo Design | Retail Branding

With companies like Cabelas and Bass Pros raking in over 7 billion a year offering supplies and equipment to outdoor sporting enthusiasts the founders of On the Fly understood the market place was prepared for an outdoor sporting store that operates as a consignment business. Whether you are into boating, fishing or rock climbing, or even hunting, On the Fly presents a destination for outdoor sports enthusiasts with all kinds of interests, a location to market their pre-owned items to other sports enthusiasts. I created their Riverton business logo dsign utilizing an image that garners the interest of traffic and projects an image that arouses the enthusiasm of the outdoors. With traffic that averages 45 miles per hour I realized it would take more than the average logo/sign to get commuters to take notice, hence the graphic of a fly fisherman in his natural and tranquil habitat.
Logo layout MQ ranches, this logo style has a field incorporated into the letter Q.

MQ Farms | Logo Design | Branding

The MQ farms custom logo idea wasn’t really created for an Riverton regional farm it was actually developed for a commodities broker, and this particular business logo was one of a handful of which fell underneath the MQ umbrella … MQ commodities was one, MQ trading was another. The aim was actually to make an identity that projected trust, effectiveness, and luxury.
Logo design developed for using an indication for the dining establishment (Brewgrrs), it is an elaborate manuscript typeface that is reminiscent of a well-known sports group logo design.

Brewgrrs Restaurant | Logo Design | Restaurant Branding

I’ve created quite a lot of restaurant logo designs and business signs for restaurants, diners, sports bars, night clubs, dining establishments|eateries} all over the United States, from cupcake bake shops to pizza parlors and oyster bars, out of all of them I believe Brewgrrs was my favorite. Brewgrrs was a neat undertaking where I worked directly with the business owner to create a business logo that worked really well and did a fantastic job to brand them, it functioned on everything on everything from coasters, and tap handles all the way to the illuminated signage which hung above their doors, and was highly visible and very legible from over a block away.
